Precision Engineering Division The Precision Engineering Division is capable of manufacturing a wide range of components in various materials, often to complex customer specifications. With extensive manufacturing and inspection capabilities, the division carries out machining, coating, and inspection processes in-house, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. In addition to the manufacture of individual components, LoneStar Leeds also offers supply of assemblies, sub-assemblies and kitting.

Sealing Technologies Division Specialising in machining thin-walled annular components, LoneStar Leeds is highly skilled in the manufacture of metallic seals for use in critical applications across a wide range of materials, from carbon and stainless steels to exotic high-nickel alloys. Our experienced workforce operates stateof-the-art technology to provide a fast and accurate service from one-off specials to large quantity contract supply, delivered within your timescale and requirements. We have a dedicated and experienced team of quality assurance technicians compiling certification and documentation packages to meet the specific requirements of each customer.
Whether it is for anti-corrosion, wear resistance or anti-galling applications, our in-house coating and plating facility ensures that LoneStar Leeds retains complete control over the entire manufacturing process to ensure customer requirements and specifications are always met.
