Our hourly rates have been replaced with fixed fees for each stage of a court action or a specific piece of work.

This lies at the heart of ADLP Clear. By removing the uncertainty and worry associated with hourly rates we hope to foster a culture of clarity and trust.

ADLP Clear will offer a fixed fee for a tailored package of services from the beginning to the end of the litigation process.

Agreed upfront and in advance, our fixed fee service is designed to give you clarity, certainty and piece of mind.

Sharing the risks

We are prepared to share the risks as well as the rewards. In suitable cases, we will assess your prospects of winning and agree a fee based on a successful outcome. There are no fees to pay to us if you lose.

The risks of litigation are these: • • •

You may lose, and have to pay the other side’s costs Win or lose, you have to pay your own legal costs In addition, you may have to pay for outlays such as expert’s and advocate’s fees

Security and protecting against loss

We are working in partnership with insurance providers to offer After the Event Insurance which protects you against your opponent’s costs in an unsuccessful claim.

Our monthly retainer service is designed to provide you with our expertise and advice whenever you need it, without the worry of incurring unexpected time-based fees.
