BELLADONNA 30: Sudden violent inflammation or fever; sudden angry red throat, with a high temperature and swollen glands or ear infections. The symptoms affect the right side and the throat is dry and constricted. All childhood infections if sudden onset, throbbing pains and heat.

FERRUM PHOS: Early stages of colds and flu. Useful if you feel a sore throat is coming on, especially after a stressful time. Also helps stop nose bleeds and other “passive” haemorrhages.

HYPERICUM 30: For puncture wounds and injuries to areas rich in nerves such as the spine and fingertips. Helps prevent infection of deep wounds and relieves intense pain, especially in fingers, toes and lips.

NUX VOM 30: Relieves symptoms from hangover or overeating. Indigestion and irritability. Constipation. Vomiting and colds. Colds that are free flowing indoors and stuffed up outdoors. Nausea. Stress headaches. Hardworking and irritable patient. PULSATILLA 30: One-sided nasal or ear symptoms. Coughs and colds accompanied by thick, bland, green or yellow discharges. Coughs which start from lying down at night. Fevers where the mouth and lips are dry, yet the patient is not thirsty and wants fresh air. Weepy mood, attention-seeking, craves sympathy and reassurance and anxious about being left alone. Changeability of symptoms. Shy.

RHUS TOX 30: Helps stimulate healing of torn muscle, tendon and ligament. Especially useful for stiff muscles and joints which are relieved from motion. Also good for cold sores or other skin rashes that are burning and itchy. May alleviate symptoms of chickenpox, shingles and flu. Restlessness at night from painful joints.
