An angel lived among us,

A gift from God above.

She showered us with kindness

And shared with us her love.

She cherished every moment

With the man who was her life;

Walking hand in hand together, Facing life with all its strife.

She loved her children dearly,

Each one a different way, Nestled close within her heart.

Though, now, she’s far away.

She’s gone to live with Jesus.

But, she’s here with us, today,

3670 Forest Park Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30354

Smiling down on every one of us, And telling us she’s okay.

Family and Friends

Family and Friends

We, the family of the late Nancy Blandburg, extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has offered support during our time of loss. Your prayers, kind words, comforting messages, flowers and presence whether near or far, have brought us strength and solace. We are especially grateful to the clergy, church family, caregivers, funeral home staff and all who played a part in honoring our beloved grandmother’s life and legacy. The outpouring of love we received is a true testament to the beautiful soul she was. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace, and we are deeply thankful for the kindness and compassion shown to our family.

With love and gratitude, LaWanda&ShaWandaBlandburg, Nancy’s granddaughters
