Welcome to American Legacy Products. Our products are designed in house. We keep our costs reasonable so retailers can offer unique pieces of jewelry to their customers at a good value. We hope you like our products as much as we do.
TERMS: Initial minimum orders are $100.00. Out-of-Stock items will be placed on back-order unless you specify otherwise. Upon receipt of an order, we ship by date required and by the order in which the orders are received. For payment, we accept company check, C.O.D., ACH or any major credit card.
3% Courtesy Fee: If paying by credit card at time of order, we waive our courtesy fee. You must pay at time of order or within 10 days of invoice date or there is a 3% courtesy fee. ie: If you pay at net 30 with a credit card, you will be charged the courtesy fee.
Check/electronic payment: Any returned check or electronic payment is subject to a $40.00 returned check fee. Net 30 terms may be available after the intitial order if references and a credit history are provided and prove satisfactory.
SHIPPING: UPS is our major carrier at this time. Parcel Post and Priority Mail are available to Alaska and other locations; upon request FedEx is also available. Shipping costs include: handling, insurance, postage, boxes, and packaging materials.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to American Legacy Products within 15 days of purchase date subject to the following conditions: If all conditions are not met, we reserve the rights to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee--not less than 25%.
1: All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material and any accessories.
2: We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
3: Slight color changes are not a defect. Suppliers sometimes change colors and materials and is beyond our control.
REFUNDS & CREDITS: If you need to return an item(s), please call or email about the item(s). Items may be refused otherwise. Refunds on returned items will be issued if merchandise is a manufacturing defect. Once we receive the item(s) or picture, we will credit the account. Do not short pay without authorization to do so from the office or the amount will be left on your account and you are responsible for the balance.
