News the local
Dear Readers
Firstly, thank you all for your kind comments and thoughts about our 10th birthday. We have included a testimonial from yet another very happy advertiser which just proves that the local Oracle works for local business and readers choose it as their number one resource. We put our trustworthy reputation down to the quality of both advertisers and readers who support us. All of our advertisers have been referred to us via networking, word of mouth or the power of the local Oracle itself. Finally the sun is coming out and the daylight hours are getting longer so the daffodils won’t be long! The latest edition can be found online each month www.thelocaloracle.co.uk. Anna & Jane

Celebrating 10 years! This month we thought we would include a testimonial from TaxAssist Accountants.....
TESTIMONIAL TaxAssist Accountants have advertised in all of The Local Oracle editions for more than five years with a quarter page colour ad and the Directory entry. It took a year to build up to a steady level of enquiries, but now we receive more enquiries via The Local Oracle than all the other 20 local magazines we advertise in put together. TaxAssist Accountants have 220 offices nationally. Compared to the national statistics, Larkfield and Paddock Wood have six times as many clients from advertising as the average office. We are sure that this is down to the efficiency of The Local Oracle as an advertising medium. This month we signed clients who took us over £35,000 of annual recurring fees sourced from The Local Oracle. An excellent return for our annual advertising cost of around £1,800. Thanks to Anna and the team.
