IalsospokewiththesuperAl,whosaidanotherunitinthebuildinghasdoneitsuccessfully inthepast.Iamfollowingupwiththeirbrokertodaytoseeifthey'dliketopursue.

Theyseemedtoreallylikethesizeandlayout,andhowmuchstoragethereisinthe apartment.Iheardthemmentioningafewotherapartmentsthey’dliketoviewinthe70’s and80’swiththeirbrokeronthewayout,soseemsliketheymaybefairlynewtotheir search.Iwillfollowupformorefeedback.
