ALL IN 21 CHALLENGE
21 Days of Prayer + Fasting
HOW TO USE THIS BOOKLET READ · PRAY · DECLARE · ACT READ Each day includes a Scripture connected to the weekly theme. Take time to slow down and let God’s Word speak to you. Read thoughtfully and prayerfully. As you read, ask: What is God teaching me today? What truth stands out? How is God inviting me to respond? Allow Scripture to renew your heart and mind.
PRAY Each day provides a prayer focus. Use the topic as a guide to lead your own conversation with God. Pray honestly and openly, inviting the Holy Spirit to shape your heart. Some days your prayer may be short; other days it may be deeper and longer. Both matter. This is your time to listen, surrender, and depend on God.
DECLARE Speak the personal declaration out loud. God’s Word has power when we confess it with our mouths (Romans 10:9–10). Declarations shift our thinking, strengthen our faith, and align us with truth.
ACT Every day ends with a simple action step which help move your faith from intention to action. Spiritual growth happens when we consistently live out what God is doing in us. Over 21 days, these small steps can form lasting spiritual habits.

Take it a step further…Within 21 days you will have the opportunity to complete 21 challenges. Your challenges will be attached to your daily scripture readings. The challenges are created to help grow your faith while learning to act more like Christ. Most people read their devotional for the day and then that is it. We are challenging you to bring your devotional to life with our 21 challenges.
WEEK 1 RESET THE HEART PRAYER THEME PERSONAL RENEWAL + SURRENDER
DAY 1
A FRESH START READ Isaiah 43:18–19 Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. God spoke these words to Israel while they were discouraged and stuck in the memory of former seasons. He reminded them that He is always able to do something new even before they can see it. PRAY Pray to release the past year and receive what God wants to do new in your life. DECLARE God, I thank You for the gift of a new beginning. I release what is behind me and step into this year with faith and expectation. I believe You are doing a new work in me, and I choose to trust You with what’s ahead. ACT Write down one thing from last year you need to let go of. Pray over it, then intentionally release it to God.
DAY 2
FULL SURRENDER READ Proverbs 16:3 Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established. This proverb reminds us that surrender doesn’t cancel our plans, it aligns them. When we place our lives in God’s hands, He brings clarity and stability. PRAY Pray to surrender your plans, goals, and expectations to God. DECLARE Lord, I lay down my plans and pick up Your purpose. I surrender control and choose obedience. I trust that Your ways are better than mine and that You are leading me exactly where I need to go. ACT Take 5 minutes to pray over your calendar, goals, or plans for the year and verbally give them to God.
DAY 3
RENEWED THINKING READ Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Paul teaches that transformation begins in the mind. A renewed mind allows us to recognize God’s will and break free from unhealthy patterns. PRAY Ask God to renew your mind and break unhealthy thought patterns. DECLARE God, I reject old mindsets that no longer serve Your purpose in my life. I choose truth over lies, faith over fear, and hope over doubt. My mind is being renewed by Your Word. ACT Identify one recurring negative thought. Replace it with a Scripture or truth and repeat it throughout the day.
DAY 4
A CLEAN HEART READ Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. David prayed this after recognizing his sin. It’s a reminder that God responds to humility and repentance with grace and restoration. PRAY Pray for repentance, forgiveness, and purity of heart. DECLARE Lord, search my heart and cleanse me. I choose humility and repentance, and I receive Your grace and forgiveness. I want my heart to be aligned fully with Yours. ACT Spend a few moments in quiet reflection, asking God to reveal anything you need to confess or make right.
DAY 5
STRENGTH FOR THE YEAR READ Isaiah 40:31 But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. God promises strength not to those who rush ahead, but to those who wait on Him and trust His timing. PRAY Pray for spiritual, emotional, and physical strength. DECLARE God, I will not rely on my own strength this year. I depend on You to renew me daily. You are my source, and I trust You to sustain me through every season. ACT Choose one way to intentionally rest today—physically, mentally, or spiritually.
Day 6
FOCUS + DIRECTION READ Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. God doesn’t promise every detail upfront, but He promises direction when we consistently acknowledge Him. PRAY Ask God to remove distractions and bring clarity. DECLARE Lord, I choose focus over distraction. I trust You to direct my steps and clarify my purpose. I will follow where You lead, even when the path isn’t fully clear. ACT Remove one unnecessary distraction today (social media, noise, schedule clutter).
DAY 7
GRATITUDE + TRUST READ Psalm 136:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever. This psalm repeats God’s faithfulness over and over, reminding us that gratitude strengthens trust in every season. PRAY Thank God for His faithfulness and commit to trusting Him. DECLARE God, I thank You for Your faithfulness in every season of my life. I trust You with what I see and what I don’t. I enter this year with gratitude and confidence in who You are. ACT Write down three things you’re grateful for and thank God for each one.
WEEK 2 DEEPEN THE FOUNDATION PRAYER THEME DEPENDENCE, FASTING AND FAITH
DAY 8
HUNGER FOR GOD READ James 4:8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James reminds believers that closeness with God begins with intentional pursuit. God responds when we take the first step. PRAY Pray for a deeper hunger for God’s presence. DECLARE God, I want You more than comfort, routine, or distractions. I choose to pursue Your presence daily and trust that You will meet me as I seek You. ACT Spend extra time today in worship or Scripture beyond your normal rhythm.
DAY 9
DEPENDENCE THROUGH FASTING READ John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. Jesus reminds His disciples that spiritual fruit only comes from staying connected to Him, not self-effort. PRAY Pray that fasting would deepen your dependence on God. DECLARE Lord, I choose dependence over self-reliance. As I fast, I remind my soul that You are my source. I trust You to sustain me and strengthen me. ACT When you feel hunger or discomfort today, pause and pray instead of pushing through.
DAY 10
FREEDOM FROM DISTRACTIONS READ 1 Corinthians 10:23 ‘All things are lawful,’ but not all things are helpful. ‘All things are lawful,’ but not all things build up. Paul teaches that freedom requires wisdom. Not everything allowed is helpful for spiritual growth. PRAY Pray for freedom from habits that pull you away from God. DECLARE God, I release anything that competes for Your place in my life. I choose what is beneficial, life-giving, and honoring to You. ACT Identify one habit to pause or limit during the fast.
DAY 11
HEARING GOD’S VOICE READ John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. Jesus describes a relationship where believers recognize His voice through trust and familiarity. PRAY Pray for clarity in hearing and following God’s voice. DECLARE Lord, I believe You speak and that You desire to guide me. I quiet my heart to listen and choose to follow Your leading with trust. ACT Spend 5 minutes in silence today, listening and journaling what God brings to mind.
DAY 12
FAITH FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE READ Matthew 19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’ Jesus spoke these words when the situation seemed impossible, reminding His followers that God’s power is not limited by human ability. PRAY Pray for faith in areas that feel uncertain or overwhelming. DECLARE God, I bring You what feels impossible. I trust You to work beyond my understanding. My faith is in You, not my circumstances. ACT Write down one area you need to trust God more fully and pray over it.
DAY 13
BOLD OBEDIENCE READ John 14:15 If you love me, you will keep my commandments. Jesus connects obedience to love—not obligation. Our obedience flows from relationship. PRAY Pray for courage to obey God without hesitation. DECLARE Lord, I choose obedience over comfort. I trust that following You leads to life and purpose. I will say yes when You ask. ACT Take one step of obedience God has been prompting you to take.
DAY 14
GRATITUDE FOR GROWTH READ Philippians 1:6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Paul reminds believers that growth is a process—and God is faithful to finish what He starts. PRAY Thank God for the growth happening during the fast. DECLARE God, thank You for the work You’re doing in me. Even when growth feels slow, I trust that You are faithful to complete what You started. ACT Reflect on how God has already been working during these 21 days.
WEEK 3 LIVE IT OUT PRAYER THEME GENEROSITY, MISSION, AND COMMITMENT
DAY 15
OPEN-HANDED LIVING READ Acts 20:35 In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ Jesus’ words remind us that generosity leads to joy and reflects God’s heart toward others. PRAY Pray for a generous heart in every area of life. DECLARE God, I live with open hands. I trust You as my provider and choose generosity as a reflection of Your heart. ACT Look for one intentional way to give today—time, encouragement, or resources.
DAY 16
TRUSTING GOD AS PROVIDER READ Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. David declares confidence in God’s care, reminding us that God faithfully provides what we need. PRAY Pray to trust God with finances and provision. DECLARE Lord, I trust You to meet my needs. I release fear and choose faith. You are faithful, and You will provide. ACT Pray over your finances and commit them to God.
Day 17
LIVING ON MISSION READ Matthew 5:14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Jesus calls His followers to live visibly different lives that point others toward God. PRAY Pray to see your daily life as a mission field. DECLARE God, use my life to reflect You. I choose to represent Jesus in my words, actions, and attitudes. ACT Pray for one person you can intentionally love or encourage today.
DAY 18
BUILDING THE CHURCH FAMILIA READ Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works. The early church understood growth happens in community, not isolation. PRAY Pray for unity and strength in The Local Church. DECLARE God, I commit to building Your church with love, humility, and faith. I will encourage others and protect unity. ACT Send an encouraging message to someone in your church familia.
DAY 19
FAITH OVER FEAR READ Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? David declares confidence in God even when surrounded by uncertainty and opposition. PRAY Pray against fear and doubt. DECLARE Lord, I will not be led by fear. I choose faith, courage, and trust in You. You are with me, and I am not alone. ACT Identify one fear and surrender it to God in prayer.
DAY 20
FAITH FOR THE FUTURE READ Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Faith allows us to move forward even when we don’t see the full picture yet. PRAY Pray with expectation for the year ahead. DECLARE God, I believe You have good plans for my future. I walk forward in faith, trusting You with every step. ACT Pray for the year ahead and ask God to increase your faith.
DAY 21
A GOD-CENTERED COMMITMENT READ Joshua 24:15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Joshua’s declaration was a public, intentional commitment to live fully devoted to God. PRAY Commit to living a God-centered life beyond these 21 days. DECLARE God, I commit to walking with You daily. I choose to build my life on Your truth, seek You first, and live fully surrendered to You. ACT Write a personal commitment for how you will continue prioritizing God this year.
SEARCH ME, O GOD, AND KNOW MY HEART! TRY ME AND KNOW MY THOUGHTS! AND SEE IF THERE BE ANY GRIEVOUS WAY IN ME, AND LEAD ME IN THE WAY EVERLASTING! PSALM 139:23-24
CELEBRATING WHAT GOD HAS DONE Take time to pause and reflect on your 21-day journey. Write honestly about what God has done in you, through you, and around you. This is not the end, it’s the beginning of a lifestyle of prayer, fasting, and bold faith.
