Richard Crosby can usually be found behind the bar in the afternoon and early evening, and Victoria Anderton is on duty from early morning and takes care of the busy lunchtime trade! However such is their commitment, it is not uncommon to find them in the pub outside their normal hours, working as a team to help put the Hare & Hounds on the map!
