Responding to future energy demand.

The world’s energy system is entering its busiest and most demanding chapter. Global electricity consumption alone is projected to more than double over the next 25 years as economies power up, digital infrastructure scales and industrial activity accelerates across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Renewables will rapidly augment this growth, but hydrocarbons will remain essential to the long-term energy transfer. Even in progressive transition scenarios, fossil fuels are expected to retain a material share of the global energy mix through 2050. Their crucial role reflects the scale, reliability and affordability required to underpin industrial expansion and energy security. It’s why oil and gas is far from diminishing, with major investment continuing across upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, petrochemicals and power generation projects.

We should also recognise that heavy industry is now operating in a more demanding environment, one defined by capital discipline, heightened investor scrutiny, supply chain fragmentation and rapid technological advancement. In this context, many ageing assets must not only produce, but they must also perform with increased efficiency and predictability whilst renewable infrastructure scales. To meet this surge in demand, all assets must be maintained and optimised to run harder for longer with fewer interruptions, and supported by global supply chains built for ultimate reliability and resilience.

Operating models across the sector are evolving accordingly, with greater emphasis on asset-level accountability, leaner structures, digital integration and performance transparency. For suppliers of safety-critical components like the LoneStar Group, this raises the bar on responsiveness, traceability and engineering integrity.

As we look towards crucial 2050 milestones, it’s clear that tomorrow’s energy system will be more diverse and complex, not less. Conventional hydrocarbons, LNG expansion, petrochemicals growth and emerging lower-carbon technologies will coexist, each demanding different operating standards, risk profiles and partnership models. In this evolving reality, the LoneStar

Group intends to stay at the forefront of our industry. Strengthening our world and yours by continuing to invest ahead of demand, increasing our international presence, expanding service points and enhancing the unequalled manufacturing and distribution capabilities our customers depend on.

PILLARS OF PROGRESS.

Leading industry commentators underline three forces shaping the next era of energy: rising demand, tighter global supply chains, and a deep-rooted structural need for secure, localised routes to critical components. These forces are compounded by geopolitical shifts, localisation requirements and growing expectations around capital efficiency that create a fragmented but opportunity-rich operating landscape. As a result, the need for engineering integrity, operational reliability and supply-chain agility become irrefutable strategic advantages, rather than desirable attributes.

At the LoneStar Group, we can confidently say we’re already built – and successfully operating – with this projected future front of mind. The company has evolved from a specialist fastener supplier into a global manufacturer and distributor of precisionengineered fasteners, seals, gaskets and safety-critical components that are integral to the overall performance of the world’s most demanding applications. These exceptional products support high-temperature gas and steam turbines, offshore platforms, refineries, LNG trains, petrochemical plants and emerging low-carbon technologies or infrastructure. This means the LoneStar Group is embedded across the full energy mix while being uniquely positioned to deliver critical components and local support across every international marketplace where the margin for error is effectively zero. A fact that makes the LoneStar Group the only truly global player within its sector.

Crucially, we also recognise that not all assets are created equal. Late-life facilities require cost discipline and uptime protection; complex greenfield developments demand technical oversight and global coordination; emerging energy projects require adaptability and early engineering collaboration. Furthermore, in

“CUSTOMERS ACROSS THE ENTIRE ENERGY VALUE CHAIN ARE RAISING EXPECTATIONS, BECAUSE NOW MORE THAN EVER, EXCELLENCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.”

a market where portfolio optimisation and asset differentiation are becoming central strategic themes, suppliers must mirror that sophistication, tailoring support models, stocking strategies and technical engagement to the role each asset plays within a customer’s broader portfolio. Our operating model is designed to support all these realities.

WORLD-LEADING REACH AND REPUTATION.

Our footprint spans the US, UK, Middle East, Europe and Asia, with manufacturing hubs, distribution centres, service points and stocking programmes positioned close to major energy corridors. This global network provides local responsiveness backed by consistent quality, certification and traceability, ensuring customers get what they need, to the standards they expect, where they need it, without delay.

As localisation mandates expand and global trade dynamics become more complex, proximity and compliance capability are no longer optional, they are competitive differentiators. Our regional infrastructure enables customers to meet regulatory, local content and schedule requirements without compromising on global standards. This unrivalled reach and reputation stretches far beyond the locations of core industry hubs, meaning the LoneStar Group has supported projects in regions not yet fully covered by physical facilities, including Guyana, Suriname, multiple African markets and emerging APAC locations. These engagements demonstrate the flexibility and responsiveness customers

increasingly require when strengthening their ability to serve the surging energy demands of the world’s fast-moving or frontier environments.

WHEN EXCELLENCE IS NONNEGOTIABLE.

Customers across the entire energy value chain are raising expectations, because now more than ever, excellence is non-negotiable. Components must arrive certified, on time and ready to perform to their maximum potential. In addition, customers increasingly expect suppliers to collaborate early on specifications, material selection, certification pathways and schedule risk. This proactive engagement reflects a broader shift across the industry: value is increasingly created not only through production, but through smarter design, disciplined capital allocation and optimised lifecycle performance.

At the LoneStar Group, our global teams are calibrated – across all levels and departments – to meet this need through deep engineering expertise and a partnership-driven approach with OEMs, operators, EPCs and distributors. As the varied intricacies of the global energy mix continue to evolve towards 2050, new fuels, technologies and markets will coexist alongside conventional systems that remain mission-critical.

In this environment, the winners will be those organisations that combine global coverage, disciplined performance management, resilient supply chains, adaptive operating structures and the intelligent deployment of technology alongside the high-performance engineered products required to keep the world’s energy infrastructure running safely and efficiently. At the LoneStar Group, we’re making this desired energy future possible by delivering excellence today.

Local roots, global impact.

CONTRIBUTING WITH PURPOSE IN REGIONAL COMMUNITIES.

The LoneStar Group is privileged to operate from a diverse range of locations. Not only are we strategically positioned to serve customers within their primary marketplaces, we’re also passionately invested in strengthening the local communities we’re proud to join.

Driven by this sense of belonging – no matter where we find ourselves in the world – the LoneStar Group is helping colleagues and partner charities inspire positive outcomes for people and planet. Whether environmental or social, these initiatives may begin locally, but their spirit continues to drive our ESG approach globally.

LESS WASTE, MORE PLAY.

LoneStar Leeds has partnered with the Scrap Creative Reuse Arts Project, a local social enterprise focused on reusing waste materials as resources for art and play.

Through Scrap’s pioneering ScrapShed programme, LoneStar Leeds diverts off-cuts and packaging

– such as plastic reels, large tubes, pipes and boxes – from landfill into the hands of educators, artists and community groups. These materials are then used to craft tactile learning aids, tools or toys for outdoor play, creative learning and artistic expression.

By extending the lifecycle of previously discarded materials, LoneStar Leeds and Scrap are demonstrating that this bold initiative strengthens local society, ignites imaginations and boosts sustainability credentials. Perhaps even inspiring the next generation of worldleading engineers.

EMPOWERED BY CARPENTRY.

LoneStar Leeds is working with Leeds Wood Recycling (LWR) to upskill local people through circular waste wood solutions that drive environmental and social progress. Established to inspire reuse across Yorkshire, LWR offers a professional wood collection and retail service that reduces industrial landfill and supports people of all abilities to build confidence and

contribute to a connected community.

Ongoing pickups from LoneStar Leeds facilities of wooden pallets, boards and packaging not only reduces industrial waste, transport emissions and disposal costs, it feeds into LWR apprenticeships, volunteer placements and practical carpentry workshops that provide tangible pathways to employment and social integration. Thanks to LWR expertise, one volunteer’s insight led to LoneStar Leeds overhauling its material acceptance policy, eliminating the use of methyl bromide-treated crates; a move that’s positively influenced their ESG credentials.

In one year alone, LoneStar Leeds and LWR diverted 41 cubic yards of wood from the waste stream, saved 2.1 tonnes of CO2, engaged 39 volunteers and helped create 12 paid jobs, demonstrating the positive effects of ESG-driven collaboration.

SEEDS OF SUSTAINABILITY.

Since 2024, TripleFast Middle East (TME) has worked alongside Companies for Good to plant mangrove

‘I’VE SEEN FIRST-HAND HOW POWERFUL THIS PARTNERSHIP IS FOR PEOPLE AND FOR THE PLANET. IT GIVES PEOPLE SKILLS, SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY AND SEES MATERIALS FIND A NEW PURPOSE. THE DEDICATION OF ALL INVOLVED FILLS ME WITH PRIDE.’

seedlings around the United Arab Emirates. As the most dominant coastal vegetation in the region, mangroves are salt-tolerant, meaning they require less fresh water, a scarce resource in the Middle East. Mangroves also reduce the negative impact of greenhouse gases by storing carbon dioxide (CO2) at a rate of up to five times greater per

equivalent area than tropical rainforests. It’s estimated that an adult mangrove tree can capture on average 12.3 kg of CO2 per year. With healthy trees expected to live for 25-30 years, 5,000 mangroves can offset around 1,385,000 Kg of CO2. Despite these benefits, mangrove habitats have reduced globally by 35% since the 1980s, making new conservation

efforts ever more vital. Because of this, TME has engaged in a unique environmental experience to help boost mangrove numbers in Ajman, the fifth most populous region in the UAE. Provided with kayaks, up to 20 colleagues at a time paddle out to tidal habitats and spend several hours amongst the mud banks to cultivate a new generation of trees in line with the UAE’s vision to replant a million mangrove plants by 2030.

PROTECTING NATURAL SANCTUARIES.

The Jebel Ali Marine Sanctuary, one of Dubai’s undeveloped natural areas, is a vibrant habitat for an abundance of wildlife. It is home to 124 bird species and 147 fish species, including marine wonders such as the orange-spotted grouper, the Arabian carpetshark and the whale shark. The beach itself is also a nesting ground for endangered green and hawksbill turtles.

Deployed along the waterline, TME colleagues have repeatedly contributed to collecting and removing up to 42 kgs of small plastics, shipping rope and seaborne debris to make a tangible difference to human, wildlife and environmental safety.

Similarly, TME teams have also been litter-picking across extensive desert wadis to help protect the biodiversity of these important drainage corridors. On the latest excursion, TME’s environmental stewards collected over 103 kg of litter from the mountainous riverbeds.

Seals and gaskets.

UNSEEN PRECISION. INDISPENSABLE INTEGRITY.

In an era defined by complex operational challenges, strained supply chains, heightened environmental scrutiny and volatile global markets, it’s understandable why industry and procurement teams focus on headline technologies. Yet within every advanced energy innovation lies an under-acknowledged category of components that’s fundamental to project, human and planetary success: precision-engineered seals and gaskets.

At the LoneStar Group, these mission-critical parts are never overlooked. Instead, they form a core element of our global product offering. By specialising in the manufacture, inspection and distribution of approved and accredited sealing technologies, we strengthen and complement our fasteners and bolting capabilities with end-to-end project integrity.

Through this breadth of in-house proficiencies and comprehensive specialised expertise, we offer our customers clear competitive advantage. while preventing the escape or ingress of fluids and gases. These specialised products exist to prevent expensive, hazardous or catastrophic failures and loss of performance in a myriad of applications.

Every pipe joint, flange connection, wellhead, heat exchanger, valve, pump, compressor, engine, turbine and construction assembly depends on high-quality seals or gaskets to operate effectively. Their crucial role is magnified further when expected to perform in high pressure, extreme temperatures and corrosive environments.

When these components hold their integrity, they’re an unnoticed footnote within the global economy. However, if their planning, quality, installation and maintenance are neglected, they soon become the urgent focal point of every energy or critical industry project.

PORTFOLIOS WITHOUT COMPARE.

Through our unique global positioning, the LoneStar Group manufactures and supplies significant quantities of high-quality sealing technologies to serve established and fast-growing markets internationally.

Supported by strategically-placed stock inventories and global purchasing power, the LoneStar Group offers a widely unmatched scope of sealing technologies. These include, but are not limited to:

SUPERIOR AND ESSENTIAL.

Four business units currently driving our sealing distinction globally are LoneStar Leeds, Triplefast Middle East, LoneStar OFST and LoneStar Sealing Technologies.

LoneStar Leeds is considered the centre of excellence within the LoneStar Group for the manufacture of specialised metallic seals and other precision-engineered components, including valve internals. Renowned for their mastery of producing difficult-to-machine, thin-walled, annular components in highnickel alloys, LoneStar Leeds can also serve customers with a broad scope of products from rubber or copper washers, right through to multi-component assemblies and cuttingedge solutions machined from titanium. LoneStar Leeds also boasts its own in-house coating facilities including electroless nickel- and silver-plating expertise. This means all stages of the manufacturing process remain within its direct control. Positioned close to Sheffield’s famous steel industry, LoneStar Leeds has an established relationship with local forge masters and steel stockists, enabling unrivalled material access.

Triplefast Middle East (TME) is another industry-leading manufacturing and supply hub for sealing and gasket solutions. Operating from a state-of-the-art 15,000 square-metre facility in Dubai, TME is the regional headquarters for the group’s operations in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific. Strengthened by in-house manufacturing expertise and a comprehensive inventory of raw materials and finished components in stock, TME supplies partner businesses and thriving energy markets across MENA APAC.

LoneStar OFST – based in Chennai, India – specialises in the manufacture and distribution of approved and accredited ring type joints (RTJs). Operating to internationally recognised American Petroleum Institute certifications, OFST predominantly supports partner LoneStar businesses serving

global oil and gas customers. 100 percent LoneStar owned and operated, this standout facility offers quality control, on-timedelivery and health and safety standards far beyond the reach of the region’s nearest competitors.

LoneStar Sealing Technologies – based in Houston, Texas – serves North, Central and South American OEM and distributors serving the MRO market across oil and gas, power generation and petrochemical industries. Like OFST, this longstanding business can provide access to significant volumes of industry-standard parts. Augmented by a passion for customer service excellence, rapid turnaround time and an ability to source LoneStar and non-LoneStar Group stock from anywhere in the world, they’re America’s trusted source for high-quality precision-engineered components.

EXCELLENCE AS STANDARD.

The LoneStar Group’s right-first-time commitment to manufacturing and distribution excellence is ingrained in our DNA. With our technical ability, material buying power, global inventory, full-traceability documentation, rigorous packaging standards and on-time deliveries, we offer a comprehensive suite of precision-engineered components to strengthen critical industries that require superior products and uncompromising performance at speed from a single, reliable, far-reaching partner.

My LoneStar.

enormous opportunity here in Sycamore – and across the entire country – so we’re determined to take advantage of our strong position by committing to long-term quality and business expansion.

Career highlight to date?

I feel like I’ve still got goals to achieve in my career with the LoneStar Group. I’m passionate about bettering myself and others. In my previous role –working for Honda – I was proud to identify, train, develop and promote colleagues to fill a new engineering plant aimed at bringing more vehicles to market. That experience is helping me develop others here at AmeriBolt.

Best advice you’ve ever received?

Choose your battles wisely. It’s better to be selective about when to use your influence in certain situations. It often leads to better outcomes.

What’s your idea of an ideal day?

I honestly feel like I’ve had a great day when I can reflect with gratitude and positivity. If a day ends with no associate injuries, happy customers and all our goals achieved then I’m good. If I was able to be a blessing to someone’s day, then even better.

What person, past or present, do you most admire?

A guy called Jeff Jackson, an Olympic sprinter who loved track and field. He used his passion to create incredible opportunities for underprivileged neighbourhoods in my community. If I can help AmeriBolt continue to grow and reinvest in local families, I can give back like Jeff did.

When and why did you join the LoneStar Group?

I joined AmeriBolt in September 2024 following 23 years in the automotive industry. During the interview process, I quickly realised it was a great opportunity to become part of a growing company within a global group. Their investment in the future of local American manufacturing, their commitment to customers and the exceptionally high health and safety standards also stood out.

What project are you working on currently?

I’m focused on manufacturing processes and initiatives that will further improve the quality and output of our forged precision-engineered components. There’s

Name one item you couldn’t live or work without and why.

It’s got to be my phone. I never would have believed that until someone asked me for a relative’s number recently and I didn’t know it. I realised in that moment how much I depend on a phone for so many everyday tasks.

How do you clear your head?

By taking peaceful drives. My commute is about 1 hour 15 mins. On the way to work I prepare myself for the tasks ahead. The same’s true for the journey home, when my focus is my family.

Dream dinner party guests and why?

My grandmother. She had one of the best memories of anyone I’ve ever met. She always told me incredible stories. I’d love to sit at the table and listen to her educate us about life.

What’s your greatest ambition for the LoneStar Group?

For all colleagues globally to buy into and support the One LoneStar mindset. If we all adopt that approach, I’m sure we’ll continue our market and customer growth for years to come.
