You will find segmented data on certain sub-markets within Lincoln County and the entire MLS Area “11� Star Valley/Lincoln County market as well. The sub-markets used are: Alpine, Etna, Star Valley Ranch, Bedford, Thayne and Afton.
2016 HIGHLIGHTS IN LINCOLN COUNTY
Inventory remains slim for single-family residences throughout the Valley. 165 single-family residential properties are active, 224 closed. 424 building sites are active, 169 closed. 39 commercial properties are active, 5 closed. Sales ranged from a $5K homesite in Star Valley Ranch, to a 245 acre ranch in Thayne, for $6.5M.

The average single-family residential sales price increased in 2016 to $329,300 vs $283,747 in 2015. In 2016, overall average single-family sold price per total sq ft was $154.24, compared to $131.93 in 2015, with an average days on market of 226 in 2016 vs 228 in 2015. HOMESITES: Overall building sites sold increased in 2016. The average homesite sales price increased in 2016, from $59,900 in 2015 to $112,938 in 2016. OVERALL: There were 389 total transactions in 2016 vs the 418 total transactions in 2015.
