SCUPPERS AND WATER FEATURES The Outdoor Plus has many styles of scuppers to compliment any style pool & water feature. Each scupper starts as a sheet of high grade copper and then measured, cut and welded all by hand. Each piece is then finished with a dark patina for a luxurious look.
