Dear Readers, Every issue of The Luxury Network International Magazine is a celebration of remarkable people, exceptional craftsmanship, extraordinary destinations, and the experiences that define the world of luxury.

This issue, however, is especially personal to me.

For many years, I have had the privilege of witnessing and sharing extraordinary celebrations around the world.

Yet this summer, I found myself on the other side of the story, celebrating one of the most meaningful moments of my own life: my marriage to Vitoria.

On August 29, surrounded by our families, friends, and loved ones, we celebrated our wedding at The Ghattas Estate in Jiyeh, Lebanon a place deeply connected to my family and now forever connected to the beginning of our life together.

Creating this celebration was an intensely personal journey. Every element was imagined with purpose from transforming the estate into a mirrored jungle and bringing nature, architecture and light together, to the music, performances, gastronomy and details that unfolded throughout the evening. But beyond everything that could be seen, what made the night extraordinary was something far more important: the people who shared it with us.

Having Vitoria and me on the cover of this issue therefore represents much more than a wedding feature. For me, it represents a new chapter personally, but also a reminder of what luxury ultimately means.

Luxury is not simply about what is rare, beautiful or valuable. True luxury is having the opportunity to create unforgettable moments with the people who matter most.

As you turn these pages, you will discover stories from across the international world of luxury, alongside a very special look inside our wedding and the remarkable talents who helped bring our vision to life.

To everyone who travelled from Lebanon and around the world to celebrate with us, to our families, our friends, and every person who contributed to this unforgettable evening, Vitoria and I extend our deepest gratitude.

n 29 August 2026, Fares Ghattas and Vitoria celebrated their marriage at the Ghattas Estate in Jiyeh, Lebanon, surrounded by family, friends and guests who had travelled from Lebanon and around the world to share one of the most important nights of their lives.

For all its spectacular details — couture, fireworks, live performances, a mirrored jungle and even a transparent dance floor suspended above a remarkable collection of Japanese koi fish at its heart, the evening was about something much simpler:

Fares and Vitoria getting married.

The couple chose to celebrate their wedding at the Ghattas Estate, making the occasion deeply personal by opening their home rather than selecting a traditional wedding venue.

For Fares, Global CEO of The Luxury Network, the estate represents family, heritage and home. For Vitoria, it became the setting in which a new chapter of their lives would begin together.

They wanted the wedding to be spectacular, but also warm, emotional and unmistakably theirs.

Approximately 400 guests gathered for an evening that began beneath the last light of the Mediterranean sunset and continued late into the night.

And although the scale of the production was extraordinary, the celebration was never conceived simply to impress.

Every element reflected something about the couple: their personalities, their love of nature and beauty, their families, their Lebanese roots and the experience they wanted to share with those closest to them.

A HOME TRANSFORMED For one extraordinary night, the Ghattas Estate became an entirely different world.

Fares personally conceived the wedding planning and creative direction, developing a Mirrored Jungle concept that combined the existing landscape of the estate with tropical vegetation, reflective architecture, water and dramatic lighting.

The objective was never to hide the character of the property beneath conventional wedding décor.

Instead, the estate itself became the foundation of the design.

Towering palms framed the celebration while Bird of Paradise and lush tropical vegetation appeared throughout the gardens.

Against this organic landscape came the defining architectural element of the wedding: mirrors.

Mirrored surfaces were incorporated extensively throughout the celebration — across tables, structures and the stage — creating a fascinating dialogue between architecture and nature.

During daylight, the mirrors reflected greenery and sky.

At sunset, they captured the warmth of the fading Mediterranean light.

And after dark, they multiplied candles, illuminated palms, flowers and the movement of hundreds of 11

WHEN THE MANSION CAME ALIVE

The result was constantly changing.

After darkness fell, specially created architectural video mapping transformed the side façade of the Ghattas mansion.

From one perspective, guests saw tropical gardens.

From another, the landscape appeared to continue infinitely through reflection.

Roni Bassil interpreted the botanical jungle chic vision through sculptural floral arrangements mixed with anthurium, bird of paradise, arica palms and installations integrated throughout the estate rather than simply placed upon it.

Contemporary furniture supplied by Ghorayeb Technotel complemented the mirrored environment, allowing the vegetation, flowers and reflections to remain the protagonists.

Rather than installing a conventional screen, imagery was projected directly onto the architecture of the house, allowing the existing stone façade, windows and arches to become part of the visual composition.

Botanical imagery inspired by the wedding’s Mirrored Jungle concept travelled across the mansion, visually extending the tropical landscape of the gardens onto the building itself.

Flowers, foliage and points of light appeared across the stonework, while powerful beams of light swept into the night sky above Jiyeh.

The stage itself continued this visual language, using reflective surfaces instead of a conventional backdrop so that the surrounding palms, guests and lighting became part of its architecture.

The effect blurred the boundary between the permanent architecture of the Ghattas Estate and the temporary world created for the wedding.

From ground level, the effect was immersive.

The mansion was no longer simply the backdrop to the celebration.

From the sky, its true scale was revealed.

It became part of the show.

Aerial views transformed the wedding into one enormous composition: gardens, palms, pools, mirrored structures, dining areas, lighting and hundreds of guests appearing together within the landscape of the estate.

From the koi fish moving through the water below to tropical imagery projected across the house and beams of light crossing the sky above, the wedding was conceived on multiple visual levels.

It was not simply a venue decorated for a wedding.

For one night, it became a world created for Fares and Vitoria.

pools, mirrored structures, dining areas, projection mapping, lighting and hundreds of guests appearing together within the landscape.

Skylight Lebanon, responsible for the evening’s lighting and sound production, helped transform the estate after dark, with light becoming part of the architecture rather than simply a technical necessity.

It was not simply a venue decorated for a wedding.

For one night, it became a world created for Fares and Vitoria.

The transformation prepared guests for the moment everyone had been waiting for.

The entrances.

FROM SUNSET TO NIGHT Guests began arriving from 7:30 PM for the welcome reception.

THE ENTRANCES: TWO MOMENTS, ONE STORY At approximately 9:00 PM, the atmosphere changed.

The experience was designed to unfold gradually.

As guests entered the estate, there was still natural light in the sky. The gardens, tropical installations and mirrored surfaces could be experienced in their daytime form.

Fares’ entrance was conceived as a celebration in itself wearing a made to measure Tom Ford suit.

He entered alongside internationally renowned Lebanese singer Saad Ramadan, whose live performance immediately brought a new energy to the estate.

Then the sun disappeared.

And the wedding changed with it.

Joining the entrance were Hayakel Baalbak Dabke, bringing the unmistakable rhythm and movement of Lebanese Dabke into the celebration.

Palms became illuminated.

It was joyful, powerful and proudly Lebanese.

Candles began glowing across the tables.

Reflections intensified.

Music, dancing and tradition surrounded Fares as he entered among family and friends, many of whom had travelled considerable distances to be there.

The mansion came alive through video mapping.

Then everything changed.

Beams of light reached into the sky.

The energy softened.

The mirrored architecture that had reflected the gardens during the day now captured fragments of colour, light and movement.

The music gave way to anticipation.

And attention turned towards the bride.

For Vitoria’s entrance, Manal Mallat performed a live rendition of “Hallelujah.”

The lights.

The hundreds of guests.

Against the transformed landscape of the Ghattas Estate, Vitoria appeared.

She wore Elie Saab Bridal, embodying the romantic craftsmanship and elegance of one of the most internationally recognised couture houses.

The months of preparation.

Everything became secondary to the image of Fares holding his bride.

Then the sky erupted.

Her gown was complemented by exceptional Graff jewellery.

Her bridal beauty look brought together two celebrated Lebanese talents: Wassim Morkos, who created her hair, and Bassam Fattouh, who created her makeup.

Fireworks illuminated the Ghattas Estate and the night above Jiyeh as the couple began the celebration together.

Husband and wife.

As Manal Mallat’s voice carried across the estate, Vitoria made her way towards Fares.

THE FIRST TASTE OF THE EVENING

The contrast between their entrances could not have been more striking.

The gastronomic experience began before guests ever reached their dinner tables.

Fares had entered surrounded by music, Dabke and celebration.

For Fares and Vitoria, the welcome reception was designed as the first chapter of the culinary journey rather than simply a waiting period before the main celebration.

Vitoria arrived through emotion, elegance and the sound of a single voice.

And then they came together.

A dedicated welcome drinks and canapé experience greeted guests as they arrived at the estate.

Fares walked towards his bride and lifted Vitoria and kissed her.

The cocktail menu even carried playful references to the newlyweds.

For a moment, the enormous production surrounding them disappeared.

The “Charming Groom” combined a choice of gin or vodka with homemade ginger-mint and lychee syrups, fresh lemon, sparkling water and a finishing layer of red wine.

The mirrors.

The tropical landscape.

The “Spicy Ever After” paired tequila or vodka with orange liqueur, homemade mulberry habanero, fresh pomegranate and lemon.

edible gold, Wagyu tartare tartlets with gold dust and edible tuile, and choux aux craquelin with crème fraîche and caviar.

And in a subtle nod to Vitoria’s Brazilian heritage, guests were also served the quintessential Brazilian Caipirinha, made with cachaça, fresh lime and crushed ice.

It was the first indication that food would be treated as an integral part of the wedding.

Alongside the cocktails were fresh juices and traditional refreshments including lemonade with guava, orange with passion fruit, ward and jellab, bringing Brazilian, international and Lebanese influences together from the moment guests arrived.

Moët & Chandon Champagne and an open premium bar completed the drinks experience.

The accompanying canapés set the culinary tone for what would follow: salmon macarons finished with 18

DINNER WITHIN THE MIRRORED JUNGLE Following the entrances, guests moved into the formal seated dinner.

A combination of round and long tables had been positioned throughout the transformed estate, surrounded by tropical vegetation, flowers, candlelight and mirrored surfaces.

The tables themselves became part of the landscape.

Reflections allowed flowers, candles and greenery to appear to continue beyond their physical boundaries.

A DINNER BETWEEN LEBANON AND BRAZIL

Even the table names were conceived as part of the Mirrored Jungle world.

The seated dinner represented the second chapter of the culinary experience.

Rather than traditional numbers, guests discovered names inspired by nature and tropical landscapes — Cedar, Acacia, Cypress, Agave, Oasis, Magnolia, Palm, Azalea, Eden, Blue Macaw, Amazonia, Bird of Paradise, Gardenia, Orchid, Arara, Toucan, Areca, Açaí, Jacaranda and Jasmine.

Fares and Vitoria deliberately moved away from the conventional formula of a large Lebanese wedding buffet in favour of a formal multi-course seated dinner.

Every detail reinforced the identity of the wedding.

Socrate Catering delivered the evening’s catering in collaboration with internationally recognised food artist Chef Omar Sartawi, bringing together precision in service with a more creative approach to presentation.

Guests began with a marinated salmon, quinoa and avocado salad with raspberry coulis.

The second course brought a French influence through berlingots aux cèpes, accompanied by truffle sauce and Parmesan foam.

But the main course carried a particularly personal connection to the bride.

For the wedding, Brazilian picanha was flown especially from Brazil to Lebanon for the night, bringing an authentic taste of Vitoria’s home country to the tables of the Ghattas Estate.

Prepared sous vide, the picanha was served with vegetable purée, demi-glace and chimichurri oil.

It was more than a premium ingredient.

For a wedding bringing together two families and two backgrounds, flying the meat from Brazil specifically for the celebration allowed Vitoria’s heritage to become part of the experience shared with every guest.

The menu therefore travelled, in its own way, between the couple’s worlds — international in execution, Lebanese in hospitality and with a meaningful taste of Brazil at its heart.

The selection moved between European pâtisserie, contemporary sweets and traditional Lebanese flavours.

Cakes and entremets included fraisier, Sacher, red velvet and chocolate cakes, alongside fruit tarts, lemon cloud, chocolate halawa and biscuit with raha.

Verrines, mouhalabiyeh with apricot, meghli, aïch saraya, macarons and a chocolate-dipped kol w chokor pyramid added further variety.

Traditional Arabic desserts included halawet el-jebn, maamoul pistachio, liwa almond, knefeh bil-jibn, karabij with natef and kashta pistachio ice cream, alongside other sweets, fruit and chocolate creations.

In keeping with the scale of the evening, dessert became less a final course than another destination within the wedding.

THE SECRET BENEATH THE DANCE FLOOR At the centre of the Ghattas Estate was something no event company could have brought to the wedding or something that have been ever done in any event.

It was already part of the home.

A DESSERT ROOM OF ITS OWN

The koi pond.

The culinary experience did not end with the seated dinner.

The large circular pond houses Fares’ private collection of Japanese koi, carefully developed over time and containing remarkable specimens in shades of white, red, orange, yellow and gold.

Instead of serving a single plated dessert, an extensive dessert buffet was created, giving guests another experience to discover as the evening progressed.

For the wedding, there was a decision to make.

Cover the pond and forget about it for the evening.

Built over time from carefully selected Japanese koi, the private collection is valued at more than US$500,000.

Or make it part of the story.

Fares chose the latter.

A specially engineered transparent dance floor was constructed above the pond, allowing the koi to remain visible beneath the guests.

Yet its monetary value was not what made the idea special.

These were not fish brought into a venue as decoration.

They belonged there.

During dinner, the water became a living visual feature.

Later, when the celebration moved onto the dance floor, flashes of colour appeared beneath guests’ feet as the koi moved through the illuminated water.

Only after discovering the feature did many understand how extraordinary the collection itself was.

The pond was part of the couple’s home before the wedding and would remain there long after it.

By incorporating it into the celebration rather than hiding it, something genuinely personal became one of the most extraordinary visual elements of the night.

And then it became a dance floor.

ART IN MOTION

MUSIC, TRADITION AND CELEBRATION

One of the night’s most spectacular moments unfolded around the koi pond after Fares & Vitoria first dance, a brazilian samba show!

Entertainment remained woven throughout the night rather than appearing as a succession of isolated performances.

Followed by, the internationally acclaimed Lebanese dance NA Productions company curating a special performance inspired by Mayyas.

NA Entertainment contributed to the evening’s entertainment programme and the progression of the celebration.

Their choreography unfolded around the circular pond and transparent dance floor.

Saad Ramadan, who had already accompanied Fares’ entrance, later brought his energy back to the wedding through his live performance.

The dancers moved around the water.

The koi moved beneath them.

Mirrors multiplied the movement.

Traditional Lebanese elements introduced through Balbach Dabke sat naturally alongside contemporary entertainment, while Hayakel Baalbak, Samba show, Manal Mallat and Joe Ashkar each brought a completely different artistic character to the evening.

The palms and tropical vegetation surrounded them.

The Mirrored Jungle changed once more.

And theatrical lighting transformed the entire scene.

For several minutes, dance, water, nature, architecture and reflection became one composition.

It was impossible to separate the performance from its surroundings.

What guests had first discovered as an elegant reception beneath the setting sun had become a late-night celebration surrounded by tropical vegetation, reflected light, music and movement.

And at its centre, the transparent floor above the koi pond became the dance floor.

And that was precisely what made it memorable.

It could only have happened there.

11:30 PM — FIRE IN THE SKY

At the Ghattas Estate.

At approximately 11:30 PM, attention returned to Fares and Vitoria for another defining moment.

At Fares and Vitoria’s wedding.

The cake cutting.

As the newlyweds cut their 4 meters height hand made wedding cake, the sky above the Ghattas Estate once again erupted into fireworks.

From ground level, the spectacle was dramatic.

From above, it was extraordinary.

The illuminated estate appeared beneath the fireworks: palms and gardens glowing, mirrored surfaces catching the light, the mansion transformed through projection, hundreds of guests surrounding the couple and the Mediterranean landscape stretching beyond.

It became one of the defining aerial images of the wedding.

And with the formal moments complete, the night moved fully into celebration.

Guests filled the dance floor.

Music continued.

And the party carried on late into the night with the singing of Joe Ashkar.

THE GROOM WHO CREATED HIS OWN WEDDING

And the decision to transform his koi pond into a transparent dance floor.

Behind the wedding was an unusual creative dynamic.

The smallest details were considered alongside the largest installations.

The groom was also its planner and creative director.

As Global CEO of The Luxury Network, Fares has spent much of his professional life within the international luxury industry, surrounded by exceptional brands, hotels, designers, experiences and events.

Yet when it came to his own wedding, the objective was not to reproduce something he had seen elsewhere.

But an idea of this scale required an extensive team to bring it to life.

Cheyenne Feghali, together with Arts Crafters LB, led the wedding coordination and production, translating the concept into an event capable of welcoming approximately 400 guests within a private residence.

It was to create something specifically for himself and Vitoria.

For one evening, a family estate needed to function with the complexity of a major event venue while never losing the intimacy of being someone’s home.

Fares personally conceived and oversaw the wedding planning and creative concept.

That balance became one of the wedding’s defining achievements.

The Mirrored Jungle.

The transformation of the estate.

The mirrored architecture.

The tropical landscape.

The stage.

The architectural video mapping.

The lighting philosophy.

The guest journey.

The entertainment.

WHEN THE LAST FIREWORK FADED There are many images that will remain from Fares and Vitoria’s wedding.

Guests arriving to Champagne, cocktails and canapés as the sun began to set and the hanging musicians on the walls.

The anticipation before Vitoria appeared.

That is perhaps why the Ghattas Estate mattered so much.

Fares lifting his bride into his arms.

When the final guest eventually left, the temporary world created for the wedding began to disappear.

The sky exploding in fireworks above them.

The flowers would be removed.

Hundreds of guests dining between palms, flowers, candles and mirrors.

The production would come down.

Brazilian picanha, flown from Vitoria’s home country especially for the wedding, being served beneath the Lebanese night sky.

The mirrors would disappear.

The stone façade of the family mansion transformed into a moving canvas of tropical imagery.

The stage would be dismantled.

The projections would go dark.

The fireworks had already faded into the night.

Beams of light crossing the sky above Jiyeh.

But the house remained.

Mayyas performing around the illuminated koi pond.

The gardens remained.

Saad Ramadan bringing guests to their feet.

The koi continued swimming through the water.

Japanese koi moving beneath the transparent dance floor.

The newlyweds cutting their cake beneath another sky filled with fireworks.

And the aerial view of the Ghattas Estate glowing in the darkness.

But ultimately, the flowers, mirrors, gastronomy, projections, performances and fireworks were never the reason for the celebration.

Fares and Vitoria were.

The wedding marked the beginning of their marriage and the joining of two families, celebrated in a place already filled with family history.

And what remained above all was the memory of the night Fares and Vitoria were married there.

ENAMEL, THE NEW CHAPTER OF THE ALHAMBRA COLLECTION

S

ince its creation in 1968, the Alhambra collection has constantly reinvented itself over the decades. Inspired by the four-leaf clover, Van Cleef & Arpels’ icon of luck has welcomed a vast palette of stones and colors over the decades.

Today, the Alhambra motif is adorned with a new material introduced to the collection: enamel, a traditional decorative art savoir-faire. This precious material, which first appeared in Greece more than 3,500 years ago before being used by other civilizations, has embellished objects, ornaments, and jewelry featured in some of the most prestigious collections throughout the centuries.

Today, enamel enriches the polychrome identity of the Alhambra collection through five new yellow gold creations: a long necklace, 20 motifs; a necklace, 10 motifs; a bracelet, 5 motifs; a pendant, and a pair of earrings. Its vibrant pink color, the result of several years of research within Van Cleef & Arpels’ enamel workshop, was particularly complex to develop and is achieved using a technique inspired by the so-called “gold ruby” process, dating back to the 17th century.

Bits of Glitz

The enamel adorning the Alhambra creations is characterized by its intense hue, as well as its translucent material, interspersed with fine bubbles, which breathe life, depth, and singularity into the motif. It is set within a bezel of golden beads that testifies to the Maison’s expertise. Its regular curves are the fruit of meticulous jewelry work and polishing. Playing with the light, the golden spheres enhance the enamel’s reflections.

This new chapter in the Alhambra collection illustrates the Maison’s enduring commitment to this material, which has been featured in a wide variety of creations since the Maison’s founding. It adorned the hull of the precious Varuna object in 1906, graced the pure Art Deco lines of on powder compacts and vanity cases in the 1920s, and expressed the nuances of nature through the animal clips launched by the boutique in the 1950s.

Today, enamel and its multiple techniques are featured on the Poetic Complications® and Extraordinary Dials™ watches. These savoir-faire techniques, mastered in-house within Van Cleef & Arpels’ enamel workshop in Geneva, create effects of transparency, depth, and vibrant color to bring enchanting tableaux to life.

Since the invention of the automobile in 1886, Mercedes-Benz has shaped the history and future of mobility through pioneering technology, safety, comfort, and design.

To mark the occasion, IWC launches a limited-edition Big Pilot’s Watch featuring its newly engineered and highly innovative Perpetual Calendar ProSet. The Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar ProSet 140 Years Mercedes-Benz (Ref. IW329603) is limited to 140 pieces – with each one embodying a year of pioneering innovation in the history of Mercedes-Benz. The brushed and polished 42-millimeter stainless steel case frames a black dial with solid gold appliqués and gold-plated hands. The minute track is printed in white for easy legibility. On the sapphire-glass case back, a historic logo commemorates this milestone occasion. Introduced in 1926 following the merger of Daimler MotorenGesellschaft (DMG) with Benz & Cie., it was the first logo for Mercedes-Benz, combining the laurel wreath, adopted from the Benz emblem, with DMG’s emblematic three-pointed star.

A NEW LEVEL OF FLEXIBILITY AND EASE OF USE IWC’s journey into mechanical calendars began in 1985, when the company presented the perpetual calendar developed by legendary watchmaker Kurt Klaus. With the new Perpetual Calendar ProSet, the brand has now completely reimagined this complication, which remains one of the greatest challenges in watchmaking to this day.

The new module is based entirely on gears and protected by four patents. As a result, the calendar can now be adjusted forward and – for the first time – also backward using a single position of the crown. This new approach makes the calendar adjustments in both directions as easy and intuitive as setting the time itself. Unlike most traditional perpetual calendars, the ProSet requires no additional pushers, no changes in crown position, and no complicated setting menus. Behind this apparent simplicity lies a true engineering feat, which requires components with 37

intricate and highly complex geometries. To manufacture them, IWC uses the LIGA process, an advanced microstructuring technology based on lithography and electroforming.

DOUBLE MOON PHASE ACCURATE TO WITHIN ONE DAY EVERY 1,040 YEARS The Perpetual Calendar ProSet displays its information on four subdials. The date is shown at 3 o’clock, the month at 6 o’clock, and the day of the week at 9 o’clock. The moon phase is positioned at 12 o’clock.

Thanks to a newly calculated reduction gear, the display will deviate by only one day after 1,040 years.

IWC’s signature Double Moon® ensures the moon is shown correctly for viewers in both the northern and southern hemispheres. The four-digit year display – another hallmark of IWC’s perpetual calendars – is located between 7 and 8 o’clock on the dial. The Perpetual Calendar ProSet is powered by the IWC-manufactured 82665 caliber, featuring a nickelphosphorus escapement and a silicon hairspring. The bidirectional Pellaton automatic winding system is reinforced with ceramic components and builds up a power reserve of 60 hours in the mainspring. This Big Pilot’s Watch is fitted on a black rubber strap. Thanks to the integrated EasX-CHANGE® system, the strap can be swapped for another option without any tools.

FERRARI 12CILINDRI MANUALE: THE PUREST EXPRESSION OF DRIVING Ferrari today unveiled the Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale, a limited-edition special series of the Ferrari 12Cilindri that opens up a new way of experiencing the purest expression of Ferrari’s DNA, placing the relationship between driver input, mechanics, and control at the heart of the driving experience. Designed for those seeking a physical and engaging experience behind the wheel without compromising on usability, the car combines the driving emotions typical of Ferrari Gran Turismo models from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s with the most advanced contemporary technology, aiming to make the interaction between driver and car even more direct.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale is designed to deliver sublime and exclusive driving emotions through two major innovations: the manual command and the new 52

clutch pedal, which together form the Manuale by-wire system, engineered entirely at Maranello. The system offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the analogue gear-shifting experience, leveraging the most advanced technology to ensure precision, repeatability, and ease of use. The intensive design and development work carried out by Ferrari have made it possible to translate the physicality of mechanical movement into an electronic signal while fully preserving its analogue feel, consistency, and naturalness. This was achieved through a highly integrated process that drew on a range of cross-functional expertise within the Company, including collaboration with the team responsible for the Hypersail project – which, using the same approach, developed a cutting-edge technological by-wire solution for the nautical sector.

The car can be driven in manual mode in the first six gears and reverse, or in automatic mode, offering maximum freedom to choose between driving engagement and comfort. Within this balance, the naturally aspirated V12 is the ideal engine for enhancing the progression and handling of gear changes, thanks to its rev range extending up to 9,500 rpm and the character of its power at high revs.

The interplay between the innovative gear lever, the clutch pedal, and the accelerator pedal becomes an integral part of the driving experience, fostering a deep connection between driver and car that allows the 12Cilindri’s full potential to be realised. The new Manuale by-wire system combines the technology of Ferrari’s highly acclaimed 8-speed DCT gearbox with a system redesigned from scratch, introducing entirely 53

new components and a gear lever designed to deliver a pure, engaging analogue feel. The architecture features a gear lever selector, a control panel, and a pedal assembly with a clutch pedal (also by-wire) that allows the driver to manage the engagement and disengagement of the clutch pack, as well as updates to the control unit and gearbox/engine control software. The result is a blend of mechanical-electronic technology that delivers pinpoint precision and load control without compromising the driving feel, creating a unique offering in the world of high-performance motoring.

The manual control system consists of a mechanical module equipped with sensors and advanced kinematic mechanisms that replicate the mechanical loads typical of Ferrari manual gearboxes during the synchronisation, engagement, and disengagement phases. The kinematic mechanism generates clicks and load variations, providing clear feedback to the driver regarding gear engagement. If the clutch is not depressed or an unauthorised gear is selected, the system is able to mechanically inhibit engagement, preventing the operation from being completed; when the lock is not active, however, the kinematic mechanism is free to move. The manual 54

control system is completed by two angle sensors that detect lever positions, a knob, and a backlit button panel for improved readability and integration with the interface. The compact, modular mechanism is machined from solid blocks and weighs less than 3.5 kg. Furthermore, even the acoustic effects of its movements have been the subject of dedicated development to enhance the perception of the underlying mechanics.

The manual gear-changing process is complemented by the three-pedal layout, completely redesigned for the Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale. The clutch-by-wire pedal acts as a high-precision interface between the driver and the powertrain: the pedal position is detected by a position sensor on the pedal assembly and then translated into hydraulic actuation of the DCT clutch, thereby coordinating the transmission and engine during gear changes. The system recreates the typical load-travel curve of mechanically linked manual gearboxes thanks to an innovative passive mechanical system. An angle position sensor continuously reads the driver’s intent throughout the entire range of pedal travel. This results in behaviour consistent with the logic of traditional manual gearboxes: correct synchronisation yields a smooth, precise

gear change; otherwise, it may become more difficult, resulting in a jerk or a stall – heightening driver involvement and the satisfaction of authentic torque feedback.

The system also features specially developed transition logics between manual and automatic modes, as well as coasting management to ensure complete fluidity right down to idle, with behaviour consistent with the use of the clutch during deceleration.

Inside the cabin of the Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale, the centre tunnel console, gear lever, knob, gear shift gate, and pedals reinterpret the iconic elements of Ferrari cars with lever-operated manual transmission in a contemporary way. The gear shift gate echoes the six-speed shift pattern, with reverse at the top left, while the round aluminium gear knob is enhanced by a backlit screen print indicating the six gears and the 55

currently active driving mode (automatic/manual).

The centre tunnel console area has been redesigned to improve ergonomics during manual gear changes and in automatic mode; the pedal assembly completes the driver-focused layout, arranged in a triangular configuration between the steering wheel and the seat. The iconic gear shift gate has been reinterpreted, retaining its original iconic status and integrating it harmoniously into the car’s stylistic language. The steel plate is embellished with an anodised aluminium sculpture in the shape of a tuning fork, which incorporates the control panel and key housing.

The design of the components and the leather-upholstered console have also been crafted to harmonise with the contemporary aesthetic of the Ferrari 12Cilindri in a balanced and coherent way: a refined touch, designed to discreetly celebrate the gear shift gate’s return to its original function.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale is offered as a limited series of just 1,499 cars, a number that recalls the displacement of the first Ferrari twelve-cylinder engine produced in 1947, becoming an integral part of the new 56

model’s identity. It is designed for Ferraristi who are loyal to front-engined V12 two-seater berlinettas and seeking a more physical level of driving emotions.

Its exclusivity is further reinforced by a dedicated Tailor Made specification and details that ensure instant recognition - not merely as an extension of the range but as the very language from which the design took shape. The side badge features the car’s laser-etched logo, whilst the front splitter and rear wings feature a pinstripe finish that pays homage to the Ferrari 365 GTB4. These elements are complemented by a special finish for the scudetto, specially designed five-spoke forged wheels and aluminium door sills engraved with the car’s logo.

Across 2,100 square meters, Asaya holds six treatment rooms and a double suite, a private hammam, and wet areas for men and women with sauna, steam and experience showers.

Two fitness centers are equipped with Technogym Artis, one of them for women alone, alongside studios for yoga and movement. Social House is a private day spa within Asaya, booked by one group for the day, where families stay together and friends mark an occasion in a space of their own.

Olea draws on the coastal cultures of Italy, Spain and Greece, with kitchens separated by geography yet united by olive oil. At its entrance, a six-meter olive tree pays homage to the historic trade routes that once carried oil, spice and ideas between the Mediterranean and the Red Sea. Saha brings people together in a series of pavilions arranged like a village gathering place, where progressive Middle Eastern cuisine is served through a menu of shared plates inspired by the region’s rich culinary heritage and craftsmanship. The Grill Bar & Restaurant cooks over wood and charcoal, treating meat, local seafood and vegetables with equal care, before transitioning into a lounge as evening unfolds. Puro Cove Club anchors the shoreline with ceviche’s, crudos and the relaxed rhythm of a day spent by the water.

Wadi Library is the cultural heart of the resort, its shelves carrying local literature and its afternoons given to craft. The Pool Lounge brings a social energy to all-day dining beside the resort’s largest pool, sand-bordered with a sloping entry to the water, while the Pool Bar is its quieter counterpart, with personal sunbed service. At Asaya Lounge, conscious cuisine and botanical beverages carry the well-being thread throughout the day.

SIGNATURE EXPERIENCES Sukūn is the Arabic word for stillness. Each day as the light turns, Sukūn Hour opens to every guest at the resort, held in a different place each time: Saudi coffee poured at Wadi Library, breathwork beneath the observatory halos at Saha or an intention ritual under the six-meter olive tree at Olea. The hour marks the turn of the day and sets the evening in motion. Dining extends beyond the resort’s restaurants to private tables set throughout the property and on villa terraces, where barbecue kitchens set stages for evenings with a private chef.

At the Arabian Apothecary, guests work with local herbs and the healing traditions of the region to make botanical remedies of their own. Movement runs through the resort, with guided routes for runners and AMAALA’s Wellness Route reaching into the destination beyond.

Younger guests discover a world of their own at Rosewood Explorers, with a dedicated club and pool, and a daily program for ages four to twelve. Children uncover the wonders of AMAALA through reef-inspired activities, environmental storytelling and hands-on experiences rooted in Saudi culture and craft.

RESTORATIVE BY DESIGN AMAALA is guided by a vision for regenerative tourism, powered by more than 406,000 solar panels alongside one of the world’s largest battery storage systems, supplying renewable energy day and night. Electric-only vehicles move guests and goods across the destination, while native landscaping and careful water conservation support the environment around them.

At Rosewood AMAALA, regeneration is embedded throughout the resort’s design and operations. Renewable energy powers the property, pools are sanitized without chemicals, and Rock Pools are integrated into the sea to allow close engagement with the reef while minimizing impact on the natural environment.

Offshore lies one of the world’s richest marine environments, part of the world’s fourth-largest barrier reef, where Red Sea Global has documented the largest coral colony recorded in the Red Sea. Coral conservation runs through Corallium, the destinations Marine Life Institute, bringing together research, conservation and public learning.

The commitment extends to the people and the region around it. Saudi associates are recruited and trained across every department, kitchens work with producers in the Kingdom, and the craft practiced at Wadi Library is drawn from makers of the region.

Rosewood AMAALA is open for stays from August 18, 2026, with rates from SAR 4,000 per night. The resort is reached via Red Sea International Airport or Al Wajh International Airport, with transfers coordinated through Red Sea Global Mobility. The V&A Fashion Gallery was last structurally redeveloped in 1962 and remains one of the museum’s most visited and largest dedicated permanent gallery spaces. Italy’s Golden Visa Just Got More Interesting Own a Piece of a Venetian Hotel for €250,000 The Italy Golden Visa: A Brief Overview Italy’s Investor Visa, introduced under the Italian government’s Decreto Internazionalizzazione, grants a two-year initial residence permit to non-EU nationals who make a qualifying investment in Italy. Unlike some European golden visa programmes that require the investor to purchase property directly, Italy’s programme is broader: one qualifying route is an investment of €250,000 into a registered and certified Italian innovative company.

The Italy Golden Visa is one of the few European programmes that operates on a visa-first basis.

The investor receives their pre-approval, known as the Nulla Osta, before committing any capital.

Only after the pre-approval is obtained does the investment take place. For investors who have experienced programmes where capital is committed upfront before outcomes are certain, this sequencing is a meaningful protection.

Project Garibaldi: The Investment The Italian innovative company tokenizes real estate investments and funds selected hotel renovations, led by Project Garibaldi in Venice.

Twenty-four investors contribute €250,000 each, totalling €6 million. Renovation runs from Q4 90

2025 to Q1 2027, followed by operation by Soho Boutique, with 5,000+ rooms across 50+ Southern European properties. Investors receive a guaranteed 3% annual yield.

The Venice Opportunity Venice offers a structurally constrained hotel market, driven by high-spending international tourism and limited new supply. Project Garibaldi capitalises on this scarcity by upgrading an existing asset with experienced professional hotel management.

How the Investment Structure Works The investor contributes €250,000 into the Italian innovative company, which qualifies the investment for the Italian Investor Visa. In return, the investor is issued an Asset-Backed Corporate Bond in the form of a digital token.

Critically, this token is backed by the hotel asset itself, meaning the investor’s capital has real collateral behind it rather than simply representing a claim on a company’s balance sheet.

The three percent annual yield is paid on the token from the date of investment. The investor also qualifies, by virtue of the investment, for the Italian Investor Visa and the subsequent

Italian Resident Permit.

Exit Options: Three Clear Routes One of the most thoughtfully designed aspects of this programme is the clarity of the exit structure. Investors are not locked in with no visibility over how or when they recover their capital. There are three defined exit routes.

The first is the natural exit at Year 10, when the hotel is sold. Investors who retain their tokens to that point receive their full capital back plus a prorated share of 60 percent of the capital appreciation on the hotel sale. Given the structural supply constraints in the Venetian market and the renovation uplift, this is the scenario in which investors capture the most value.

The second option is selling the token on the exchange prior to Year 10, subject to market pricing at the time. This provides liquidity for investors who need to realise their investment before the decade mark, without being forced into the early buyback structure.

The third option is an early buyback at defined terms. From Year 5 onward, the company will buy back the investor’s token at a scheduled price: €125,000 at Year 5, €150,000 at Year 6, €175,000 at Year 7, and €200,000 at Year 8.

These are discounted returns and investors who exit early are giving up the upside of the full hotel sale. The structure is transparent and investors understand precisely what early exit costs them from day one.

The Residency Pathway For UAE-based investors, the Italian residency pathway is the dimension of this programme that makes it particularly compelling when set alongside the pure investment case.

Italy is a full Schengen member. An Italian Resident Permit provides the holder with the right to live and travel across the entire Schengen zone, access Italy’s world-class healthcare and education systems, and build

toward Italian citizenship. Italy has one of the most accessible citizenship by naturalisation timelines for investors who establish genuine residence, and the country’s lifestyle, cultural richness, and geographic position at the heart of Europe are self-evident.

The process is clear. The investor submits their application documents online and receives the Nulla Osta pre-approval from the Italian government. They then attend the Italian Consulate in their country of residence to obtain the Investor Visa. Following the visa issuance, they travel to Italy to complete the Resident Permit process, at which point the investment is completed. The initial Resident Permit has a two-year validity and is renewable.

Coming Soon: Project Firenze and Project Milano Project Garibaldi is the first in a series. The programme is targeting €100 million in total investment across similar projects over the next twelve months, with Project Firenze and Project Milano in active development. For investors who want to secure their position in the Venice project while it remains available, the time to act is now. With only 24 investor slots in Project Garibaldi, allocation is finite.
