INGREDIENTS
1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Baileys [or any Irish Cream Liqueur]
4 oz Ice
1 pack Instant Hot Chocolate Mix
Shaved Chocolate
Whipped Cream
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Get In The Pool!
Florida is called the “Sunshine State”, but it could just as easily have been called the “Water State”. Our state has around 1,350 miles of ocean coastline. [California sports a measly 840 miles]. There are nine thousand lakes and springs, and – wait for it – nearly one million six hundred thousand swimming pools.
With that much water around us, we felt it was definitely time to teach the kids to swim.
We like British Swim School.
They’re close to Rivertown, and they’ve been in business worldwide for over 40 years. Our kids love the teachers, and we feel like that love goes both ways! The staff is attentive, pleasant, and safety is always paramount. Their indoor pool is 84° and the air temperature is 87°.
The peace of mind we have knowing that our kids feel at home in the water and can swim is priceless, and they’re coming to a pool near you this summer!

SWEET POTATO WHITE CHEDDAR CORN MUFFINS
Try these tasty muffins with your New Years Good Luck dinner!
1 1/2 cup yellow corn meal [not self rising cornmeal]
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mashed, cooked sweet potato
3/4 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
3 tbs butter, softened
Combine the corn meal, baking powder, and salt in a medium size mixing bowl.
Add mashed sweet potato, cheese, egg, buttermilk and softened butter until mixed well.
Scoop muffin batter out into a standard 12 count muffin tin.
Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes.

I am born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and Austin is a military brat from Hampton, VA.
INTRODUCING THE DUERS
We moved in July of 2019. Best decision we could have made for our growing family.
Being half Italian myself we’d love a long getaway making our way across Italy. For me it’s learning more about the culture and Austin will nerd out on all the extensive history.
I love how self sustaining RiverTown is as a community. We have so many different talented neighbors that cover such a wide range of trades. And not to mention all the amazing amenities for both kids and adults alike.
This is a very difficult one...I’ll narrow it down to genres.
For pizza it’s Renna’s. For the other genres Asian is Hawkers, Irish is Culhanes, seafood is Timoti’s, Italian is Enza’s, texmex is Taco Lu, burgers is MShack, wings is V Pizza, breakfast is Metro Diner, coffee shop is Spring Park, sandwiches is Angie’s Subs, brewery is Wicked Barley...and most importantly ice cream is Mayday!
