What can you expect?
We use an appointment request system, ShowingTime. As soon as your home becomes available on the MLS, agents may then begin requesting appointments through the system. We can cater to your needs in terms of only allowing showings during certain periods of time, a required amount of hours notice or even restrict the appointments in the case of something coming up that would not allow for showings. The options are endless and once we are ready, we will get all of these options covered with you.

ShowingTime automatically requests buyer feedback once the agent has concluded their viewing appointment. Feedback is vital to successful showings, as it is always great to hear how buyers are feeling about your home. We can then make easy changes if necessary. In the case of no feedback received within the first 24 hours of the email being sent to the buyers agent, our client care specialist will then reach out to the buyers agent and make it their priority to ensure that feedback is submitted.
