Dear fellow student, My name is Ryan Parker and I am the homecoming editor at the O’Colly for this fall.

I grew up in Stillwater and am now a junior at OSU, so I’ve been around and loved Homecoming my whole life.

In conjunction with the Alumni Association, the O’Colly is creating a homecoming yearbook, which will capture all the great moments from this year’s festivities. While this book is an O’Colly product, it will not be related to the news branch of the paper. We are excited about this book but need your help to ensure that this will be the best possible product. To make this happen, we would like to work with each house pairing on an individual basis. We need a liaison from each sorority and fraternity to ensure coordinated visits for photos and information about the houses.

We would like to start getting photographs for this as soon as possible, so if each house can provide a liaison by Friday, September 18, 2015, our photographers can start getting pictures with your cooperation starting on Monday, September 21, 2015.

Please have your liaison call, text or email by this Friday. We really appreciate your cooperation, and know that the better we communicate, the better represented your house will be in the book.
