The Lutgert Companies began with a visionary project that transformed 760 acres bordering 1.25 miles of Naples beachfront into one of the most prestigious communities in Florida. Ultimately named Park Shore, Raymond Lutgert’s community was the first Planned Unit Development in the state and served as a model for subsequent developments.
