What You Need OCOLATE CHIP COOKIE OUGH: /4 c brown sugar, light c shortening bsp milk bsp vanilla extract gg F DOO SXUSRVH Ă RXU p salt tsp baking soda chocolate chips chopped nuts (pecans or alnuts), optional
EAM CHEESE FILLING: oz. cream cheese sugar bsp vanilla extract ggs
Directions â&#x20AC;˘ In a large bowl mix all ingredients for chocolate chip cookies in the order listed above. Divide into two parts and set aside. â&#x20AC;˘ In a second bowl, mix all cream cheese Ă&#x20AC;OOLQJ LQJUHGLHQWV XQWLO VPRRWK â&#x20AC;˘ Spread one part of cookie dough on the bottom of greased 9x13 pan. It will help if your hands are wet, otherwise, WKH GRXJK ZLOO VWLFN WR \RXU Ă&#x20AC;QJHUV Â&#x2021; 3RXU WKH FUHDP FKHHVH Ă&#x20AC;OOLQJ RYHU WKH cookie dough. Â&#x2021; 7RS WKH Ă&#x20AC;OOLQJ ZLWK UHPDLQLQJ GRXJK by creating dabs of dough (or little pancakes of dough). Once again, it will KHOS LI \RXU Ă&#x20AC;QJHUV DUH ZHW â&#x20AC;˘ Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean. â&#x20AC;˘ Cool and divide into bite-size pieces (about 40 or so).
