Love teams are born when well-received chemistry and an undeniable kilig factor are present between a paired young man and woman From then on, they become inseparable and indefinitely star in shows and films together Commonly bonded by their contracts not to venture outside the love team, artistic and personal freedom for these celebrities become limited, if not absent
Mainstream Media as Girlhood Thieves
The youth is facing a crisis unlike any human in their very extinction Every day, thousands of pre-teen age children are being robbed of their youth as they are converted into foot soldiers for an aggressive agenda of adulthood mania while mainstream media allows this thirst to persist
Beyond question, our teenagers today are not how and what they used to be, this is made evident by several media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and even television Astoundingly, even prior to the dawn of social media, teenagers from past generations have experienced a hunger for the adulthood experience as manifested by mirroring mannerisms of adults, to their clothes or as depicted by mainstream films such as Gary Winick’s “13 Going 30”
Although released in 2004, the film’s themes that showcase teenage awkwardness and the romanticization of adulthood are still prevalent subjects nineteen years later The difference is that now in 2023, social media has caused the changes from preteen to adult to fast track itself, therefore leading to an effect where the awkward “tween” and “teen” phases are slowly becoming expendable
The so-called “awkward” phase is obsolete in a teenage society that calls for adult-level perfection without the consideration that perhaps awkwardness is not a state of permanence, but simply a crossroad between choosing the route we’d
into half of a pair, where one is always equated to the other It creates a struggle for actors to establish an individual identity, as the concept of love team and chemistry tends to overshadow their individual prowess Once a love team separates, it is often that individually, they may not fare as well as they did as a pair, and one party may be more well-received than the other In a podcast interview,
take on our personal journey leading up to adulthood
With a view of the world available in the palm of our hands, a preview of people's lives, embodiment, and appearances are almost too accessible to be unseen The underlying quandary with young girls having access to various media platforms is situated when the eyes of fresh vessels lie on what the media depicts to be beautiful
Teenagers who dive into the pool of internet surfing have been associated with increased body dissatisfaction, with the interaction allowed by social media and appearance-focused content influencing body image concerns through negative social comparisons and peer normative processes For body image development, sexually objectified images on social media provide ample opportunity for girls to evaluate themselves against such images which emphasize appearing ‘sexy’ as critical to identity and that their worth is based on constant observation and evaluation of their appearance
Exposure to social media has inevitably given us a scope into the looking glass of everything we couldn’t have for ourselves We see everything that we aren’t and decide to chase after parts of ourselves that are too early for us to even have Teenagers preview diverse content from the media which leads to this compulsiveness to follow what this content calls for, as if their value is largely derived from the society's approval

opportunity to showcase their versatile and remarkable skills As much as we want our favorite pairings to be endgame, may we also realize that is not wrong to end the game Caging our talented actors in the Filipino love team culture stifles growth and stalls the industry’s capability to produce richer storytelling that appeals to the public, even without a love team in the equation
The mainstream media has heavily influenced our teenagers to accelerate the process of 'growing up' Being previewed of contents tackling the goal of obtaining an aesthetic lifestyle, sexy body, desirable face and dictations of how one must dress has not only inspired teenagers to be of things they are not, or yet to be but has fault young girls of being themselves, forcing them to explore what meets such beauty standards to be socially acceptable We cannot stop mainstream media from pushing these problematic beliefs toward society without major reform in the movie industry and in social media algorithms, which is why a personal solution, and learning proper media consumption are the keys to an amplified future of a responsible media consumer
At the end of the day, we must embrace the beauty of growing up, though this dictates owning a cringeworthy era of ourselves that captures immaturity, childish mannerisms, piles of mistakes, and questionable fashion taste
We owe it to the people we were before for the people we are today Growth is not gradually receiving acceptance from the social standards, but acceptance from oneself amidst failing to meet such standards, realizing that we are deserving of love even amidst our not-so-desirable phases
Meanwhile, critics voice apprehensions regarding the economic impact on jeepney drivers, the potential erosion of cultural heritage, and the possible marginalization of smaller operators
The imperative for a more sustainable and efficient public transport system cannot be overstated Modernizing the jeepney fleet holds promises of reduced emissions, heightened fuel efficiency, and an overall safer travel experience Yet, the path to modernization is fraught with challenges, raising the central question of how to move forward without jeopardizing the livelihoods of those who have depended on jeepneys for generations, striking a delicate equilibrium between progress and preservation How can we usher in a new era of public transportation without compromising the livelihoods of those who have depended on jeepneys for generations? Can we embrace modernization without diluting the vivid artistic charm that defines these vehicles?
As we grapple with these questions, an open dialogue must include the voices of jeepney drivers, operators, commuters, and policymakers Success in modernization necessitates collaboration, transparency, and a genuine understanding of the diverse needs of the Filipino people Moreover, it must present an opportunity for innovative solutions Exploring alternative livelihood programs for affected drivers and integrating electric or hybrid jeepneys to address environmental concerns should be actively considered These considerations underscore the need for a comprehensive and adaptable approach to modernization
In navigating the road to jeepney modernization, we must be attuned to the rich cultural tapestry interwoven into the very fabric of these vehicles
The unique artistry and communal spirit they embody are irreplaceable facets of Philippine identity Preserving this cultural heritage while embracing progress is not only a challenge but a collective responsibility Hence, the jeepney phaseout encapsulates a multifaceted issue that demands nuanced discussions, informed decisions, and a commitment to finding common ground As we chart the course for a modernized public transportation system, let us ensure that the journey encompasses everyone, respecting the past, embracing the present, and steering towards a future where progress harmoniously coexists with tradition

Tagged as "Kings of the Roads" with portrays of live paints, and colorful liveries, aiding millions of people on their daily commutes along with loud horns and diesel engines–this form of public transportation sprang from the post-World War II ingenuity of local technicians who modified a vast number of deserted American military jeeps to ferry civilian passengers
Fast forward to the present after recognizing these jeepneys' rampant influence on the environment, culture, and social justice, the government decides that it's time out for these iconic rides on the road
With over 200,000 jeepneys nationwide, they continue to be a budget-friendly mode of transportation in a nation where the average yearly salary is about Php 200,000 00 According to data from the Department of Transportation, jeepney fares start at under 13 Philippine pesos, and they transport around 40% of commuters to and from malls, schools, and places of employment
However, jeepneys nationwide were arranged to be phased out by the end of the year to be replaced with more costly minibuses as part of the government's modernization initiative The new minibuses, with a price of approximately Php 2,449,286 68 are said to be more comfortable, energy-efficient, and safer for the daily commuters
As of 2023, along with modern jeepneys' approximate cost, traditional jeepneys range in price from P200,000 to P400,000 previewing a significant distant value
The operators and jeepney drivers will be liable for covering this amount, as it is beyond the reach of a typical tsuper who relies solely on their income as jeepney drivers Furthermore, commuters are impacted by the phase-out in addition given that there

won't be ample space to accommodate thousands of commuting citizens on a daily It is also expected that price hikes brought on by the privatization of the traditional jeepneys would impact Filipinos who earn minimum wage including students
The government's proposition lack of funding, which imposed pressure on drivers to take out large loans to comply with the modernization initiatives, was the transport group's major concern They aren't pleased with how the program is helping them finance the minibuses either According to the notion, for it to be possible for jeepney drivers to borrow money from government banks to acquire new vehicles, they would need to establish a cooperative The profit-sharing model that these transport cooperatives will thereafter employ, according to drivers, will reduce their income and plunge them deep into debt
The plan was introduced by former President Rodrigo Duterte in 2017, who said the phase-out would help improve Manila’s poor air quality and ease gridlocked traffic President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has agreed to move forward with the contentious proposal
With the lack of scope to view the situation, the government has reduced the intention to a simple vehicle change rather than alleviating the commuting experience while affording transport providers a dignified livelihood
Sharing a consensual perspective about the modernization objective, jeepney drivers frown upon the idea of the government's schemes which the administration cannot seem to grasp and comprehend c
Their venture to propose fresh livelihood is not the most helpful projectile but rather a further cancellation of occupation, and trap towards bankruptcy The jeepney modernization will only worsen the country's transit woes and disrupt the economy Pulling out the most accessible form of transportation on the roads not only places the notso-impressive public transportation system of the country in further distress but also takes a toll on its economy as more people will arrive late for work Jeepney drivers agreeing with policymakers’ terms eliminate their control and rights to their respective units, leaving them in a cycle of debt that not even driving jeepneys to death could ever repay So with high hopes, along with our tsupers, the fight is not over This chapter is where we take to the roads in defiance of the government's vehicle modernization program The drivers are also gearing up for another series of protests calling for the government to review the jeepney phase-out plan The roads are for the people, and it is on the road we shall demand accountability from those in power for causing not only a transport disaster but livelihood erasure

preparing them to undertake pivotal research projects within their respective home countries The program's focal point lies in enhancing and advancing HIV research where the incidence of this disease is on the rise
Calaguas says For a nurse like himself, the program provided first hand insight into the capabilities of fellow nurses, showcasing their advanced practices in managing the sexual and reproductive health needs of marginalized populations Moreover, engaging with Sydney-based colleagues enriched his role as an educator and researcher, instilling a deeper appreciation for the rigors of designing, executing, and disseminating research findings
Developed by the Kirby Institute of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, a leading global infectious disease research institute, the CHART program is a part of an enduring commitment to bolstering HIV research capabilities in the Asia-Pacific The all-expense paid fellowship program aims to cultivate the research proficiencies of individuals engaged in HIV/AIDS work,
With the CHART Program aimed at those eligible and working concerning HIV, Mr Calaguas shares that he was prompted by a friend in 2019 to join by applying for a spot in the program which was a required step Using an original research proposal with a recommendation from the Philippine Society of SRH Nurses and Dr Al Biag, the former SNAMS Dean of Holy Angel University, Mr Calaguas was chosen to be one of the eight members of the 2020 cohort out of over a hundred applicants However, the program encountered a setback due to the global pandemic Transitioning to an online setup was deemed unfeasible by the Kirby Institute, leading to its temporary suspension Therefore, when travel restrictions started to widen due to depleting cases of the pandemic, they seized the opportunity to prepare the necessary travel documents to make preliminary preparations for the awaited workshops
Beyond imparting training, the CHART Program also becomes a ground for nurturing adept researchers, empowering them with profound knowledge and enhanced skill sets "The program helped broaden my perspective through the many sessions in the workshops and the mentoring sessions from worldrenowned researchers and academics," Mr

Having won all four of the major beauty pageants in the world (Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, and Miss International), the Filipino people take pride in being called a powerhouse in the pageant industry In Miss Universe alone, four Filipinas were able to successfully bring home the crown: Gloria Diaz in 1969, Margie Moran in 1973, Pia Wurtzbach in 2015, and Catriona Gray in 2018, proving a point that beauty is not just skin deep and further showcasing the Filipinas’ dedication and exceptional allure
Pageantry has long been part of Filipino culture It would be safe to say that beauty pageants are omnipresent in the Philippines Looking at barangay fiestas, in which they celebrate the patron saint of that place, there are always young girls competing in a pageant Even during Santacruzan, the most beautiful girl will be chosen as Reina Elena These events showcase the entrenched love and fascination that Filipinos have for pageantry
In a nation rich with cultural diversity, the Miss Universe pageant is more than just a beauty contest; it is a platform for the country’s representatives to showcase not only their physical beauty but also the uniqueness of the Philippines on a bigger stage To see the representative incorporate aspects that show the values that define the culture of the Filipinos in their performance in a global pageant becomes a source of pride and gratification for the people
Through the pieces that they wear, they also represent the creative minds of the designers, giving them a chance to exhibit their creations to a larger audience As a result, the support of these local artists for the country’s representatives is neverending But beyond beauty and being able to participate in a pageant as big as Miss Universe, the Filipinas aren’t just vying for the crown; if anything, this serves as a way for the candidates to raise awareness about issues in society such as gender equality, education, and poverty Through their influence, they become a voice for change and an inspiration, especially to the next generation of young girls who dream of making a significant difference in the world the universe, rather

THE NOT SO INCLUSIVE WALL
Healthcare is a fundamental right that should be readily accessible and supportive to all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity However people in the LGBTQIA+ community frequently encounter specific issues in healthcare settings, ranging from slurs, refusal, and stigmas, reflecting both systemic concerns and personal struggles
Recently, in the Philippines, various reports of discrimination towards the LGBTQIA+ community have emerged across different sectors including healthcare The rising number of cases of sexually transmitted diseases, such as HIV and AIDS, in the country has contributed to the negative portrayal of the LGBTQIA+ community Many Filipinos believe that homosexuals are the main carriers of such diseases, attributing the rampant spread to them These attitudes are largely shaped by the dominant Christian norms in the country and the absence of legislation protecting the rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals
Unfortunately, such issues hinder some members of the community from receiving the necessary medical attention they need with more than one in every six LGBTQIA+ individuals skipping healthcare due to the fear of discrimination Consequently, these inequities faced by LGBTQIA+ in healthcare have become a major concern, as well as the need to build a more inclusive medical environment must be given adequate attention
To delve into the challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community in healthcare settings, several factors come to light:
4 Specific Health Needs: LGBTQIA+ individuals may have special health needs connected to their sexual orientation or gender identity Tailoring healthcare services to meet these demands is essential for both the health professional and the patient
5 Social Support: Challenges with family and societal support can affect the overall health of LGBTQIA+ individuals Understanding the larger societal context and its potential influence on patients is crucial for healthcare practitioners
6 Legal and Policy Challenges: Discriminatory laws and regulations can jeopardize LGBTQIA+ people's access to healthcare Advocating for inclusive and protective measures such as the SOGIE bill, is critical to ensuring equal access to medical treatment without fear of discrimination
1 Discrimination and Cultural Stigma: LGBTQIA+ individuals frequently face stigma and prejudice in healthcare settings, ranging from insulting remarks to outright rejection of care Societal, cultural, and religious norms contribute to these discriminatory remarks, fostering mistrust, anxiety, and, in extreme cases, a refusal to seek vital medical care
2 Fear of Disclosure: Many LGBTQIA+ individuals delay seeking healthcare due to the fear of disclosing their sexual orientation or gender identity This fear may hinder open conversations, impeding the development of accurate medical records and successful treatment plans
3 Limited Training: The absence of comprehensive training on LGBTQIA+ health in medical school leaves healthcare workers illequipped to handle the community's specific needs Bridging this gap is crucial for establishing a more inclusive and educated healthcare environment, ensuring the best medical treatment for everyone
To build a more inclusive medical environment, adequate attention must be given to the need for change Transitioning from a system characterized by discrimination to one that is truly inclusive will require a collective effort not only from healthcare providers but also from policymakers and society as a whole With this it is crucial to foster understanding, educate healthcare professionals, and implement policies that ensure equal access to healthcare for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity By addressing these visible challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community, we can work towards creating a healthcare system that respects the fundamental rights of each and every individual

SKIN CARE CRAZE: A WORTH SKIN CARE CRAZE: A WORTH BUDOL OR A TROUBLE? BUDOL OR A
A lot has evolved throughout the recent decade, but one thing has remained consistent in many of our lives: a skincare routine
Several skincare habits have been popping up on social media like an 11-step skincare regimen of a celebrity or a weekly mask routine for clear skin With many people worldwide prioritizing self-care and wellness, skin care has become more of a need than a luxury Skin care is also becoming a little more intimidating and overwhelming as thousands of new products have been produced over the past few years But, is this "budol" culture worth the money, especially in terms of health? Or is this some type of social media bandwagon effect because of the hype?
Gen Zs are becoming increasingly selfconscious about their skin and becoming more curious about skincare than ever More specifically now that plenty of skincare products that seem promising are making their way across several social media platforms In the process, a significant amount of individuals were encouraged to take better care of their skin and health, discovered highquality products, and were made aware of the significance of proper skin care Given that so many celebrities and influencers promote making use of such products, there's no doubt that you can be quickly convinced to purchase them without thinking if it’s suitable for you
That’s why ask yourself, “Is it worth the budol?”
TROUBLE?
Surely, there are several advantages you can gain from the latest trends you see circulating online, from staying up-to-date to having improved self-confidence Yet the worst often comes with the good There have been viral trends that caused more risks than goods and individuals may have exhibited problems as a result of these tendencies These can lead to drawbacks if you consistently imitate the newest trends without doing some research on the products themselves Keeping up with skincare trends can also be expensive given that businesses continually expand their product lines They can also lead to false expectations and may harm your health because certain products are not suited for your skin type, resulting in skin irritation, infections, and allergies You are not only falling into capitalistic traps, but you are also putting your health at risk
Even so, unfortunately, the majority of today’s population relies solely on the hype of a certain product Surely, the majority of celebrities and influencers promoting a skincare product are compensated to provide positive feedback and reviews that generate buzz among the public It might not be possible to determine if the developers of many of these social media-born skin treatments are thoughtful or just those who randomly came up with the thought to build a business without a
background and made it seem convincing enough to encourage other people to give it a shot Perhaps, it makes no difference if the end effect damages your skin That's why it's a MUST to do your own research and see your dermatologist before following any skin care advice you discover online Remain cautious of any aesthetic advice that suggests mixing and matching different over-the-counter skincare products It is impossible to predict how these handcrafted concoctions would react with one another Bear in mind too that there isn't a skincare regimen that works for everyone One routine does not fit all skin so do not be complacent with these budols and save yourself from some skin troubles

A mere glance at our phone unleashes the gravitational force of social media, propelling us into an unstoppable scrolling journey within seconds Disturbing, isn’t it? Social media has established itself as an integral part of our lives including interaction with friends and family, easily delivering instant information, and serving as a platform for self-expression Yet, despite its numerous benefits, there is substantial concern regarding its negative impact on people The incessant notification constantly disturbs our concentration making it difficult to focus on fulfilling daily tasks and responsibilities In essence, the more our digital connectivity increases, the shorter our attention spans appear to be
The influence of social media on cognitive functions becomes apparent in the observed reduction in attention spans Constantly checking notifications, messages, and updates on social media triggers the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and rewards, reinforcing a cycle that keeps us coming back for more The negative impact on attention span has been debated for several years It is said that the average of people’s attention span decreased from 12 seconds to 8 seconds, just one second behind a goldfish The continual growth of social media content challenges individuals to focus on less entertaining tasks Say you plan to read a book, or maybe do some schoolwork, and some personal activities but your attention
quickly diverts to social media, specifically watching Instagram reels, causing you to leave your initial plans into dust because it seems harder to enjoy, and complete all those activities compared to engaging content found online This scenario may inadvertently foster habitual procrastination, potentially leading to poor performance at work, or school
Aligned with its effect on attention spans, the widespread use of social media becomes a catalyst for the juggling act known as multitasking which is another culprit in reducing focus Although it may appear that we are enhancing productivity by handling various tasks, the evidence contradicts this notion, with research indicating a simultaneous rise in error What’s more, the accumulated stress from multitasking while engaging with social media intensifies the challenge creating an environment where focus is diminished on each job
The understanding regarding this matter is putting your attention as a precious treasure, and social media as a sneaky thief trying to break it silently In this case, protecting your attention holds significant importance for working memory Improving our attention includes setting clear priorities and goals, creating a distractionfree environment, taking a break from social media, and performing self-care activities Social media is indeed a double-edged sword It is crucial to strike a balance for its advantages while also avoiding potential negative consequences

This lack of awareness results in one in four pregnancies in the Philippines being unintended, with 610,000 unsafe abortions occurring annually These statistics emphasize the necessity for enhanced accessibility and awareness campaigns to empower families to make informed choices
Limited resources and an overwhelming population often result in the government falling short of meeting these demands, leaving almost 50% of Filipinos with restricted access to essential services like the immediate healthcare system
Beyond the absence of Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE),
Due to the limited and family planning a faces a significant ch explosion From 1960 t surged from 26 27 mill marking a staggering growth of 339 9% in 62 years This exponential increase has made the country one of the most densely populated in the world, leading to various social, economic, and environmental problems This problem of overpopulation poses a formidable barrier to achieving food self-sufficiency, leaving millions at risk of malnutrition and hunger As the population continues to swell the demand for food, water, and energy intensifies, straining the country's ability to sustain a decent standard of living for its citizens The repercussions also extend to high unemployment rates, increased emigration for work, low savings, crowded schools, strained social services, and environmental degradation, all of which exacerbate poverty Overpopulation places immense pressure on the government to provide basic amenities like housing, healthcare, and education
To address the challenges of overpopulation and related social problems the Philippine government enacted the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 Also known as the RH law, it provides a comprehensive framework to adopt a multi-dimensional approach to reproductive health matters, including increased access to modern contraceptives for family planning, maternal health services, and reproductive health education (RHE) However, the legislative process faced formidable resistance from the Catholic Church, which over 80% of the population followed The Church opposes contraception and artificial family planning based on beliefs, expressing concerns that access to contraception might increase instances of premarital sex The conservative nature of Filipino society further contributed to discomfort with sexrelated topics being taught in schools leading to underfunded and ineffective implementation of the program
Yet, despite these challenges, recognizing the importance of comprehensive sex education remains crucial for addressing overpopulation and promoting the well-being of the Filipino population This is a pressing issue that calls for open conversation and immediate action While it is important that we uphold our religious values, it is equally crucial to address overpopulation and spare even just one more innocent child from hunger, poverty, and ignorance

THE PROMISE AND REALITY OF YOUTHFUL TRANSFORMATION
Who wouldn't desire the secret to radiant, youthful skin, lustrous hair, and resilient nails and joints? With the rising popularity of collagen supplements, more and more people are starting to believe in this claimed miraculous supplement’s working wonders But what does science have to say amidst this thriving enthusiasm?
Before delving deeper, what exactly is collagen? This structural protein is omnipresent in our body present in our skin, hair, nails, tendons, cartilage, and bones Our bodies synthesize collagen from the amino acids obtained from protein-rich or collagen-rich dietary sources such as bone broth, meat, and fish
However, as we age, collagen production diminishes, accelerated by factors like excessive sun exposure, smoking, high alcohol intake, and insufficient sleep and exercise
With that said, collagen has ascended as a best-selling supplement, purportedly enhancing the vitality of hair, skin, and nails the very essence of the fountain of youth These supplements often contain collagen sourced diversely and typically
encompass peptides, short amino acid chains important in forming crucial body proteins like collagen and keratin Initially emerging as an ingredient in skincare products, doubts loomed among dermatologists regarding its efficacy in topical applications The sheer size of collagen fibers renders them incapable of penetrating the skin's outer layers, and research does not strongly substantiate the efficacy of shorter collagen chains, termed peptides, in this regard Conversely, oral collagen supplements, available as pills, powders, and specific foods, are believed to be more readily absorbed by the body, sparking immense consumer interest
However, contrary to the manufacturers' claims of miraculous collagen supplement benefits, scientific research presents a different narrative Limited evidence supports the use of collagen in enhancing skin, hair, and nails Studies highlighting potential benefits often include additional ingredients, casting doubt on the exclusive role of collagen Moreover, the human body cannot absorb collagen in its intact form; it requires breakdown into peptides for absorption through the gut These peptides might further disintegrate into the foundational components that construct proteins like keratin, vital for skin, hair, and nails Alternatively, the
peptides could assemble into collagen, potentially impacting other bodily areas like cartilage, bone, muscles, or tendons Therefore, empirical evidence lacks definitive confirmation that orally ingested collagen directly influences skin, hair, or nails
Presently, independent research on collagen supplements free from industry influence, remains insufficient Sustaining natural collagen production is achievable through a balanced diet encompassing adequate protein sources, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, while minimizing lifestyle-related risks If you desire to improve skin texture elasticity and reduce wrinkles, prioritizing sun protection and employing topical retinoids yield demonstrated efficacy

As for our government, this issue can be better addressed with their participation Making mental health care services accessible can be of help Enabling psychiatric and psychological counseling and consultation to be free can make mental health care reachable and attainable even to the poorest of Filipinos who need it Mental health awareness forums can be implemented in schools where young adults, who often fall as victims of these problems, can be targeted as audience A psychological well-being check in school will not hurt but can even do good in identifying students who may need some assistance in their emotional health
unfortunate how young people as young as 14 struggle with issues like depression, anxiety, and unaddressed traumas It is sad how it becomes a persisting issue in their lives as they grow older because their condition has not been addressed or diagnosed because some are just too good at keeping their emotions to themselves Before their families could even know about what they are going through, more often than not, it is too late and they are long gone
Likened to a “bomb”, most people keep eveything to themselves, building up pain, sadness, fears, anxiety, or even anger People continue to hide themselves putting on a mask
Truly, a lot can still be done to battle this issue It takes personal courage to make a move for victims towards their betterment It also takes a strategic move for the government to assist the victims of mental health illnesses With these we can save more lives by unmasking our emotions, baring our human-ness, and accepting the different hues of our feelings and our lives
health problems have not just become a personal issue but a national concern
Taking care of one’s mental health starts with ourselves Though a national issue as well, the crucial first steps are for us to take In order to do that, experts suggests constructing a daily routine This is to make you feel in control of things that can potentially overwhelm you and make you anxious
