about
Stav Theodor
Art curator and advisor, founder of THEODORA THEODORA is the art curation and advisory practice of Stav Theodor, art curator and advisor, based in Tenafly, New Jersey, serving New York City, New Jersey and Tel Aviv. Stav trained as a curator: curatorial work in established museums, a gallery in Tel Aviv, and years building art collections with luxury hospitality leaders for hotels, resorts and cruise ships. She holds an M.A. in art history from Ben-Gurion University and a curatorial and museum studies diploma from Tel Aviv University. For private homes, offices and hotels, THEODORA handles the whole process: consulting and curation, from a single work to a complete collection; sourcing, with the price negotiated on the client's behalf; one of a kind commissions developed directly with artists; and production, framing and installation within an agreed timeline and budget. Stav works alongside architects and interior designers, not around them, until the last piece is on the wall. Hebrew and English.
