Sanlorenzo has unveiled a landmark London showroom at 61 Park Lane, Mayfair, reinforcing the strategic importance of this luxury capital in presenting its distinctive approach to yachting to a new generation of discerning UK owners. As a global centre of culture, creativity and influence, London provides a natural stage for the Italian shipyard’s design-led philosophy. The new showroom allows the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK team to engage more closely with clients who view their yacht not simply as a vessel, but as a deeply personal expression of identity, lifestyle and taste.
Nick Hatfield, Managing Director of Sanlorenzo Yachts UK, describes the opening as a defining milestone for the brand in Britain.
“The launch of our London showroom marks an important new chapter for Sanlorenzo in the UK,” he says. “It brings both the Sanlorenzo and Bluegame brands - together with our extensive expertise in the luxury yacht market - closer to our clients than ever before.
“Establishing a physical presence in the heart of one of the world’s leading luxury capitals creates a natural starting point for the Sanlorenzo ownership journey. Clients can engage with our brand, our people and our philosophy without needing to leave London.”

Sanlorenzo is the world’s leading mono-branded shipyard for yachts over 24-metres, distinguished by the rare opportunity it offers owners: the ability to create a yacht in collaboration with leading architects and interior designers of their choice.
Every Sanlorenzo is entirely unique. From innovative asymmetric layouts that maximise interior volume and strengthen the connection to the sea, to expansive beach clubs with fold-down terraces and fully glazed swimming pools, each yacht combines advanced naval architecture with lifestyle-driven design.
The result is best described as a ‘floating sanctuary’ - shaped around the owner’s personality, tastes and cruising ambitions, and realised with the precision of Italian craftsmanship.
“Building a Sanlorenzo takes time and passion,” Hatfield explains. “We work closely with each owner to bring their vision to life - whether they are seeking a floating masterpiece defined by elegance and style, or an expeditionready yacht capable of exploring remote and challenging environments.
“Whichever range a client chooses, the level of customisation goes far beyond aesthetic adjustments to a base model. Each yacht is truly tailor-made, which is why the shipyard builds for fewer than 70 clients per year.”
While the exterior profile remains true to the integrity of the design, the interior is effectively a blank canvas.
Materials, layouts and detailing are specified to an extraordinary degree. Owners can select everything from structural finishes to marble, timber flooring and bespoke furnishings, ensuring the yacht reflects their personality as authentically as their home.
The Park Lane showroom has been conceived with today’s yacht buyer, owner and charter client in mind. Designed as a boutique consultation space, it offers a discreet environment in which to explore the ranges, review design concepts and discuss ownership, build or charter plans with experienced advisors.
Sanlorenzo’s first yachts were launched in 1958 from a small town in Tuscany. Since then, the shipyard has grown into one of the most innovative and design-focused names in global yachting, consistently setting benchmarks for style, performance and sustainability.
Complementing its established base in Swanwick, Southampton, Sanlorenzo Yachts UK’s Mayfair showroom officially opened on 14 April 2026 - a refined London address for a brand that continues to redefine what modern yacht ownership can be.
Dear Readers,

Luxury has always evolved with time, yet its essence has remained remarkably unchanged. Beyond trends, beyond seasons, and beyond the rapid pace of modern culture, true luxury continues to be defined by craftsmanship, authenticity, refinement, and emotion. It is found in the smallest details, in the pursuit of perfection, and in creations designed not only to impress today, but to endure for generations.
Our May–June 2026 edition, “Sophisticated & Minimal,” is dedicated to this timeless philosophy. In an era where the world often celebrates excess, we are seeing a powerful return to subtlety and elegance — where confidence no longer needs to be loud, and where understated beauty carries extraordinary value.
For this special issue, we are proud to feature Sutcliffe Jewellery on our cover, a name that perfectly captures the spirit of timeless sophistication. Their remarkable creations reflect the enduring relationship between artistry and emotion, reminding us that exceptional jewellery is never simply an accessory; it becomes part of a personal story, a legacy, and a symbol of life’s most meaningful moments. Their dedication to elegance crafted forever resonates deeply with the values that define the modern luxury world today.
Throughout this edition, we explore the evolving landscape of international luxury through inspiring conversations, visionary entrepreneurs, remarkable destinations, and brands that continue to redefine excellence in their respective industries. From haute joaillerie and fine craftsmanship to architecture, hospitality, fashion, travel, wellness, and innovation, this issue highlights those who understand that true prestige lies not in following the market, but in creating something enduring and authentic.
Luxury today is also becoming increasingly personal. Consumers are seeking meaning, heritage, individuality, and emotional connection more than ever before. The future belongs to brands capable of balancing innovation with timeless identity — those who preserve craftsmanship while embracing the expectations of a new generation that values both sophistication and substance.
At The Luxury Network, we remain committed to building bridges between the world’s leading luxury brands, fostering strategic collaborations, and creating exceptional experiences that strengthen the global luxury community. It continues to be an incredible privilege to witness how our network grows across continents while maintaining the same commitment to excellence, elegance, and meaningful relationships.

THE MODERN LADY – SPRING EDITION BY THE LUXURY NETWORK QATAR IN COLLABORATION WITH VOGUE DOHA

Jacob & Co. has entered into a partnership with Paramount Pictures and acquired the rights to The Godfather. Jacob & Co. has gained access to the name, imagery, narrative and music from the iconic motion picture. These have become the inspiration for the ultimate movie tribute timepieces.
The Godfather was the first movie Jacob Arabo saw in a movie theater after coming to the U.S.A. The Godfather II is not just a watchmaking achievement. It is a creation with deep personal meaning as well as a uniquely entertaining time-
piece and thrilling concept. The Godfather II references the movie’s symbols, scenes, dialogs, themes and overall aesthetic throughout its 42 x 44 mm rose gold case. The black lacquer dial evokes the film’s noir aesthetic. It also contains a portrait of Marlon Brando as Don Corleone. The crown features spiral grooves reminiscent of a gun barrel. Don Corleone’s rose motif is engraved along the case. On the caseback, engraved bullet holes nod to the movie’s shootouts and a piano-shaped opening reveals the music box comb. It’s covered by a plate engraved with The Godfather Love Theme’s actual score.

From a blank page, yet another unique timepiece has come to life, and a never-seen-before movement with it. Caliber JCAM62 is built around its music box. In the previous Godfather pieces, two barrels came together to play one melody. The Godfather II reverses that proposition: a single barrel contains all the coded information to play two different tunes. That construction allows for a more compact movement, incorporating a flying tourbillon and all the necessary functions to operate the music box.
The 510-component hand-wound movement is built to match the case 1930’s Art Deco style, It accommodates a 72-hour timekeeping part with a flying tourbillon alongside a double-melody music box complication.
The musical part of caliber JCAM62 is its unique signature. It plays The

Godfather’s main theme, “The Godfather Love Theme”, or a separate tune, “The Godfather’s Waltz”. It relies on a single cylinder covered with steel pins that lift the music comb blades. The melody selector slides that barrel a couple of millimeters. It then presents a different set of pins to the comb, playing a different series of notes.
The tourbillon fitted in caliber JCAM62 is held only by its lower end, with no upper bridge. This makes it a flying tourbillon. It’s covered by a smoked sapphire glass that matches the dial’s full black theme.
The Godfather II features two power reserve indicators. The main movement offers a 72-hour reserve, while a separate indicator tracks the energy available for the music box. On a full wind, it can play up to 10 melodies. As energy depletes, visual cues signal when rewinding is needed. A single crown winds

both parts of the movement, each one in a different direction.
The Godfather II is rich in cinematic references. The black lacquer dial evokes the film’s noir aesthetic, with a detailed portrait of Marlon Brando as Don Corleone. The crown features spiral grooves reminiscent of a gun barrel. Don Corleone’s rose motif is engraved along the case, sprawling like a vine. The caseback features engraved bullet holes as a nod to its numerous shootouts. A
by a plate engraved with The Godfather Love Theme’s actual score.
The Godfather II is a heartfelt tribute to the namesake motion picture. It’s dedicated to the franchise’s fandom, offering them a meaningfully symbolic piece. The Godfather II also demonstrates what high watchmaking becomes when freed from conventions and limitations.

Story

Brent Sutcliffe, founder and creative force behind Sutcliffe Jewellery, represents a rare calibre of craftsmanship in the contemporary jewellery world: one where heritage, artistry, and precision intersect.
A second generation jeweller, Brent’s journey began under the influence of his father, Lance Sutcliffe, who established the business in 1968. Immersed in the craft from an early age, Brent undertook his apprenticeship in 1988, quickly distinguishing himself through award winning technical skill and design excellence.
His pursuit of mastery led him to Hatton Garden the historic heart of London’s jewellery industry.

This is where he refined his expertise alongside some of the world’s most prestigious houses, including Graff and De Beers. During this time, Brent earned top honours in the highly competitive British Goldsmiths Craftsmanship and Design Awards, including Diamond Mounter of the Year.
Returning to New Zealand, Brent established his namesake atelier in Auckland’s Parnell precinct, where he continues to design and create bespoke fine jewellery of international standard. His work is defined by meticulous hand craftsmanship, a deliberate commitment in an increasingly digital industry and a philosophy that values longevity over trend.
At the core of Brent’s approach is the belief that jewellery should transcend the moment it is created. Each piece is conceived as a future heirloom, something to be worn,
““True luxury in jewellery lies not in the moment it is worn, but in the legacy it carries forward. In an increasingly fast-paced and digital world, I remain deeply committed to the art of hand craftsmanship—where time, precision, and intention come together to create something truly enduring. For me, each piece is more than adornment; it is a story, a memory, and a future heirloom, designed to be worn, cherished, and passed down through generations.”
Brent Sutcliffe

treasured, and ultimately passed down through generations. His design language reflects this ethos: classical foundations elevated with a distinctive, contemporary edge, resulting in pieces that feel both enduring and deeply personal.
A valued member of The Luxury Network New Zealand since 2019, Sutcliffe Jewellery exemplifies the calibre of craftsmanship and brand storytelling that defines the network.
Through curated collaborations and intimate client experiences, Brent continues to connect with a discerning audience who appreciate not only exceptional design, but the meaning behind it.
For Brent Sutcliffe, jewellery is more than adornment, it is storytelling in its most enduring form.

A symphony of craftsmanship: Bentley Motors and Steinway & Sons in perfect harmony with special design collaboration

Bentley Motors and Steinway & Sons today announce a unique collaboration that brings together motoring and music in a celebration of craftsmanship, design, and innovation at the very highest level. Revealed at an exclusive event in Hamburg, Germany, a special Bentley Flying Spur Speed and a striking new limited edition line of Steinway grand pianos, are the culmination of a partnership between these two world-famous brands.
Uniting two leading names in the world of luxury, Bentley partners with pioneering piano manufacturer Steinway & Sons to showcase a long and shared tradition of excellence in craftsmanship, precision, individuality, and timeless design.

The Ultra Black and Ultra White editions embody Steinway’s ability to honour our heritage while exploring new expressions of design. These pianos are not only instruments of the highest musical quality but also works of art, created for those who value craftsmanship, individuality, and timeless beauty.”
Guido Zimmermann, President of Steinway & Sons Europe
Unveiled for the first time at Steinway’s famous factory in Hamburg, Bentley’s Flying Spur Speed sedan – powered by its Ultra Performance Hybrid V8 - is finished in Arctic White with a Piano Black veneer interior, a lyrical design pairing that mirrors Steinway’s striking new Ultra Black and Ultra White limited edition grand pianos. The collaboration is a celebration of monochrome – a palette favoured by customers of both brands – and a reminder that in the world of luxury, less is more.
As contemporary interpretations of Steinway’s legendary grand pianos, each limited-edition series consists of just 18 Model B Concert Grands and 8 Model D Concert Grands. Produced entirely in Hamburg, these rare editions embody Steinway’s dedication to precision, innovation, and design with a contemporary edge, appealing to both musicians and collectors who value exceptional artistry.
The collaboration between Bentley and Steinway extends beyond design, with both brands sharing expertise in woodworking and veneering, following recent visits to one another’s factories. This exchange of knowledge highlights how each applies technology and craftsmanship to create pieces designed to last for generations –whether in the concert hall or on the open road.
Wayne Bruce, Chief Communications and D&I Officer, commented:
“Our collaboration with Steinway & Sons is a meeting of worlds, where craftsmanship connects music and motion. The Flying Spur Speed, paired with Steinway’s Ultra Black and Ultra White editions, represents a dialogue between two distinguished names, creating objects of rarity and enduring beauty.”
Following today’s reveal in Hamburg, the black and white trio – the Bentley Flying Spur Speed and two Ultra Black and Ultra White Steinway grand pianos - will tour Europe for a series of concerts for the brand’s shared customers.

British shoemaker John Lobb unveils its Spring/Summer 2026 collection at Paris Fashion Week, a confident expression of the maison’s evolving identity. This season, Lobb continues to reinforce its core collection while anchoring itself in a casual spirit shaped by rock roots and a subtle English flair.
John Lobb continues to expand its urban casual universe, led by the evolution of the SMITH, embodying the rock ‘n’ roll spirit of the 80’s. The new SMITH SINGLE BUCKLE introduces an oval buckle paired with the signature thick sole. Maintaining the iconic apron and continuous binding of the original SMITH, this updated version blends rock heritage with day-to-day practicality. A tri-color edition and new suede animations will also extend the SMITH narrative.
At the heart of the collection are iconic silhouettes, reinterpreted through new materials, with a nod to Lobb’s signature oval. Celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, the iconic LOPEZ loafer is reimagined as LOPEZ RING, a sleek and elegant version elevated by an oval metal jewel positioned on the saddle. This discreet signature detail, paired with the roundness of its binding construction, introduce a quiet sophistication to the shoe and reinforces its place in the John Lobb vocabulary.
PHILIP II OVAL brings a fresh take on classic broguing, with oval perforations adding both structure and a sense of lightness. While retaining the construction and formality of PHILIP II, the reimagined punching offers a subtle, modern refresh that breathes new life into this quintessential dress shoe.
This season, suede embodies a more casual spirit, especially in the new Carbon shade - a deep, versatile tone introduced on both WILLIAM NEW STANDARD and LOPEZ. Contrasting stitching brings light to the suede upper and features the precise craftsmanship behind each pair, adding definition and a subtle touch of refinement.

Unveiling SALFORD - a standout loafer that embodies the rock-chic codes established by previous icon DELANO II. Crafted on the sharp 7000 last, SALFORD features a hand-sewn apron, an oval signature buckle and a hidden elastic construction for effortless entry, combining modern functionality with traditional craftsmanship. This is a story of enchantment.
A silent chant of colours and scents.
It is the story of a single second that extends, expands and unfolds, as brief as it is eternal, lingering as long as a fragrance lingers.
It is the story of a long-cherished dream that, at long last, cherishes you in return.
The caress of a dream.
Of a wave, a petal, a cloud.
The caress of a blue of many colours, at once fixed and fluctuating, floating.
Can you still breathe, truly breathe?
On the flight to Papeete, we had crossed a sea of clouds in the night as we cruised towards what others have called the “invisible continent”, as one might also describe an elusive fragrance.
At the airport, before the flight, I had experienced the sensation of being in a world of pure surfaces with neither depth nor substance. Everything was smooth and
shiny, but without texture. Even the scents seemed to lack body, as if the world’s very matter – its invisible, immaterial matter, its breath – had been drawn out of it. Breathless.
Can you still breathe, truly breathe?
From the moment I set foot on the island, I had felt its welcoming embrace, the land and light enfolding me in their ethereal, fragrant arms. It surprised me that the light had a scent, and that as the light changed, so too did its scent. At night – which, here, was merely a wispy, vaporous, muted version of daylight – the scent was both lighter and deeper, like the ocean.
Something was emanating from the land, or the air, and it transported me.
We had set off at dawn, in old pirogues, heading for the motu – the local term for the small islets in the lagoon – on which we were to spend the next few days. I trailed my fingertips in the still water, its metallic blue reflecting the purple sky. Under the surface I could see shifting landscapes, over which glided a stingray that seemed to be following us, its fins rippling, just a few metres away. In a matter of minutes the sun took over, day erasing night as if it had never existed.
Very soon, everything turned to blue – the land, the sky, and the clouds in the distance. On reaching the shore, I left the others behind and approached a woman of indeterminate age, whom I had spotted sitting on a rock at the edge of a palm grove. She was tiny, but her long fingers were peeling mangoes with startling energy. She raised her clear eyes to me and smiled disarmingly, her face the kind you might find in a fairytale. She took my hand and invited me to follow her along a non-existent path between twisted tree trunks that curved up towards the sky like the pilasters of a cathedral of greenery. The trees thinned out and we found ourselves on the edge of a deserted beach of white sand, its crescent shape caressed by the regular, almost imperceptible ripples of the lagoon. Stopping
in the shade, the woman raised her finger to the horizon and pointed towards an invisible spot that seemed to be in the centre of this minuscule bay.
“It’s there,” she said.
I stepped into the water up to my ankles. I understood instinctively what she was telling me. This side of the motu was directly opposite the neighbouring island famed for the iconic mountain that rose up from its centre, lush vegetation cascading down its sides. Dark and fantastical, shaped like a broken tooth, it stood out against the bright blue sky, resembling a sugarloaf with a fine nick down its middle. The view was hypnotic. But I had also understood that this particular spot

was only a short swim from the coral reef. Even so, no effort was required of me: a young man in a pareo invited me to climb into a rowing boat, and in just a few oar strokes we were above the coral garden, opposite the island and its magical mountain. He gave me a mask, a snorkel, a pair of flippers and a few words of instruction, and I dived in.
Into the light.
Into the myriad shades of blue.
Into the shimmering, dreamy, dancing colours.
I floated in the colours and passed through curtains of wavering light, I myself no more than fragrant light; weightless in the blue waters, my physical body had gone – I was a mere sensation, fluid, rich and textured, dissolving in the liquid light of the moment while above the coral bed, within easy reach, a whole realm of wonders was laid out before me with its rounded forms, nooks and crannies, and bright, phosphorescent colours so vibrant they seemed almost unreal –dreamlike bouquets of flowers, lace-like tiares in rainbow shades, pearly rosaries of whitened tamanu nuts and, between the tentacles of anemones swaying in the current, above the ridged, sandy-hued shell of a
giant clam whose purple mantles opened along sinuous parallel lines, swirled a host of dreamlike creatures resembling children’s drawings, banks of fish with orange stripes or yellow spots, others that sparkled like a cloud of blue sequins, and there, right in front of me, glided a majestic stingray – the same one that had followed us here? – which allowed me to touch it. Here, living things are the colours of precious stones, and the stones are as alive as plants, genderless and hybrid, mineral, organic, every natural order reversed and merging into a primordial, oscillating matrix: the blue matrix of the universe.
Never had the world felt so close to a dream; never had reality felt so inseparable from the imaginary, nor nature so creative.
I rose to the surface. With the lower half of my face still submerged, I contemplated the palm trees on the motu. They resembled a bouquet of flowers so perfect in their symmetry that they looked almost abstract. I could smell fresh oceanic and floral scents and the wood fire my companions had lit on the beach. The world above seemed to mirror the underwater marvels I had just witnessed below, its colours and shapes equally exuberant, joyful and welcoming. I spent many minutes dipping my head under the water and then re-
surfacing, playing with the blur between the undersea garden and the colourful paradise above. It was as if I were absorbed in the moment and its colours, diluting myself, like ink in a glass of water, within this universe in which all boundaries between things, and between me and the world, had vanished, and all of life, everything present under the sea and sky, was woven into the same fabric of colour and light, and everything was traversed by the same flow, the same force – the soul of the water, of the flowers, of the earth and sun, known here as mana – but in this moment I intuited that there must be a secret fragrance, an invisible poem joining all these things together.
In the sky hung a single cloud, like the echo of a dream, as pure as the break between lines, the silence between words, the blank space on a page. The space in which everything is written and everything remains to be written, the void in which the imagination can breathe, rich with the scents of all the stories to come.
At last I too could breathe, truly breathe, fully and deeply.

Christine Nagel, Hermès perfumer, presents her new creation, Un Jardin sous la Mer. In this fragrance, mineral notes, tiare flowers and tamanu nuts combine in an invitation to see and smell the impossible: a garden where corals bloom, a landscape of emotions in hues of hypnotic blue that blurs the boundary between sea and sky, its resonance so powerful that even the birds are tinged with blue.
Like the fragrance it holds within, the collection’s emblematic lantern bottle captures the intangible. Light becomes colour and matter in a vibration of gently graduated shades that rise up from the oceanic intensity of its core to the ethereal purity of an endless horizon; from the lagoon to the clouds, from sea to sky, from earth to sun, like the crystalline waters around the island of Taha’a off the coast of Tahiti.
Inspired by this aquatic synaesthesia, artist Aino-Maija Metsola plays with watercolour techniques to bring this joyously dizzying sensory encounter to life. With its hazy contours, light textures and vibrant shades, her illustration for the box captures all the serene enchantment of the landscapes of Taha’a.

Bentley Home’s new furniture collection, unveiled at Milan Design Week 2026, evolves the brand’s design language with a renewed focus on materiality, comfort and craftsmanship, continuing to extend Bentley Motors’ long-embedded principles of luxury into the home. With a refined and evolving material palette and a

growing emphasis on sustainability, the collection features tables, sofas, armchairs and a trunk.
Rooted in Italy’s artisanal traditions, these new pieces represent the next stage in Bentley Home’s global design identity. At the core of the collection is an exploration of finishes, created to reduce environmental impact without compromising on depth or richness. Natural resins are paired with hand-brushed shellac lacquers, applied through a layered process that enhances how surfaces interact with light. The effect is subtle rather than decorative, reflecting an architectural approach to finish that prioritises longevity over spectacle.
Textiles play an equally significant role. Locally sourced and woven from natural fibres, the collection’s fabrics — spanning wool, alpaca, cotton, linen and mohair velvet jacquards — are designed to create an immersive, “sensory landscape” of understated comfort. The

emphasis is on tactile materials that age well, developing character over time rather than resisting it.
The collection underscores Bentley Home’s collaborative model, bringing together long-standing designers Carlo Colombo and Federico Peri alongside the Bentley Motors Design Team. The result is a cohesive yet nuanced body of work that balances architectural clarity with a growing sense of softness.
““This collection represents a meeting of design minds — bringing together the principles behind our cars and our furniture,” says Ben Saltmer, Head of Lifestyle Design at Bentley Motors. “Comfort and materiality are fundamental to Bentley, and here we’re pushing that further through materials that not only perform beautifully but become more compelling with age. For us, sustainability and endurance are inseparable.”

The new Embrace sofa, designed by Carlo Colombo, revisits the brand’s Ramsey lineage with a more fluid, enveloping form. Its fully leather-upholstered outer shell marks a deliberate shift away from the visual dominance of wood veneers, creating a more seamless and contemporary silhouette. The proportions have been refined to reduce visual weight, balancing structural precision with a more relaxed, domestic sensibility.
Among the key pieces, the Embrace armchair distils the same language into a more compact piece, defined by a protective, curved outer shell and a subtle interplay between leather and upholstery. Its reduced scale and controlled geometry reflect the brand’s move towards lighter, more versatile interiors.
The Continuum chair introduces a more transparent design approach. Its open frame reduces mass while maintaining
structural integrity, allowing space and light to pass through the piece. Subtle aerodynamic cues reference Bentley’s automotive heritage, while extensive customisation options — from veneers to leather and fabric combinations — position it across both residential and commercial settings. Further extending the collection, a series of complementary pieces introduce new expressions of materiality and form. The Dovedale coffee tables explore a refined interplay of wood veneers and marble through Bentley’s signature chamfered detailing, offering expanded possibilities for personalisation.
Designed by Federico Peri, the Brimham ottoman introduces softer, organic forms inspired by natural landscapes, with a distinctive leather ‘saddle’ element that enhances both function and longevity.
The Porter trunk reinterprets classic travel heritage as a contemporary,

multifunctional storage piece, while the more compact Nest bedside table reflects a move towards lighter, more versatile interiors, combining clean architectural lines with Bentley’s signature material richness.
“Monique Zappala, Creative Director at Luxury Living Group, adds, “Rather than presenting the collection as a standalone product launch, Bentley Home frames this range as part of a wider evolution — one that aligns with a growing demand from our customers globally for interiors that prioritise comfort, material authenticity and long-term value over statement-driven design.”
In Milan, that shift will be expressed not just through individual pieces, but through an immersive setting and cinematic experience that reflects a more holistic vision of contemporary living — where luxury is quiet, more tactile, and built to last.
Bentley Home, founded 13 years ago, has more than 60 stores worldwide with flagships in Milan, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dubai, Shijiazhuang, Xi’An, Nanjing and Shanghai. Bentley Home is designed, manufactured, and distributed by Luxury Living Group, and the collection can be seen in stores including Paris, Istanbul, Al Rayyan, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City and Dallas.

Dyson’s beauty evolution
Dyson has spent the last decade researching and applying their expertise in hair science, airflow, heat control, and ingredient science, to solve real problems in hair care.
The commitment to hair and scalp science is backed by extensive research into the biology of hair. Studies

show that excessive heat can degrade keratin, weakening the hair shaft and leading to breakage. The scalp, home to approximately 100,000 follicles, can be sensitive to temperature and humidity changes, especially during travel. Dyson’s intelligent heat control helps maintain optimal temperature conditions, which can help reduce dryness and irritation while preserving hair integrity.
From the Dyson Supersonic™, to Airwrap™, Corrale™, Airstrait™, and to the Chitosan™, Omega™ and Amino™ formulations, Dyson has applied science and engineering to redefine how people style their hair, prioritising health, efficiency, and versatility.

Gain visa-free travel, safeguard your family’s future, and enjoy unrestricted global mobility.
In an increasingly unpredictable world, international mobility is no longer considered a luxury, it has become a strategic necessity. From geopolitical tensions to economic instability and shifting regulatory environments, globally mobile families are recognising that the ability to relocate quickly can be just as important as traditional wealth protection strategies.
As a result, an increasing number of investors, entrepreneurs and family offices are actively pursuing what is commonly referred to as
“Plan B citizenship” – the acquisition of a second passport or residency in another country to provide flexibility, security and long-term strategic options.
At Knightsbridge Group, we have seen a significant rise in enquiries from international clients seeking second citizenship or European residency options as part of broader asset protection and family governance planning.
Plan B citizenship refers to the process of securing a second nationality or long-term residency in another jurisdiction, allowing individuals and families to relocate if circumstances in their primary country of residence change.
Unlike traditional immigration driven by lifestyle preferences, Plan B citizenship is about strategic optionality. It ensures that
individuals have the legal ability to live, work and travel in alternative jurisdictions should geopolitical or economic conditions require it.
Several programmes currently attract strong interest from globally mobile investors.
European Residency by Investment
Countries such as Portugal, Greece and Italy
offer residency programmes linked to qualifying investments. Among these, the Portugal Golden Visa remains one of the most attractive options, providing a pathway to European citizenship while requiring minimal physical presence.
Benefits include residency rights within Portugal, visa-free travel across the Schengen Area, potential eligibility for Portuguese citizenship after the required residency period. For many families based in Dubai, Portugal represents a strategic gateway to Europe.
Caribbean Citizenship by Investment
Several Caribbean nations offer well-established citizenship-by-investment programmes. These programmes provide direct citizenship in exchange for qualifying investments or contributions.
Benefits often include visa-free access to numerous international destinations and relatively fast processing times. Caribbean citizenship programmes have become particularly popular among internationally mobile entrepreneurs seeking travel flexibility.
Emerging Residency Opportunities
Other jurisdictions are introducing new pathways designed to attract international talent and investors. These include digital nomad visas, investor residency programmes and long-term residence permits.
Each programme offers different advantages depending on the individual’s objectives, tax position and long-term planning goals.
While mobility is a key motivation for second citizenship, the most sophisticated investors integrate residency planning with broader asset protection strategies.
These often include:
• Establishing holding companies or foundations for wealth management
• Structuring international property investments
• Implementing DIFC Wills for succession planning
• Diversifying banking relationships across jurisdictions
By combining legal structuring with residency diversification, families can create a resilient framework designed to protect wealth across generations.
At Knightsbridge Group, we assist clients in navigating these complex decisions by providing advisory services across global residency and citizenship programmes, asset protection and structuring, DIFC foundations and estate planning and international investment strategies.
For families seeking to secure their future in an uncertain world, strategic mobility planning has become an essential part of modern wealth management.

Dubai’s real estate market continues to attract global investors, second-home buyers and internationally mobile families. From waterfront residences on Palm Jumeirah to luxury apartments in Downtown Dubai, owning property in the emirate has become an important part of many international investment portfolios. However, one important aspect of Dubai property ownership is often overlooked: estate planning in the UAE.
For anyone who owns property in Dubai, having a registered UAE will is one of the most important steps in ensuring assets transfer smoothly to family members.
Recent events have demonstrated how quickly circumstances can change. Flights can pause, travel plans shift, and international movement may become temporarily restricted. For globally mobile investors, this reinforces an important planning principle:
”Critical legal arrangements should never depend on last-minute access or physical presence.
This is particularly relevant for individuals who own property in Dubai or hold assets in the UAE. Real estate may represent one of the most valuable assets within a global portfolio. Without a locally recognised will, however, the process of transferring that property to heirs can become more complex and time-consuming.

When a UAE resident passes away without a registered will, the consequences are procedural but immediate.
Bank accounts may be frozen while succession procedures are determined. Property cannot be transferred to heirs until legal processes are completed. Business interests may also be temporarily suspended pending court direction.
For expatriates, the situation can become more complicated. Without a registered UAE will, inheritance may fall under default succession rules, which can result in a longer administrative process.
For property owners and investors, this can delay the transfer of real estate assets and create uncertainty for family members.
A properly registered will in the UAE helps avoid these complications by clearly documenting how assets, including property, should be distributed.
Dubai’s property market is highly international. Many investors hold property in several countries and rely on estate planning documents drafted abroad.
However, the enforceability of a will in the UAE depends on local recognition and registration.
Non-Muslim residents can register wills through recognised legal channels such as the DIFC Courts Wills Service or the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. This allows instructions relating to UAE assets — including Dubai property — to be formally recognised under local procedures.
For property owners, registering a will locally ensures that Dubai real estate can be transferred according to their wishes, reducing delays and legal uncertainty for heirs.
Prestige Portfolios works closely with a network of experienced legal and advisory professionals in the UAE to guide clients through matters such as property ownership structuring, estate planning for expatriates, and the registration of UAE wills for property owners.

Meet the lady behind the company that is set to transform property inspection, project management, and relocation services in the UAE—Ramona Moffatt, Founder & CEO of Savvy Property Services.
In a market where decisions carry significant financial weight, Savvy stands apart as a specialized property consultancy built for those who value certainty over assumptions. With a philosophy rooted in precision, discipline, and deep technical understanding, Savvy approaches every project with one clear objective: to ensure that every decision is made with complete confidence.
From independent technical audits and commercial due diligence to renovation project management, luxury interior design, and seamless relocation services, Savvy brings structure to complexity and clarity to every stage of the property journey. Quietly operating behind the scenes, the company has built a reputation for protecting long-term capital value, offering clients not just reassurance, but certainty.
In this exclusive conversation, we speak to Ramona Moffatt about her vision, her approach, and how Savvy is reshaping the way property decisions are made in the UAE.
1. Savvy has positioned itself as a highly specialized consultancy in a very competitive market. What inspired you to create a business focused on certainty and technical insight rather than traditional real estate services?
Savvy was built from firsthand experience—not theory. Before starting the company, we were personally involved in multiple projects where things went wrong: mismanaged construction sites, delayed handovers, and properties with hidden technical and structural defects that only became apparent after significant investment. Those experiences were costly, both financially, in terms of time and inconvenience.
We realized that the real issue wasn’t just poor execution—it was a lack of reliable, technical insight at the decision-making stage. We had invested based on incomplete or overly optimistic information, and we had renovated without proper on-site oversight. The result was avoidable losses and delays that could have been mitigated with the right expertise in place from the beginning.
That’s what inspired the journey of Savvy Property Services. We wanted to create a consultancy that brings certainty into an otherwise opaque process. Building on those lessons, we focus on detailed property audits, technical due diligence, and hands-on project oversight—so our clients don’t have to learn the hard way like we did.
At the same time, Savvy isn’t just about supporting buyers. We also saw an opportunity to elevate the broader real estate ecosystem. By acting as an independent third party, we help developers and agencies differentiate themselves—offering properties that have been properly inspected and, where needed, renovated under professional supervision. That creates a stronger value proposition and builds trust with end clients.
In short, Savvy exists because we experienced the risks ourselves. We’ve turned those mistakes into a

structured, professional service—so our clients can invest and build with confidence rather than uncertainty.
2. At Savvy, luxury is described as “knowing exactly what you are investing in.” Can you elaborate on this philosophy and how it reshapes the expectations of high-net-worth clients in today’s property market?
At Savvy, we define luxury less as aesthetics or exclusivity, and more as certainty. For us, “knowing exactly what you are investing in” means removing assumptions from high-value decisions and replacing them with verified, technical clarity.
In today’s property market, especially in the UAE, many high-net-worth investors are presented with strong narratives—prime locations, premium finishes, or developer reputation—but often lack full visibility on what actually sits behind the surface. True luxury is not having to second-guess those factors. It’s having independent, expert validation of the asset before committing.
This philosophy reshapes expectations because it shifts the focus from sales-driven confidence to evidence-based confidence. Clients no longer rely solely Follow
on marketing or verbal assurances; instead, they receive detailed inspections, technical due diligence, and clear reporting that highlights both strengths and risks.
Ultimately, we see luxury as control and clarity. When clients fully understand what they are investing in— without hidden surprises or blind spots—they are empowered to make decisions with far greater confidence and long-term security.
3. Your approach to property inspections and due diligence goes far beyond surface-level assessments. How does Savvy’s structured, evidence-based methodology help clients protect their investments and make more confident decisions?
Savvy’s approach goes far beyond surface-level inspections by combining structured methodology, custom-built technology, and advanced technical tools to create a fully evidence-based assessment of every property.
A key part of this is our own customized software, which guides our inspectors step by step through the entire inspection process. It ensures that no area is rushed or overlooked, and that every detail is captured consistently and thoroughly. This structure removes subjectivity from the process and guarantees a complete, standardized evaluation across all properties.
In addition, we continuously invest in the right equipment to go beyond what is visible on the surface—allowing us to identify issues behind walls, within systems, and inside drainage or infrastructure elements that would otherwise go unnoticed. This deeper level of inspection is essential in understanding the true condition of an asset.
All of this is then translated into a clear, detailed report for the client. Our reporting system doesn’t just highlight existing issues, but also flags potential future

costs and risks—showing where a property may become expensive over time.
Ultimately, this combination of structured software, technical expertise, and detailed reporting allows clients to move from uncertainty to clarity, making investment decisions based on facts rather than assumptions.
4. From renovation project management to luxury interior design, Savvy seems to bridge both creativity and technical precision. How do you ensure that projects remain controlled, efficient, and aligned with long-term value while still delivering exceptional design?
With the right team and trusted partner.
Without our knowledgeable project managers, we would not be where we are today. They have been key in evolving our internal software from a simple inspection tool into a full property management system that allows clients to track the exact progress of their projects in real time. That level of transparency is essential for maintaining control and alignment throughout the process.
Equally important are our trusted on-the-ground partners. Without that collaboration—especially with The British Finish—projects would not reach the level of precision and detail that we demand today. From design to final handover, this combination of strong project management and expert execution ensures that renovations are not only controlled and efficient, but also deliver a refined, luxury outcome that consistently exceeds expectations.
5. Savvy’s services extend even to managing clients’ departure from the UAE, which is quite unique. What led you to introduce this offering, and how does it reflect your overall approach to client service and trust?
The departure service actually came out of real client needs rather than a planned expansion. We noticed that while there is a lot of support for people moving into the UAE, there was very little structured, reliable assistance for those leaving.
It started when we helped a friend manage her move out of Dubai. We coordinated everything end-toend—storage, shipping, property inspection, renovation, and ultimately the sale of the property. What we realized through that process is how fragmented and stressful that journey is without a single, trusted partner overseeing it.
That experience reflected exactly what Savvy stands for: taking complex, high-stakes situations and turning them into structured, managed processes with full transparency and accountability.
Today, the departure service is an extension of that philosophy. It’s not just about logistics—it’s about trust. Clients know that whether they are investing, renovating, or exiting the UAE, they have one responsible partner ensuring nothing is missed and their asset is fully protected until the very end.
6. As Dubai’s property market continues to mature, how do you see the role of data-driven consultancy evolving, and what is your long-term vision for Savvy in shaping the future of property investment and ownership in the region?
As Dubai’s property market matures, we see a clear shift from momentum-driven decisions to more data-driven and risk-aware investment behaviour. With increasing supply, more complex developments, and a growing international investor base, the role of independent technical consultancy becomes increasingly essential.
In this environment, data is no longer just supportive—it becomes central to decision-making. Investors, developers, and owners need clear visibility not only on what they are buying, but also on how their assets perform, what risks exist, and where future costs may arise.
Our long-term vision for Savvy is to evolve into a trusted, technology-led layer within the property ecosystem. Beyond consultancy, we are actively developing our software to create value for developers, real estate agents, and multi-property owners by giving them a complete, structured overview of their assets. This includes real-time property data, alerts for rent due dates, inspection insights, renovation tracking, and ongoing maintenance intelligence.
By doing this, we aim to bridge the gap between physical assets and digital transparency—turning properties into actively managed, fully understood investments.
Ultimately, our goal is to redefine property ownership in the region by moving it away from fragmented information and reactive management, toward a fully transparent, proactive, and data-driven system that protects and grows long-term value.

In a city like Dubai, where everything is designed to impress, the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club offers something truly special. It brings together the excitement of sport and the comfort of a relaxed, social lifestyle, all in one beautiful setting, where many people say it feels like they’ve stepped outside of Dubai.
Surrounded by green fields and open skies, the club feels like a peaceful escape from the city while still being right at its heart. Whether you are visiting for a match, a meal, or a special event, every moment here feels easy, welcoming, and well put together.

Polo sits at the center of everything here. Often called the “Sport of Kings,” it carries a long history, but at this club, it feels fresh and lively.
The fields are always in perfect condition, and the matches are exciting to watch, whether you understand the sport or not. It’s just as much about the atmosphere as it is about the game. People come together, enjoy the setting, and make a day out of it.
One of the few sports still closely tied to royal heritage, polo

continues to hold a special place within the UAE’s elite circles. At the club, that legacy feels accessible—through the Polo Academy, anyone can step in, learn the game, and experience it firsthand.
The equestrian side of the club is just as impressive. From beginners to experienced riders, there’s something for everyone.
You can try horse riding for the first time at its Dubai Riding Academy or take part in more advanced activities like show jumping and
dressage. The facilities are top quality, and the experience is something you don’t easily find elsewhere in the city.
For many, it’s not just an activity; it’s something they come back to again and again.
Away from the energy of the fields, the club also offers a calm and quiet side.
The pool and spa facilities are designed for exactly that, to help you switch off and relax.
It’s simple, comfortable, and peaceful. Whether it’s a pool pass, a treatment or just some time to yourself, it’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind.
Dining here is all about the setting. Sella restaurant look out over the riding arenas with a chance to watch the showjumping every Tuesday. It’s a great spot for a relaxed lunch, a business meeting, or a weekend gathering with friends and family with an outdoor playground for the little ones.
Dubai Polo Bar offers sweeping views of the polo field, where guests can unwind over food and drinks while watching matches unfold, or soak up the energy of major football games on the big screen.
The dining atmosphere is easy, the views are beautiful, everything just flows naturally, and you are always close to the action while enjoying your meal.
The club is also known for hosting events, and it does them really well.
From weddings and private celebrations to corporate events and large gatherings, the space can be shaped to suit any occasion with multiple indoor and outdoor venues to choose from.
The surroundings add something extra, making every event feel more memorable without needing to overdo it.

What makes Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club stand out is how naturally everything comes together. Sport, dining, wellness, and events—all in one place, without feeling overwhelming.
You can spend a full day here or just drop by for a few hours, and it always feels worth it.
It’s not just about what you do here; it’s about how it makes you feel while you’re here.
