Security Awareness Access Control We will be tightening access to our facilities and would like to take this opportunity to remind all Members of the following rules: • • • • • • •

Membership cards will be issued to all members and must be produced for all adults and children to gain entry to the Club. Membership cards are not transferable. Any card used by a person other than the member is a serious breach of these rules and membership maybe forfeited. Lost or replacement cards will be charged at £5 per card. If a member forgets their card 3 times, they will automatically be charged £5 for a new one. A mandatory identification photo must be taken of all club members and stored securely on the membership system. Members must enter and leave the Club by the member’s entrance unless they are resident or attending a function in a private dining room. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests. A Member introducing a guest is responsible for that guest’s behaviour.

Valuables We encourage all Members to leave valuables at home whilst attending Lockside, and to be extra vigilant ensuring no-one can see you enter your code when using the lockers.

Bike Security We encourage all Members to use a certified sold secure diamond bike lock to secure bikes to the cycle racks within the car parks. We take Member security very seriously and are currently working closely with the local Hampton Wick and Teddington Safer Neighbourhood team to improve security at The Lensbury for all Members.

Bike Marking Community Event – Safer Neighbourhood Team Friday 26th January from 4:30pm The Safer Neighbourhood Team will be on site today from 4:30pm providing Members with an opportunity to have their bikes marked, they will also be available to answer questions as part of their community outreach programme in Teddington. Whilst we endeavour to make The Lensbury a safe and secure environment for everyone, we would like to remind Members that The Lensbury does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of personal items. If you should have a cause for concern for any reason, please contact a member of the team immediately. Thank you for your cooperation keeping The Lensbury a safe environment for all.
