John’s experience includes development and management of a residential subdivision, historical building renovation, custom homes and commercial office, church and retail construction.
In 2000, John Kidd obtained his General Contractor license in Las Vegas and established R.W. Kidd Construction. He gained experience managing all phases of construction, including business development, sales, project management, field and subcontractor supervision, and budget & financial reporting. In 2005, John relocated to Indiana where he continues to develop real estate and manages both commercial and residential construction projects.
