Since 2003, owners Steve and Carmen Mendelson have used their experience in the gift and home décor industries to build a company that takes pride in providing exemplary service with the highest level of integrity always at the forefront. They travel the world in search of unique products to compliment our line. Carmen applies her diverse creative style to a wide range of product categories including statuary, plaques, lamps and more. By carefully reviewing each design and working with hand-picked manufacturers, we offer our customers a distinctive selection, reliable quality, and fair prices.

Terms & Conditions:
Orders:
Opening order minimum is $300.00. Re-order minimum is $150.00. All items are subject to minimum order quantity requirements. Delivery may vary depending on item availability. We do not ship substitute items without customer approval.
Unless otherwise requested, we assign cancel dates 6 months from the start ship date given by the customer. If an item is not available on the start ship date, the item is considered backordered. Please note that we will ship backorders as they are available. Please advise if backorders are not accepted.
Availability:
We are committed to ensuring all orders ship out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, delays due to issues such as shutdowns and backups at both international and domestic ports are out of our control. ETA dates provided for items currently in production or in transit from overseas are subject to change without notice due to the global shipping crisis.
Shipping:
All items will ship from Greensboro, NC and will ship best way, unless otherwise specified in the catalog. Please advise if there are special requests for shipping and/or receiving, i.e., lift gate, inside delivery, delivery appointment needed, or no pallet shipments allowed.
If the customer has their own account number they wish to use, that information is required prior to shipping. We will be unable to adjust freight bills from one account to the other once an order has been shipped.
Payments:
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We will process credit cards for billing at time of shipment, not at time of ordering. Customers may request Net30 terms once annual purchases reach $2,500. No customer will receive terms without providing a credit sheet to include 3 references. Customers who are granted credit terms and later decide to pay via credit card will be charged a 3% fee. Delinquent Net30 accounts may have their terms revoked.
Damages/Shortages:
In the event you have a claim for a damage or shortage, you must report via e-mail to orders@fancythatgift.com within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please keep the box of any damaged items in case we need to return them it must be in the original packaging. Pictures of all damaged items will be required to determine whether an item is to be returned. This also provides our quality control department a means to monitor best packing/shipping practices.
