Lively family-friendly activities suited to all tastes and ages were abundant at the Town of Vegreville Party in the Park and Canada Day Colour Run on July 1 at Vegreville Elks/Kinsmen Park.

Community Engagement Coordinator for Vegreville Sabrina Curtis explained that this event is designed to be both fun and affordable. It offers an opportunity for attendees to spend quality time with loved ones and create lasting memories.

This year’s celebration included live music from the Abraham Lake Singers and Rockzilla, bouncy castles, inflatable games, face painting, food trucks, mini golf, BINGO, the ever-popular Colour Run, and an impressive fireworks finale to cap off the night.
