Texas: Quinn Ewers Ewers, a former five-star recruit, had much hype coming into his freshman year at Texas after redshirting a season at Ohio State. UT started 3-1, including a one-point loss to Alabama, and Ewers threw for nine touchdowns with two picks and looked to be on the right path. In the final six games of the season, he threw only six touchdowns with four picks and a 53% completion percentage. Was that foreshadowing or just a rough patch as a freshman? Either way, if he doesn’t figure things out, new QB Arch Manning is there waiting. See Ranking on 4
