Business Requirement Modifications for Project 

URL o The URL will be the same as the City Level Course Description page for traditional courses, but will utilize a different ItemID  Template: http://www.gowithcea.com/programs/COUNTRY/CITY/course_de scription.html?subjectarea=SUBJECTAREAID  If the subject area ID in the database is 76, it would render the ItemID as “subjectarea=76) • http://www.gowithcea.com/programs/england/london/cours e_description.html?subjectarea=76

Please highlight “Courses” on the Left Nav instead of the session

o The H1 will read “Courses Available in SUBJECT AREA” – the subject area should fill in here.  e.g. Courses Available in Architecture  e.g. Courses Available in Business  Note: This is not reflected in the screen shot. o The “Return to Course Listing” should still appear in the same way as it does presently: <a href="courses.html">Return to Course Listing</a> o Note: The way this link is set-up, it will actually return users to the City Courses page instead of the offering Courses page, because it is pulling by page name and not by level. This is intentional. o e.g. http://www.gowithcea.com/programs/spain/barcelona/courses.html

o The field “CEA Partner Institution” should read “Academic Institution” instead. o The “Location” field should remain o The “Instruction in:” field should remain

o Beneath this text a content block will pull. Each Subject Area ID is associated with a Partner Institution ID. The content blocks to pull for this section will also be associated by Partner Institution ID and should match up.  Content blocks will be coded via the CMSTextID as “directenroll_ID” • e.g. directenroll_4024 would equal the content block for Goldsmiths College, University of London o Right Column  As with the Course Description project there will be the same box with logic similar to the one that renders for the code <span id='programtable' />.

• The offerings that pull into this box should follow the same logic as Dates & Prices for being Offered on Web and Open, and need to be associated with the Subject Area ID. • However, this box will be laid out slightly differently and it will pull programs and their offerings based on their association with the specific course. The purpose of this is so that users can tell which programs they are able to take that specific course under.

• This box will be in a separate column, so text will not need to wrap around it • The header for this box should read “This Subject Area is Available through these Programs:” • The session links in the menu will still take users to the Overview page for that program.
