The Open Network for community development grew during this 4th year of existence into a more mature organization, we developed the different departments and covered even more fields. The decision to organize the spring trainings in places where we have TON communities created more opportunities to work on a regional level around a TON nucleus and attracted interesting people from neighbouring communities. On the other hand, we saw our volunteers growing into national trainers and developing a new level of professionalization.
Two times a year, a stable network of regional trainers is meet ng for a national training. During these trainings, trainers identify blind spots and search for new regional trainers in order to be able to cover the whole of Romania.
