Festivities begin with an Opening Reception Gala on the night of December 4 at 6 p.m. at The Shed. Get in the holiday spirit and participate in the fun. On Friday, Dec. 5 and Saturday, Dec. 6, there will be trees, festival shoppes, book signings, yoga and much more. Don’t forget a picture with Santa Claus. Main Street Beaufort, USA, presents the 29th Annual A Night on the Town on Friday, Dec. 5, from 6 to 9 p.m. The evening includes the City of Beaufort’s Tree Lighting Ceremony, entertainment by the Parris Island Marine Corps Band, and a rumored visit from Santa. The traditional Beaufort Christmas Parade will be Sunday, Dec. 7, at 3 p.m., through downtown.
