Most students know that OSU’s Old Central is said to be haunted, as it is the oldest standing building on the university’s campus.

However, it is not the only building said to house spirits within its walls. There is a few other buildings on OSU’s campus with some chilling stories to tell.

Freshman Follies has been an Oklahoma State tradition for more than 40 years.

This past week, the tradition continued when freshmen in OSU sororities and fraternities performed musical numbers on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at the Stillwater High School Performing Arts Center to win audience members’ votes.

Beta Theta Phi fraternity and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority took the stage together and won this year’s Freshman Follies title.

Will Branstetter, a marketing freshman and Beta performer, said he enjoyed participating in Freshman Follies.

“I’ve done shows my whole life, and I think it is just a fun time to bond with your brothers and get to meet new friends and have a blast doing it with another sorority house,” Branstetter said.
