Our cover dog Ch Gongar King Henry Bulls at Marcarobull What can I say about this dog that hasn’t been said before? The journey began when I was introduced to Alberto Gonzalez at Crufts 2015 by a very good and trusted friend of mine. We went into great detail of the type of dog I was looking for and true to his word I was contacted by Alberto April 2015 to say there was a beautiful litter at ORZABULLS KENNELS- Breeder : Pablo Ruiz Fernandez.

His stunning bitch Acuna had been covered by Alberto’s Ch Meljane Bulldogs King Edward. We kept in contact with photos and videos until 9th August 2015 when a very special Bulldog Henry was delivered by courier to Scotland where I picked him up.

We arrived back home in Belfast where he settled in quite quickly with the other dogs and also taking a special shinning to my wife Carol.

Henry’s Show career started in Ireland as a Jnr dog and it wasn’t long before he started being noticed inside and outside the ring becoming quite the show dog preforming to the crowd. An eye catching boy he demanded attention and when he moved around the ring WOW Henry was born for this. He soon started gaining his titles in Ireland -Jnr Ir Ch • Ir Ch• CJW2016• CW2018• Multi Green Star & BOB Winner • Multi Group Winner • Bulldog Club of Ireland 2016 : 2017 & 2018 • BOY Ireland 2016 • Top Winning Bulldog 2017 and making History in Ireland when he was the first Bulldog to win BIS all breeds under Breed Specialist Stephen Minogue still at the tender age of 20 months old.

It was now time to show him off in the UK to see if he could hold his own against the big kennels. Once again in a strong class of 13 Jnr dogs he took 1st place at his first Championship Show. After this we competed regularly in the UK and eventually Henry gained the 3 CCs you require to give him the prestige title of UK Champion. Henry is now back with his very proud breeder Pablo Ruiz Fernandez for a short time where he will challenge for another title.

From the editor After w well deserved break from the dog magazines I finally decided to take the step and re-launch the magaxine.

I don’t think anyone realizes the amoiunt of work and effort that goes into producing a magazine of this nature. It remains the leading Buldog Magazine in the world and it has a huge base of supporters and breeders from literally every corner of the world.

I would like to thank everyone for their support through difficult times but especially the designers who has no magazine to publish their ads.

A reminder to respect everyone - there is a place in the magazine for all the designer’s work and for all breeders too.

Its great to see the next generation of dogs coming through the ranks Henry is a beautiful example of this. A big thank you to his owner Mark Graham for allowing us to use Henry as the cover dog in our re-launch issue.

A big thank you also to Eiffion Ashdown of Colllectibulldogs who is putting up a huge effort with Lee Hendersohn to advertuse BullishMagazine.

Colllectibulldogs is now endorsed by BullishMahazine and we are proud to be assiociated with Collectibulldogs, Also a big thank you to the owners of old time favorites Jovi and Loke for going through the trouble of making new ads!
