Journey with the Sisters of St. Joseph
The Sisters of St. Joseph invite you to consider partnering with us and participating in the journey to deepen our love of God and neighbor without distinction. Together, let us embrace our mission of unity as we bring the good news of the Gospel to the diverse communities in which we live and work. Have a story about God’s action in your life that you’d like to share? Desire to deepen your own heart to make the world a better place for all? Sense a call to grow in prayer and spirituality, and to share that desire with others in a supportive community of faith? Seek to join with others in responding to the compelling needs of our times?
Ways to Join Us
Vowed Religious Sisters (Women 25-45)
Have you ever been curious about religious life? Has the thought of a life totally committed to God and serving the dear neighbor ever tugged at your heart? Does living simply in community and witnessing publicly the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience for the life of the world give meaning to your life? Consider discerning your vocational call with us. Contact us if you would like to talk more about your yearnings to serve God’s people

Agrégées
The Agrégées are both new in congregation and old in history. In the early days of the Congregation, some of our first women vowed themselves through a single vow of fidelity to live the charism and mission within their chosen vocation. Over the years, this expression of being a member of the Joseph family disappeared. It has now reemerged in our Congregation, with the first group joining the Sisters of St. Joseph in June 2021.

Associates
The Associates are a community of lay people who feel a commitment to living their lives according to the charism of the Joseph community, “Love of God and dear neighbor without distinction, that all may be one.” Associates are mothers, fathers, grandparents, and single people. If you desire a more intimate relationship with Jesus and a yearning to live “uniting all in God’s love,” you may consider discerning this prompting of the Spirit as an Associate.
