Welcome back to another edition of Mimir Magazine! We’re now entering the second half of 2023—time sure flies! It’s now summer in some parts of the world, so I hope you all stay cool and hydrated for the next few months!

In this edition, we have quite a number of interesting articles. Love a furball? How about royal furballs? You can read all about the history of cats living in the Forbidden City in “Cats in the Forbidden City”. And if you’re a vegetarian or someone who’s a fan of vegetable dishes, you don’t want to miss reading a touching tale of a Korean chef turned nun in “Korean Vegan Chef: Jeong Kwan”.
