Reformer Pilates Sessions – Terms and Conditions Welcome to our Reformer Pilates sessions! We want to ensure that you have a positive and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions: 1. Reformer Pilates Voucher Purchase: · Reformer Pilates vouchers can be purchased at the members' reception for £10 each. 2. Voucher Expiry: · Reformer Pilates vouchers must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. 3. Cancellation Policy: · A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. · Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the voucher. 4. Late Arrival Policy: · Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. · If you arrive late, you may not be able to enter the class, and your voucher will be forfeited. 5. Booking and Rescheduling: · Sessions must be booked in advance, and rescheduling is subject to availability. · Contact our reception to book or reschedule your session. · To reschedule or cancel your session, kindly reach out to the members' reception. They will assist you in finding alternative available slots for rescheduling. In case all slots are occupied, your voucher will be credited back to your account for future booking (Note: Avoid cancelling your booking through the app to prevent the loss of your voucher). 6. Health and Safety: · Participants must inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before the session. · Please follow all safety instructions provided by our certified instructors. 7. Attire and Personal Belongings: · Wear appropriate workout attire and bring a water bottle.
