To all our loyal members, it is with great pleasure that I reflect on what has been a truly positive year for The Juniors Group of Clubs. When I look back on this time last year, I described it as a period of consolidation. I’m pleased to report that 2025 has been one of growth, particularly in the past six months with strong trade across all areas of operations. The hard work invested in recent years is now paying dividends, highlighted by the successful completion of our ground floor renovation mid-year. On the junior football front, participation remains steady with around 3,000 active players in 2025 and an encouraging increase in female involvement—a trend we’re thrilled to see continue. I can’t thank our loyal members enough for your ongoing support in everything we do here at The Juniors. We look forward to welcoming you over the Christmas and New Year period.
ClubGRANTS
Each year, The Juniors Group of Clubs proudly participates in the ClubGRANTS scheme, supporting local charities and organisations within the Randwick Council area. We’re proud to once again be the largest contributor to this program, donating over $322,000 to 56 individual organisations in 2025.
As a community club, we understand the vital role these groups play, and we’re honoured to support them. Some of the key charities we’ve partnered with this year include Youth Off the Streets, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation, The Shepherd Centre for Deaf Children, and several of our local surf clubs.
The Rabbitohs
Season 2025 proved challenging for the Rabbitohs, who finished outside finals contention after a year plagued by injuries to key players. However, with the exciting signing of David Fifita and the anticipated return of our inspirational captain Cam Murray, there’s every reason to look forward to a stronger 2026 season. Welcome 2026!
Our New Year’s Eve celebrations are always a highlight, and this year will be no exception. Join us as we welcome in 2026 with live entertainment from one of our favourite bands, Party Anthem, on the first floor. Please note, there are no bookings this year—it’s first in, best dressed! If you miss out on seating for the band, the party continues with DJ Woody in Henry’s Bar from 8:30pm till late—free entry for all. Bring your friends and family, and let’s pop the cork on a brand new year together.
The Best in Entertainment
The Wintle Theatre has hosted some outstanding acts this year, and we’re finishing 2025 on a high. We welcome back the Australian Bee Gees from Las Vegas on 19 December, sure to be a crowd favourite. We’re also thrilled to present The French Family Band, performing for the first time at The Juniors on Saturday 27 December. Originally from Australia and New Zealand, this talented family now calls Nashville home—the heart of country music. Don’t miss their one-night-only Sydney performance!

CEO’s Report
As we approach the end of another fastpaced year, it’s hard to believe how quickly 2025 has flown by. The festive season is upon us, and we’re ready to celebrate with you!
Across our venues, you’ll find a packed program of live entertainment, promotions, and special events to enjoy with friends and family. From live bands in Henry’s Bar, to ticketed performances in the Wintle Theatre, and delicious dining options at Bistro Rouge (Malabar), Geppetto’s (Maroubra), Treasures, Aristo, and the Sundeck Brasserie (Kingsford)—there’s something for everyone this summer. Remember to book ahead to secure your table and make the most of the season with us.
In August this year, we were deeply saddened by the passing of our long-serving Director, Spyro Spyrou. Spyro’s commitment to The Juniors spanned decades, both as our former Catering Manager and as a valued Director of the Board. His contribution, guidance, and friendship enriched our Club, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Beyond his service as a Director, Spyro was a proud and dedicated member of the Junior League, serving in many roles including coach, manager, Junior Reps selector, and Director. His passion for community and sport also extended to his involvement with the Maroubra Sub-Branch, where he was an Honorary Member. We extend our deepest condolences to Spyro’s family and friends. His legacy will remain an enduring part of The Juniors’ story. I am pleased to welcome Blake Solly, CEO of the Rabbitohs, as a Director on our Board and look forward to working with him.

HOW DOES THE JUNIORS REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?
When you join the club you start off as a Base Member, which entitles you to a member’s discount on food and beverages, show tickets and fitness centre. By using your membership card when purchasing the above items as well as playing gaming machines, you earn points.
HOW ARE POINTS ALLOCATED?
You will earn two sets of points that will go towards the following accounts:
BONUS POINTS
One point is given for every:
$3 turnover on an Electronic Gaming Machine
$9 turnover on a Multi Terminal Gaming Machine (e.g. Roulette)
$2 spent on Food & Beverage at Club run outlets
GRADE POINTS
One point is given for every:
$6 turnover on an Electronic Gaming Machine
$18 turnover on a Multi Terminal Gaming Machine (e.g. Roulette)
$2 spent on Food & Beverage at Club run outlets
HOW CAN I USE MY BONUS POINTS?
To purchase Food & Beverage from Club run outlets with some tier levels getting additional discounts by Paying by Points in full
Transferring to your Ultim8 Card (reloadable EFTPOS card) in minimum amounts of $10
Bonus points earnt on gaming machine play can be used as Points to Play via a refund.
HOW CAN I USE MY GRADE POINTS?
You cannot use your Grade Points. These are used entirely for the purpose of determining your reward tier level. Grade points reset each year on the 1st of September. You can check both your bonus and grade point balance at a kiosk at anytime.
