NEW ACCOUNTS
• A completed Kerusso New Account Application is required to establish an account.
• There is no minimum order amount.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Shortages, defective, or wrong merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt.
• Kerusso is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit, or after delivery. Damaged shipments should also be reported immediately to the delivering carrier. Retain cartons and damaged product until claim is resolved.
PAYMENT
U.S. CUSTOMERS
• Kerusso accepts ACH/EFT, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Company Check, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard; however, Terms need to be established to pay with a Company Check.
• U.S. Customers may not use Credit Cards as a form of payment for invoices on which Terms were extended.
• Terms are available with approved credit. A Kerusso Credit Application must be completed, submitted, and approved before a credit limit is set and Terms are established. Approval for Terms is at Kerusso’s sole and unilateral discretion.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
• Wire transfers are required for customers outside of the U.S. and Canada. Kerusso is not responsible for wire transfer fees; these fees are to be included in the total, along with shipping costs.
• Unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer’s expense.
CANADA CUSTOMERS

• Shipments that qualify for Free Freight or Flat Rate Freight will ship with our preferred carrier and shipping method.
• Backorders will ship the most cost-effective method.
• Orders $500 or more shipping within the Contiguous U.S. or Canada qualify for Free Freight.
• Orders less than $500 shipping within the Contiguous U.S. qualify for $20 Flat Rate Freight, unless otherwise stated.
• Displays are excluded from Free Freight and may have unique Flat Rate Freight costs.
• The Free Freight minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
• Orders that require rush processing or special handling may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges; please contact your Account Representative.
