MOST BEAUTIFUL MOMENT: “We felt that the most beautiful moment from our wedding was our ceremony. We worked hard to write a ceremony that would both represent us as a couple, and seamlessly incorporate traditions from both Western and Indian cultures. The Indian traditions that we included in the ceremony were the Jai Mala (exchanging floral garlands) and the Mangal Fera (walking circles around a sacred fire). We also enjoyed seeing all of our decorations come together. The majority of our florals were grown by our friend Kathryn, the bride’s mother, and the bride and groom. We were in awe of the beautiful arbor that Kathryn put together for our ceremony.”
