If you order directly through me, I will need your shop’s billing and shipping address, and the name or SKU of the cards you want. I will make you an invoice, and you can call in payment, mail-in payment, or pay the invoice through Square. Orders generally ship 2-3 days after payment has been made (unless you request a specific ship date).

ORDERING:

• Minimum opening order is $135.

• Reorder minimum is $75.

• Credit cards or PayPal are accepted. Payment is due prior to order shipping.

• Cancellations must be received within 3 business days of placing order.

SHIPPING & TURN-AROUND TIMES:

• Orders ship USPS Priority Mail with standard tracking. Rush shipping is available upon request (additional fee may apply).

• Orders ship 2-3 days after payment is recieved (extremely large orders may take longer).

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be included on your final invoice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns & exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be returned within 3 days after submitting the request. All items must be returned unopened.

FAQs:

Are the photos glued to the outside of the cards?

No, they are digitally printed in a single layer on the front of the cards.

Is the inside of the card white or craft paper?

The inside is white.

How do you come up with these stories?

These stories are all based on life lessons that I probably learned the hard-way (are there any life lessons that can be learned the easy way?!)

Do you do all the photography?

Yes, I do all the photography and writing (and most of the cake decorating as well).

I’ve noticed some of the cards have the names on them. Are they the same characters?

You have a good eye for detail! Yes, the Animal Tales are a series of snapshots in the lives of these characters. The larger collection is like a family photo album.
