HOUSE OF MUSES focuses on art & media to help us accomplish our mission. Our main mission is to act out God‘s Word & become ”Fishers of Men” by offering Bible based teaching & resources. We want readers to be EMPOWER for their OWN BREAKTHROUGHS. His Word reminds "A foolish man knoweth not..." so we must be rooted in His word. There's the world's system and then God's system. God is not of this world nor are His wonders & abilities.
Hey God, do you hear me talking to you?
Yeah, I’m angry but I’m still speaking to you
You said you would never leave me, but I’m feeling pretty alone
Excuse me, God, do you even hear me speaking to you?
You told me to cast all my worries unto you- but I still don’t see you
Yo God, man do you even hear me speaking to you?
You call me your child but I don’t feel much love
Folks Talking about your Heavenly Father from above
See man this is why I don’t even like speaking to you.
I feel like my prayer never even get through to you. I really feel like my existence is some kind of joke to you
Man I said God..! C h a p t e r O n e B y : L a d y L e g e n d
Yeah I hear you, I’ve been here the whole time .
The problem is you want things your time and not mine.
See, from before the earth was formed you had a mission, you just have wait in my time for this plan to come to flourish
You say I’m not listening but look at all I have done for you.
I mean really think of what I brought you through.
You remember that song that got you though
How much that song Minster to you? times that’s how I get through to you
I love you so much I die for you, that’s how much my love extends for you.

“Perhaps I will even have the opportunity to author a book that delves into the intersection...”
The origins of Quinn's stage name and creative identity are rooted in a moment of inspiration from his past. He explains that the name "Q in the Stu" came to him during a session in an architecture studio class. He drew the name in graffiti lettering and loved the look of it, this was the soft birth of the poet we could come to know as Q in the Stu. Quinn holds a BA in Architecture always had an eye and respect for the arts. Though he has been creatively inclined and expressing himself through writing his entire life, Quinn has been actively engaged as a poet for the past 3-4 years, finding that this medium allows him to tap into and convey his innermost thoughts and emotions.

Since embarking on this entrepreneurial journey of writing and networking this insightful artist has been most surprised and enlightened by the way his writing has allowed him to better understand and articulate my own emotions. What was once an intuitive creative outlet has now become a powerful tool for self-reflection and personal growth. There have been countless moments where the act of putting pen to paper has helped him pinpoint the source of his feelings, leading to invaluable insights and a heightened sense of self-awareness. One particular memory that stands out for Q is from the early days of his career when a close family member approached him after one of his shows. “They expressed how deeply my words had resonated with them, and that the sentiments I had conveyed were exactly what they needed to hear at that moment.”
Ultimately, Quinn hopes his art can help elevate the recognition and appreciation for the creative community in his hometown of Cleveland, offering a fresh perspective that celebrates the authenticity and resilience of the city. What I have come to love about Q, is the level of honesty and humility he has with himself and his poetry stating, “Give me grace as you guys receive my work and learn about him while he experiences and interrupts the world around him.” His father gave him some advice that he leans into from time to time, “the only reason why I’m telling you what to do is because I’ve done it before you and I’ve fucked it up.” He finds wisdom in the straightforwardness of this comment, understanding that you don’t always have to make the trip to know how it ends. This young multi-talented and fascinated artist is just getting started, follow him on IG @ Qinthestu.2, he loves to interact with the people who love his workhe encourages you to speak when you see him and even interact with him on social media. Looking ahead Q in The Stu, sees himself continuing to evolve and expand in exciting new directions.

“I've surprised myself with my own growth, as I've learned to shed my former shyness and timidity in order to fully embrace the power of my voice.”
Angel is a talented young poet who has been honing her craft for just over a year now. Despite her relative newness to the poetry scene, Angel has already made a name for herself with her unique, heartfelt style and powerful messages. Her stage name is simply her real name, seeing that her work, personality, and presence is just as heavenly it was only fitting that the poet kept her legal name as her stage name. Angel's goal with her poetry is to make people feel loved - whether it's the love of another person or the unconditional love of God. She wants her words to resonate deeply with her readers, touching their hearts and souls.
Looking ahead, the poet has ambitious goals for the future, including publishing a book of poetry, traveling to share her work, and continuing to teach and inspire others through the medium of poetry.Ultimately, her hope is that her brand and body of work will encourage people in Cleveland and beyond to step outside their own boxes and comfort zones, authentically express themselves, and spread more love in the world - just as she has done through her own poetic journey. The young angelic poet shared her hopes for Cleveland's art, brand, and business sense, to break free from the confines of the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary. It's about stepping outside of our own preconceived notions and comfort zones to explore new creative avenues
Despite some initial challenges with selfdoubt and anxiety about how her work would be received, the poet has blossomed into a confident, vulnerable, and impactful creative voice. The poet even shared this comment, “I've surprised myself with my own growth, as I've learned to shed my former shyness and timidity in order to fully embrace the power of my voice.” She describes herself and her poetry in just three words: "love, authentic, soft" - a succinct yet powerful summary of the heart and essence she pours into every line. The poet is deeply grateful for the support and community she has found in Cleveland, and she encourages everyone to continue following her journey on social media, where she shares her latest poems and projects. Her favorite piece of advice is a simple yet profound reminder: "to always know that you are the muse" - a sentiment that speaks to the inherent worth and artistry that lives within each of us.

Despite the challenges he has faced, including a period of homelessness, Lovechild remains steadfast in his commitment to his craft...
Lovechild, a talented young poet and rapper who is driven by a deep spiritual connection and desire to authentically express the human experience. The name "Lovechild" reflects his belief that he is a child of the divine, imbued with a sacred creative spark that he is compelled to share with the world through his craft. Lovechild has been honing his skills in poetry and music since a very young age, first beginning to write poems at just 13 or 14 years old, and then transitioning into rapping around the age of 10. His early passion for the art of storytelling and selfexpression through words was ignited by his love for iconic rappers like 2Pac, as well as a need to find his own voice and identity apart from the strict religious upbringing of his Jehovah's Witness background. photo
As he has evolved as an artist, Lovechild has become increasingly focused on cultivating an authentic, vulnerable brand that allows him and his audience to feel a deep sense of connection and catharsis. Shifting away from a place of ego and toward one of greater humility and gratitude. His goal is not merely to entertain, but to create art that is profoundly moving and transformative, resonating with people on an emotional level. This artist draws creative inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, including the gritty, introspective styles of Freddie Gibbs, Isaiah Rashad, and Kendrick Lamar. However, his ultimate muse is the human experience itself, as he seeks to use his platform to shed light on the complexities of life's journey, from the highs of self-discovery to the lows of struggle and heartbreak.
With a steady stream of new material on the horizon, including the poignant piece "Gods Love" which he just dropped. Lovechild is poised to continue making waves in the Cleveland art scene and beyond. His ultimate goal is to foster a sense of authenticity and connection, inviting his audience to join him on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. By embracing the divine within and sharing his truth with the world, Lovechild hopes to inspire others to do the same, ultimately contributing to a more empathetic and enlightened society. You can stay in the know as LoveChild develops himself and his materials on Instagram @ luvschild, he wanted to leave us with this verse; “nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or 'There it is!' for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you- Luke 17:21.”

The Quiet Kid's style is described as "very bold, very variable, and very meticulous"
"Quiet Kid" is the brand name and artistic persona of a talented young poet who has been honing his craft since the 4th grade. The name itself has a poignant origin story - it was inspired by the poet's best friend from childhood, who sadly passed away from a brain tumor. Though no one had actually called the poet "Quiet Kid" before, he felt compelled to adopt the moniker as a way to honor his late friend's memory. This decision speaks to the poet's deeply thoughtful and introspective nature, as he believes people never truly die as long as their memories live on. Just to add to the origin story of QK, or Quiet Kid his first poem in the 4th grade was actually a dis poem to the teacher.

@whatdeannasees
His artistic inspirations include fellow poets like Jasmine Manns, Kenneth from Baltimore, and Prentice Powell, who have motivated him to keep pushing his pen and honing his craft. Quiet Kid even had a chance to meet Jasmine Manns, at an event. Despite his nerves, he managed to sneak into the front row and sit next to her - and to his amazement, she acknowledged him with an approving nod, making him feel like he truly belonged in that space.
Despite his relative youth - the Quiet Kid is only 23- he has already made a name for himself in the local poetry community, hosting events and collaborating with other artists, even a part of some well-known poetry team in the Cleveland area, “Sparrow’s Fortune” and “The People Poetry.”
The best way for people to continue supporting this rising poet is by engaging with his work - whether that's purchasing his personalized merchandise, attending his live shows, or simply following him on Instagram @quietkid. This young rising just one piece of advice to leave us with, "art is supposed to imitate life, not be a wall keeping you from you." By staying true to himself and boldly expressing his authentic voice, he has been able to turn his passion into a thriving creative outlet. It's a journey that has continually surprised and inspired him, and he can't wait to see what the future holds.

I’ve spent years writing letters to the father I needed you to be sealing them in a bottle and letting the tide of my tears take them away I always wanted to be daddy's girl
But instead I settle for men calling me babygirl
You were the first to teach me that love can be distant
I built my identity around the gaps you left behind learning to be whole from the pieces you never claimed
Simply wanted daddy daughters dates Left always looking for your cape
Instead I find men who treat me as second place
Roaming the streets
In between sheets looking for love
The little girl in me just looking for kisses & hugs
I find myself trading
Love for lust
Hugs for hands
Real Laughs for fakes ones
Dates for late night calls
In all I just needed my Father
I take on your traits just in hopes you recognize this face
Sometimes, I hear your voice in my own I searched for pieces of me in your shadow
Hoping to find fragments of the relationship I desire
Leaving scars just to reminders of the pain
Left to wonder -
When you look at me, what do you see the person you raised or the one you wanted me to be I learn to wait
Patiently waiting
Patiently hating…

Dear Reader,
My prayer for you is that you will allow god to use you. That the day you hear his voice harden not your heart but allow him to come in and make you whole and new; for the Lord has much work for his people to do. I pray that the Lord continues to supply your every need and that He will provide you with the things your need in order to walk in your anointing. I pray that the desire of your heart aline with the desire of the Father. I pray that your Faith grow not weary but stronger in the dark times. I pray as you walk in your calling that the light of Heaven shines on you so bright that others ask, “what must I do to be saved?” I pray the works of the enemy will no longer come against You and your household, that generational cruses are broken and the chains of cycles fall off of you and your household. I pray that God puts angels at every doorway and window. For it is the works of my Father that believe all things so.
These blessings we ask in your name, Amen
