NEW RIVA 96’ ARGO SUPER: STYLISTIC ELEGANCE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE SEA

a Spezia, July 20, 2026 – The launch of the first Riva 96’ Argo Super at Riva’s La Spezia shipyard, where models in the 70 to 130-foot range are built, was attended by Ferretti Group CEO Stassi Anastassov and by the designers of Officina Italiana Design. The new Riva 96’ Argo Super is designed to offer an even more enjoyable experience in contact with the sea, maintaining the balance between performance, comfort and timeless elegance that sets Riva’s flybridge yachts apart. An evolution of the famous Riva 90’ Argo, one of the best loved models in the range, the new yacht introduces a series of major design innovations that elevate the quality of life on board, offering a more efficient layout, an even more harmonious sense of connection between indoors and outdoors, and outstanding liveability. Like all Riva creations in the last thirty years, Riva 96’ Argo Super is the result of collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the Strategic Product Committee and Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department. “History does not make a brand iconic. The courage to reinvent it, generation after generation, does. For more than 180 years, Riva has set the standard for timeless beauty on the water. The new Riva 96’ Argo Super carries that legacy forward with a yacht that is unmistakably Riva—more innovative, more liveable and more connected to the sea than ever before.” said Stassi Anastassov, Ferretti Group Chief Executive Officer. With a length overall of 28.79 metres and a maximum beam of 6.50 metres, the new flybridge model features clean, sleek contours, which are pointed up on the choice of livery – a refined pairing of Aluminium with Bright Black details – further highlighting the yacht’s contemporary character.
The first major new development on board involves the aft and beach areas, which have been redesigned to enhance interaction with the water and improve the usability of the outdoor spaces. A generous sunpad complete with handrail and cup holders is now incorporated in the garage door, which opens to provide access to the Williams 435 tender and jet ski. The adjacent swim platform is fitted with a lift mechanism that makes it even easier and safer to enter the water and organise life on board, transforming the beach area into an even more welcoming and practical space. The cockpit too features additional storage compartments, a built-in refrigerator and new adjustable backrests for the two large sofas positioned lengthways beside the dining table, offering even more comfort and versatility; the flybridge, on the other hand, now showcases a new bar unit and mahogany-topped tables. One of the most significant new features is the introduction of a day head on the main deck, which improves usability and opens the way to a more efficient layout. The salon is available in two different configurations: on this first boat, the layout features the dining area aft and the lounge forward, a solution which underscores indoor-outdoor continuity and creates an even more convivial atmosphere on board. The full-beam master suite benefits from expansive glazed surfaces and furnishings arranged to amplify the natural light and offer views of the water and surrounding seascape, even from the bed. On the lower deck, moving the day head to the main deck frees up space which is now used for the guest sleeping area. In the standard configuration, the lower deck features three generous guest cabins, including a full-beam VIP cabin aft that exploits the newly gained space to offer a level of comfort and size comparable to a second master suite; in the optional
configuration, the layout features three VIP cabins plus a guest cabin with twin beds. The interiors have also evolved to embrace a new language of style, in which polished wengé wood is set off by pale matt oak, establishing a refined balance of textures that adds to the overall sense of brightness. The careful combination of fine woods, mirrored surfaces and contemporary polished steel detailing creates a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere that’s perfectly aligned with the yacht’s elegant and sporty character. The first Riva 96’ Argo Super is fitted with a pair of MTU 12V 2000 M96X engines, each producing 2,000 HP. The on-board equipment also includes Seakeeper NG18 and NG10 gyroscopic stabilisers, the Watchit collision prevention system, Xenta’s X-AID manoeuvring aid and virtual anchor system, plus a stern thruster, all solutions designed to boost comfort, safety and manoeuvrability. The first Riva 96’ Argo Super will make her official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026.

Anglers to Learn, Fish and Win at Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing Keys Event, Oct. 16-18

avernier/Islamorada, FL – The nonprofit Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing Foundation will host their Keys University and Fishing Fever Tournament, Oct. 16-18, 2026. This event features hands-on instruction, networking, optional fishing charters and fun tournament competition in the Sport Fishing Capital of the World. Held at the Tavernier Elks Lodge, the weekend includes: • Friday: Fishing and an evening networking social and fundraiser (6:30–8:30 pm) • Saturday: Educational sessions (9 am-4 pm) with topics such as offshore, inshore and bottom fishing, tackle, conservation, and fishing basics. Hands-on skill stations include knot tying, casting, dehooking, bait rigging, cspin casting and more • Sunday: Fishing and Fishing Fever awards

What Spare Boat Parts Should You Keep Onboard? When you’re out on the water, a small mechanical problem can quickly turn into a major inconvenience. Keeping essential spare boat parts onboard can help you handle common issues and get back to shore safely. The right replacement boat parts depend on your boat, engine, and equipment, but every boater should carry a basic selection of spares. What Spare Boat Parts Should You Keep Onboard? The most important spare boat parts to keep onboard include engine belts, fuses, light bulbs, spark plugs, fuel filters, hose clamps, spare fuel-line components, and replacement hardware. You should also carry basic tools needed to install or replace these parts. Check your owner’s manuals and talk to your boat manufacturer, dealer, or marine mechanic for recommendations. 1. Fuses and Circuit Breakers Replacement fuses are an important part of any onboard spare-parts kit. Keep several replacement fuses that match the types and amperage ratings used by your boat. Never replace a fuse with one that has a higher amperage rating. If a fuse continues to blow, have the electrical system inspected rather than replacing it. 2. Spare Belts If your engine uses belts, carrying replacement belts can be helpful in case one breaks while you’re underway. A failed belt can affect systems such as the alternator or water pump, depending on the engine. Hose Clamps and Marine Hoses Hose clamps are inexpensive, take up little space, and can address certain hose-related problems. Carry correctly sized, corrosion-resistant clamps designed for marine applications. Depending on your boat, you may also want to carry short lengths of commonly used marine hose. Don’t use makeshift materials for systems where the wrong hose could create a safety hazard. 6. The best replacement boat parts are those specifically designed for your boat and its systems. Before purchasing spares, check your owner’s manuals for part numbers, specifications, and recommended components. Directions: Seared Florida Tuna Steaks - In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine olives, garlic, tomatoes, capers, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and feta cheese. Lightly stir ingredients to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Preheat a medium-sized sauté pan over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the tuna steaks lightly with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the preheated sauté pan. Carefully add the tuna steaks to the sauté pan. Cook tuna steaks to preferred doneness (tuna cooks very quickly, and is usually served rare). To serve tuna, slice each steak in half and plate them with even amounts of relish on top. Garnish the tuna with the herb oil. Florida Herb Oil - In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients. Blend to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. To serve, drizzle herb oil over seafood or use as a bread dipping sauce.

Repurpose Your Boating Gear What do you do with boating gear that has been outgrown or has reached its end life? There are many different ways to reuse or upcycle items to help reduce waste that may otherwise end up in the landfill or our oceans. Whether you are a competitive racer or enjoy boating recreationally, there are a lot of different types of gear that you will use while boating, including life jackets, wetsuits, foul weather gear, gloves and ropes. What do you do with gear that has been outgrown or has reached its end life? There are a variety of ways to reuse, repurpose and recycle boating gear to help reduce waste that may otherwise end up in the landfill or our waterways. Personal Clothing and Gear Support companies that will help maintain or repair clothing and gear to prolong the life of your items. At your marina or club, set up a gear donation box where boaters can donate clothing, gloves and life jackets that they are no longer using. Set up a gear swap day to

trade useful items with other boaters. Send your old wetsuits to be recycled into neoprene yoga mats. Sails Send your used sails to a company that will transform the material into reusable bags. Research other opportunities to repurpose retired sails. For example, the Royal Canadian Yacht Club collaborates with Canadian Food for Children to send used sails to developing countries for ground and roof covers. Set up a sail drive at your club or marina to collect old sails. Some sails may not be good for racing but will work for cruising. Ropes and Lines Upcycle your old line into a rope rug, durable dog leash or even a rope koozie. Research companies that will collect your used rope and
repurpose them into other items. Did you know? Personal flotation devices (PFDs) do not have expiration dates. However, if you are donating gear that is used for safety, ensure that fabric is free of rips and the flotation material has not deteriorated. Regular wear and tear and poor storage can impact how a life jacket performs and protects the user when they’re in the water. Captain’sCorner with Captain Sergio Atanes Fall Tactics for Tampa Bay Bruisers October is one of the best months of the year for catching large redfish in Tampa Bay. Although redfish are year-round residents, the bigger breeder fish become more predictable as the water cools and bait gathers along the mangrove shorelines. After the long heat of summer, the lower water temperatures bring new life to the flats, and the big bruisers begin feeding with more confidence around points, cuts, potholes, and current-swept edges. After a short run to catch bait at my secret spot, we headed for Weedon Island, one of my favorite places to target oversize redfish this time of year. Once we reached the no-motor zone, I lowered the trolling motor and, with the push of a button, 103 pounds of thrust came to life, quietly pushing my 24-foot Sheaffer bay boat toward the mangrove shoreline. Many islands and keys in Tampa Bay are protected areas, and anglers must rely on a trolling motor or push pole. It pays to know the rules, respect the habitat, and move slowly because FWC keeps a close eye on these areas. We worked slowly toward the southeast point of the key, watching nervous bait, pushing wakes, and mullet activity. Once we found the right mix of current, grass, and mangrove cover, we anchored and waited for the school to appear. Patience is one of the most important parts of red fishing. A shoreline can look empty one minute and then suddenly come alive when a school slides in with the tide. We were prepared for actionwith several bait
presentations ready to go. One rod carried a live pinfish suspended just below the surface under a float, another had greenbacks free lined beyond the float, and a third was rigged with cut pinfish and a small split shot to keep the bait on the bottom. Having different options in the water helps determine what the fish want, especially when reds are moving through shallow grass or staging along mangrove edges. The sun’s rays were beginning to cut through the crystal-clear water, and we could see small pinfish darting in and out of the grass while mullet jumped nearby. By lookingat my clients’ faces, I could tell they were ready for action, and so was I. Just beyond casting range, a small wake appeared as if a boat had slipped across the flat. We looked at each other and, without saying a word, prepared for the attack. The reds were coming.Rolando drew first blood, and within a split second another rod bowed over. Soon we had three hookups and no one around to see it. For more than three hours, we had the school to ourselves, battling reds, winning some fights and losing others, and enjoying the kind of morning every redfish angler dreams about. Large schools of redfish often congregate around mangrove islands in the fall. Some schools are so large they form a reddish wave as they push through the shallow flats. My favorite baits for these fish are 3- to 5-inch pinfish, fresh cut pinfish, greenbacks, and dollarsize pass crabs. Casting distance is a must because these fish are wary in skinny water. Medium tackle works best: I prefer 15-pound braided
with Captain Dylan Hubbard Nearshore Fishing Report Water temps have quickly returned to warmer upper ranges. Due to this, we are seeing the near shore action better as you get deeper towards the upper end of the near shore range. Fishing around 60-80ft or more is best to find cooperative lane snapper, a few mangroves and the occasional keeper red grouper. Lane snapper love live shrimp, but we find them on small chunk of threadfins and squid chunks too. Lanes are great eating fish and we have been finding areas holding more than others. Keep sticking and moving till you find the depth and area holding more cooperative lane snapper closer to the 70-80ft or more depth range. Mangrove snapper are super thick inshore around good structures, while near shore they seem to be more concentrated deeper around that 80100ft area. Using small chunks of cut threadfin on the double snell rig is best around 30lb leader and 3-4ot hooks. Red grouper are possible fishing deepest near shore but you have to sort through a lot of the 16-19 inch fish to find a couple keepers that are 20 inches or more to harvest. Using bigger baits like squid strips, bonita strips or larger live baits is best to find the bigger keeper sized grouper. Like the lanes, it takes some

hunting around to find concentrations of nice keeper sized fish. Offshore Fishing Report We are staying after the red snapper offshore in that 140-160ft range and beyond. They are open for us continuously through end of day October 25th. Fishing for red snapper remains steady with the big ones being caught on bigger baits like the threadfin squid combo or the bonita chunks or the bigger live baits. Things like big boston mackerel are good options too. Anything large and oily will work well to attract these aggressive feeders. Red grouper have remained steady for us offshore with good numbers being harvested on our 12 hour extreme trips, 39 hour trips and the long range private fishing charters on our go fast charter fleet. Big live baits and dead baits are key much like targeting the bigger red snapper. Scamp grouper have been most common the medium sized live pinfish and the moderate tackle like the 60lb leaders and the 6-7ot hooks. We do see them from time to time while targeting mangrove snapper with cut threadfin too. Triggerfish are open once again and were seeing some nice ones caught on our deeper water adventures aboard our

West Central Florida line, a 7-foot 6-inch medium-action fast-taper rod, and 3000- to 4000-size spinning reels for long, accurate casts and enough backbone to control a big fish around grass and mangrove roots. Redfish in shallow water spook easily, so stealth is the key. Keep a safe distance from the school, avoid slamming hatches, speak quietly, and use the trolling motor sparingly. Sound travels much faster through water than through air, and even a small noise can scatter fish that were feeding comfortably moments before. The best approach is to position the boat ahead of the fish, stay still, and let the school come to you. I prefer to fish the start of the outgoing tide for reds because, as the water drops, bait and fish are pushed into cuts, potholes, and troughs around the mangrove islands. Those areas can turn into private casting ponds when the timing is right. Get there early, stay ahead of the tide change, and be willing to wait. I satquietly for an hour before the fish moved in, and it wasoften well worth it. While other boats chase the school, let the fish come to you. Never cast directly into a school of redfish; instead, cast ahead of them and allow your bait to settle naturally in their path. On days with stronger current, I will use a float and let the flow drift the bait toward the fish. That simple adjustment can make the presentation look natural and keep the bait in the strike zone longer. My clients had a great day, and it was one they will never forget.

They like the smaller strips of chewy baits like the bonita strips, squid strips or smaller octopus tentacles. Yellowtail snapper have been coming up on live shrimp or squid chunks and sometimes smaller chunks of threadfin. We see them primarily through the night time fishing but occasionally we can pull them during the day too. Pelagic action has been stellar lately with bountiful blackfin tuna coming up on the trollers, flat lines and so thick sometimes we catch them dropping down or reeling up live pinfish. We have caught a few big bull mahi mahi or dolphin while flat line fishing or pitch bait fishing while on our long range 12 hour extreme trips, deep water private fishing charters or the 39 hour long range overnight fishing trip! Wahoo are possible too and a few nice ones caught lately while trolling. We have some new wahoo killer trolling lures in our shop from line sided tackle and were hoping that helps us to catch even more of these good eating wahoo while offshore fishing.

The mullet are starting to trickle into the local Palm Beaches, big schools should be on beaches and throughout inter coastal soon.

Juvenile tarpon have been abundant in bays and canals. These fish are striking live bait‘s and X wraps. The Silver King put on a great show with the acrobatic leaps, bringing plenty of excitement to anglers. Bigger tarpon from 50 to 100 pound class are starting to migrate down beach following baits school. Those fish can targeted with live bait DOA baitbuster or a Rapala skitter walk. Snook anglers have been targeting bridges, seawalls and docks for best results. Snook are ambushing bait schools as they push through with incoming and outgoing tides. Artificial enthusiast, a Rapala skitter walk or a Doa bait buster will get the drag screaming. Anglers looking for nonstop action jacks are abundant and put on a show with there explosive strikes. Jacks explode on live bait free lined or a Rapala skitter walks worked near structure or channel edges. Jacks range in size from 2 to 30 pounds.

Weekly Fort Lauderdale Fishing Report – South Florida – Week of September 15, 2026 | Don’t Tell Mom Sportfishing The past week and a half has produced some really exciting fishing aboard the Don’t Tell Mom, but the biggest highlight by far was an incredible 98-inch Lemon Shark that put on one of the most memorable battles we’ve had in a long time. We were wreck fishing with a large dead bait on the bottom when the big female Lemon Shark picked it up and took off. The fish immediately started peeling line and putting the tackle to the test. Our angler, Sean, was quickly in the fight, and he battled this massive Shark for roughly 40 minutes before finally getting it boatside. The fish was an absolute giant. Lemon Sharks are powerful predators and can be incredibly impressive up close, and this large female was a fish we don’t get to see very often. After getting some photos, we tagged the Shark and safely released her to continue swimming. It was a true trophy catch and an experience Sean won’t soon forget.

King Mackerel Are Showing Up One of the other really encouraging developments over the past week or so has been the increased presence of King Mackerel. We’ve been seeing more fish around and, importantly, we’ve been catching them ourselves. The Kingfish bite has been noticeably better, and we’re excited to see what happens as we continue into the fall. There are also still opportunities for Blackfin Tuna, along with some Barracudas and other hard-fighting reef predators. Live bait has continued to be an excellent option when targeting bigger fish around the wrecks
and structure. We’ve also been catching some nice Amberjacks and more Barracudas on live bait, giving our anglers plenty of opportunities for a serious battle even when we’re not specifically targeting Sharks. Fall Fishing Is Starting to Take Shape Conditions have been fairly stable, with generally light winds and comfortable seas. We’ve had the usual South Florida afternoon showers and thunderstorms, but overall the weather has been very cooperative. Current has been relatively light recently, although we’re beginning to see some of the stronger tidal movements that come with this time of year. You can definitely feel the seasonal transition beginning. The days are getting shorter, temperatures are gradually becoming more comfortable, and bait movement is increasing. Flying Fish and Ballyhoo are around, and the Mullet Run is getting closer. That bait migration is one of the things that makes September and October such exciting months to fish. As the bait moves, the predators follow, creating opportunities for King Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, Sharks, and plenty of other species. We expect the King Mackerel bite to continue improving, while Mahi-Mahi and Wahoo should become increasingly important as fall progresses. Blackfin Tuna should also become more consistent as water temperatures begin to drop. Weekly Fort Lauderdale Fishing Report – South Florida – Week of September 26, 2026 | Don’t Tell Mom Sportfishing This past week was nothing short of action-packed, with some truly remarkable catches and classic winter fishing conditions. Early in the week we experienced very cold weather, which eventually warmed back up
Gold Coast the inside waterways were striking, live mullet, and Doa bait busters. The tarpon have been ranging from 5 to 80 pounds. The extreme high tides made tarpon little finicky at times anglers enjoyed jumping tarpon, but many of them not landed. Snook fishing has been consistent around structured areas bridges, seawalls and docks. Anglers are using live mullet free lined with the tide. A rapala skitter walk excellent bait for top water action. Snook can be found ambushing bait schools on flats and around mangrove shorelines, early morning late afternoon produce epic feedings. With all the mullet migrating into the local area, Jacks have been abundant along with bluefish, spanish mackerel and ladyfish. All of these fish are willing to eat a live bait, artificial enthusiast can use Rapala skitter walk or a Doa 3” shad tail. Well, that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed it. Southeast FL to more typical winter temperatures. Sea conditions varied day to day, with larger swells on some days and fairly flat seas on others. Winds were primarily out of the west and northwest, and we had a north current all week long, creating fairly ideal conditions for winter fishing. The fishing itself was outstanding. We caught multiple Sailfish, continuing to show why winter is one of the most exciting times of the year to be on the water. One of the rarest catches of the week was a Warsaw Grouper, a fish very few anglers ever get the chance to see, let alone catch. We also had some unforgettable shark action, including a giant 14-foot Great Hammerhead Shark, one of the biggest we’ve ever caught, along with a Caribbean Reef Shark. These fish provided incredible battles and unforgettable experiences for our guests. Trolling added even more excitement with some Mahi Mahi, which are somewhat uncommon for this time of year, and a really nice Wahoo—an elusive and beautiful fish that’s always a thrill to see come over the rail. Overall, the fishing has been excellent with an impressive variety of species around, and winter continues to deliver some truly special opportunities. Looking ahead, temperatures are expected to warm up slightly, and the forecast looks very favorable for another week of exciting winter fishing. Don’t wait—come fishing with us!
