It is a true pleasure to present the 2024-25 Honor Roll of Donors to our community. In this special annual publication, we are proud to reflect on the year's many milestones and accomplishments, recognize our continued financial strength, and, most importantly, express heartfelt gratitude to the entire Meadows community for your remarkable generosity and steadfast support.
This past school year was especially meaningful as we celebrated The Meadows School's 40th anniversary. We kicked off this milestone year by bringing together more than 1,100 students, faculty, and staff on Creel Field for a memorable 40th anniversary photo, and concluded our celebration with an unforgettable gala at the elegant Fontainebleau. It was a true privilege to honor four decades of our enduring pursuit of excellence alongside current and former Mustangs.
We also began the year with the exciting launch of our newest strategic plan: Excellence in Everything! Centered on our shared passion for education, nurturing the growth of both students and faculty, cultivating exceptional programs, and enhancing our campus, The Meadows School is more dedicated than ever to preparing our students to lead and make a meaningful impact in the world.
None of this would have been possible without the extraordinary support of our Meadows community. Thanks to your generosity, encouragement, and commitment, both our annual giving and student enrollment reached record highs in 2024-25. Your exemplary dedication, whether through giving, volunteering, or championing our mission throughout Las Vegas and beyond, continues to fuel our growth and inspires all that we do.
We are endlessly grateful for each of you and the unique part you play in the vibrant story of our Meadows family. As you look back on our shared accomplishments in this year's Honor Roll of Donors (and yes, there are many!), we invite you to dream boldly with us for the future - a future filled with promise, inspiration, and the enduring values that define The Meadows School. Together, let's embrace the possibilities ahead and continue to shape a legacy that will inspire future generations.
H ere's to 40 years of leading, learning, and cultivating excellence together and many more to come!
Sincerely,
Dr. Jay Berckley Head of School
The Meadows School

DONOR RECOGNITION
Thank you to everyone who gave to the 2024-25 Annual Fund! Your gift to The Meadows touches every part of the school—from faculty and staff salaries and financial aid, to programs and activities, to safe facilities that make TMS the ideal place for our children to learn and grow.
During the 2024–25 school year, The Meadows School proudly celebrated its 40th Anniversary, a milestone honoring four decades of educational excellence and the enduring strength of our community. Founded in 1984 by visionary families committed to establishing a premier college preparatory institution, The Meadows marked this momentous year with a series of joyful and memorable events.
Festivities brought together students, families, faculty, alumni, and friends through a variety of spirited gatherings. From dynamic spirit nights with the Las Vegas Aces and Aviators to a colorful paint night on the Mall and a festive ice skating night, the celebrations reflected the vibrant community that defines The Meadows School.
The pinnacle of the anniversary year was the spectacular 40th Anniversary Gala, held at the luxurious Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The event welcomed more than 400 guests, including current and former parents, alumni, faculty, staff, board members, and future Mustang families, for an unforgettable evening honoring the school's legacy and looking ahead to its bright future.
Thanks to the tireless dedication of our Gala Chairs—Dena duBoef-Roth, Michelle Epstein, Ashley Levin, and Stacie Michaels '98—and a team of over 50 volunteers and committee chairs, the event was a resounding success. Generous sponsorships helped bring the evening to life and powered key fundraising efforts, including a live and silent auction, a tuition raffle, and a spirited paddle raise. Highlights included 153 silent auction packages and 12 exciting live auction items, ultimately raising more than $1,087,000 in support of educational excellence.
As we reflect on these achievements, we are inspired to build upon the strong foundation laid over the past 40 years. With continued innovation and a steadfast commitment to student empowerment, the future is indeed bright for The Meadows School.

PAINTING OF THE BELL
The Meadows School operates debt-free and is an excellent steward of every tuition and donated dollar. Philanthropy through annual giving and the Endowment covers about 10% of the school’s annual operating expenses. Exceeding regional standards, The Meadows allocates at least 11% of our operating budget to financial aid. Lastly, because TMS is committed to attracting and retaining exceptional faculty and staff across all divisions, compensation represents the largest single expense in our budget.
CLASS OF 2025
WINDSONG TRUST SCHOLARSHIP & RUFTY FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP
Our 40th year marked a remarkable milestone for The Meadows School with the continued success of two transformative scholarship programs.
The Windsong Trust Scholarship, supported by the Windsong Trust, provides renewable K–12 tuition assistance to students who demonstrate both academic promise and financial need, with priority given to underrepresented ethnic groups in Las Vegas. Last year, we proudly celebrated the graduation of our first Windsong Trust Scholar, the first to complete the full twelve-year journey, highlighting the enduring impact of this life-changing opportunity. This graduate is now attending a top-ranked university, embodying the true spirit and promise of the program.
Funded by the Archibald C. & Frances F. Rufty Foundation, we also celebrated the graduation of our two Rufty Family Scholarship recipients, who began their Meadows journey in Kindergarten and successfully completed their K–12 education. Both students are now attending prestigious universities, a testament to the profound role these scholarships play in shaping bright futures and strengthening our community. These milestones stand as powerful affirmations of The Meadows School's unwavering commitment to excellence, opportunity, and long-term student success.
