Our KEITH Talks event in the Treasure Coast was an extraordinary success! We engaged in a dynamic and insightful discussion about the promising future of the Treasure Coast, all while networking with an impressive array of esteemed experts. We are thrilled to announce that 100% of the profits from our ticket sales are being generously donated to the Treasure Coast Center for Economic and Educational Development, fueling growth and opportunity in our community.

Communities across Florida are accelerating big ideas: transforming public land, revitalizing corridors, adding housing, reimagining civic spaces, and creating destinations that attract people and investment. Public agencies have momentum. Developers are energized. The vision is there. But vision alone doesn’t deliver a successful P3.
For a project to move from possibility to reality, public agencies and developers need three things working in sync
This is where KEITH brings unmatched value.
KEITH: Your Upfront, On-the-Ground Partner for P3 Success
KEITH acts as the “Swiss Army knife” between the public and private sectors a connector, translator, and problem-solver with decades of local experience and relationships across Florida
We support our partners before procurement, during evaluations, and throughout the entitlement and design process by delivering the groundwork that protects the project’s success
We build community understanding long before a developer is selected KEITH works directly with elected officials, staff, neighborhood leaders, and residents to uncover what’s truly palatable:
What level of density will the community support?
What uses, public amenities, or open spaces matter most?
How should the development address mobility, utilities, and infrastructure capacity?
What concerns exist today that must be solved upfront?
Good P3s aren’t won during procurement, they’re won in the months and years before it. KEITH is here to help agencies and developers get it right from the start.

Our team doesn’t just gather opinions, we translate them into a clear development framework that developers can confidently price, plan, and respond to.
Developers cannot hit a moving target We help cities define the vision with enough specificity to attract serious, high quality proposals with the following tools:
Conceptual master plans
Infrastructure due diligence
Market alignment
Realistic density ranges
Financial feasibility considerations
Public realm expectations
This clarity reduces risk, builds trust, and sets the project on stable footing from day one
KEITH is uniquely positioned because we understand the motivations and constraints of both sides. We help public agencies articulate what success looks like and help developers understand why certain parameters exist. Our involvement creates alignment, reduces conflict, and accelerates decisionmaking.

KEITH Ensures P3 Projects Are Built on a Solid Foundation. With KEITH involved early, cities and developers gain:
Predictability in project scope and public expectations
Confidence in infrastructure capacity and due diligence
Community support built from authentic engagement
A stronger procurement process that attracts better proposals
A smoother path from concept to entitlement to construction

The newly reopened Huizenga Park is now one of Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s most vibrant public spaces, offering expanded green areas, shaded seating, interactive play features, public art installations, and the city’s first downtown dog run.
As part of this landmark redevelopment, KEITH served as the Client’s dedicated Owner’s Representative and provided Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services throughout the construction phase. Our role centered on safeguarding the Client’s interests, maintaining project alignment with the established design vision created prior to our involvement, and ensuring quality, coordination, and accountability from groundbreaking through project completion.
KEITH’s involvement helped support the smooth execution of a complex, highly visible urban park project that introduces major new amenities for the community, including an open lawn, children’s play areas, new public art, enhanced landscaping, and improved riverfront experiences.
The result is a park that has been celebrated as a modern civic gathering space and a revitalized centerpiece of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The KEITH Team was proud to be in attendance at the park’s grand reopening and honored to see KEITH recognized on the project’s donor wall as part of the community’s investment in this important public space.

KEITH’S MISSION IS TO CREATE, EXPAND UPON, PRESERVE, AND ENHANCE OUR COMMUNITIES.
At KEITH, we believe strong communities are built through connection, compassion, and meaningful action In Quarter 1, our teams across Florida came together to support organizations that are making a real difference Here’s a look at how we made a difference
Our team volunteered in West Palm Beach with Feeding South Florida, helping sort, pack, and prepare food for families experiencing hunger across the region With the goal of sorting and packing 5,000 pounds of food for PBC families, KEITH packed over 7,300 pounds of food, translating into more than 6,000 meals!

In Broward County, the KEITH team partnered with Broward Partnership, an organization dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness achieve stability and independence. Our team helped serve meals, organize donations, and sanitize and pressure‑wash the playground for the children who live there. It was an honor to support their mission to reduce homelessness by empowering individuals through advocacy, housing, and comprehensive services.
Working with HandsOn South Florida, KEITH helped prepare students for success by packing more than 3,000 books for children across the Miami region. This initiative ensures that local students have access to reading materials that inspire creativity, curiosity, and learning It was a powerful reminder that even a single book can spark a lifetime of opportunity
