Antonio McGuire, Eulogist

On December 7, 2025, at the age of 37, Tionnie's courageous journey with cancer came to a close, and her radiant spirit was welcomed into God’s garden. Though her time here feels far too short, her life was filled with light, laughter, and love that will continue to shine through all who knew her.

Born in New York City on March 16, 1988, to Dayziner Harrison White- Whitehurst and Kyle Sweeper, Tionnie was a child who loved to dance, to be in the spotlight, and to bring joy to those around her. From her earliest days, she carried a strong sense of discipline and pride, qualities that shaped her vibrant path through life.

Her journey took her from New York to North Carolina, and later to Georgia. No matter where she lived, Tionnie left an unforgettable mark, her laughter, kindness, and magnetic presence filled every room. She graduated from Atlanta Public Schools, proudly participating in the ROTC program, and later attended South College. Tionnie worked for Change Healthcare for several years before changing occupations to become a dedicated driver for FedEx, where her hard work and determination shone daily.

A free spirit at heart, Tionnie loved deeply and lived passionately. She was headstrong, resilient, and fiercely loyal to the people and causes she cared about. Her passions for dance, music, and writing, especially poetry, were expressions of her creativity and soul. Her beautiful smile could brighten any day, and her warmth brought family and friends together. She was truly the heartbeat of her family.

Tionnie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edward White and Beverly Harrison, and her paternal grandparents, William Sweeper and Ailena (Pat) Threat. She leaves behind her loving mother, Dayziner, her father Kyle, and her four beloved children: Dazyion - her first love; Ryan - her Juiceman; Aryah - her mini-me; and Zaniya - her Babygirl. She is also survived by her Siblings, Godparents, Aunts, Uncles, God-Siblings, countless Cousins and a host of friends all of whom will carry her legacy in their hearts.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Tionnie’s extraordinary life and the joy she brought to the world. Her spirit will forever inspire laughter, love, and togetherness.

Satin ebony skin, teeth whiter than polished ivory... appearing in an instant, too powerful to contain or control... You were like lightning... Never afraid to announce your presence, or voice your opinion, you shook the world... Heavy handed, lead footed, a true stepper, always ready... You were like thunder... Your laughter was gentle showers in your month of March, causing flowers to bloom in the hearts of those lucky enough to be under your cloud. Loud...Proud...

The big bad wolf who could blow any house down... You were like rain... Powerful... Potent... Change Bringer... She Who Dances With The Weather... You were & will always be the perfect storm... Forever in awe... Forever in love... Forever we remember... Tionnie Forever missing you- Alton

God’s Garden

God looked around his garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth, and saw your tired face.

He put His arms around you and lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.

He knew that you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain. He knew that you would never get well on earth again.

He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine."

It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone… For part of us went with you the day God called you home.

Acknowledgements

The family wishes to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all our extended family and friends for your prayers, visits, cards and so many caring thoughts received during the loss of our loved one. May God bless each of you.
