My beautiful mum was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia 3 years ago so I signed up to cycle from London to Paris in 2020 to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. Sadly this event has been cancelled 2 years running now, so when you read this, I will have cycled 320 miles over 4 days instead!

From West Malling, around the South Coast to Portsmouth and back.

I know it will have tested every part of me but nothing compared to the pain of having dementia.

If you have/have had a family member affected by this devastating disease you will want to find a cure too. Please help me to raise awareness and money to help with support and funding for research.
