Nat’s Space in the Heart of Yeppoon
Welcome to Nat’s Space A warm and inviting room above Yogolicious Café in James Street Yeppoon. Here you will be welcomed into a sanctuary of healing and relaxation.
Nat’s Space offers Ka Huna Body Healing Work. If you’re not familiar with Ka Huna, it’s a Hawaiian massage therapy that has said to be deeply transformative. It is an art that combines a dance of healing with specific techniques and rituals to bring about peace, harmony and balance to the body, mind and soul.

Having witnessed her grandfather massaging animals at a young age, he told her that it was pretty much the same to massage humans, just a bit different. It wasn’t much later in her adult life that a friend suggested that she learn how to do Ka Huna massage and her response was “Na, not for me” . Nat says “I tried to go to sleep that night and a big Hi biscus showed itself as I was going to sleep, Then I opened my eyes and said that's not, a coincidence. So, I asked this beautiful person to give me the details of where to go and do this training ”.
Nat believes that receiving a Ka Huna is the most beautiful massage that you can receive, if you are open to it. It is not for everyone. “It’s the most Divine touch anyone can have, for me that’s how it feels” she says.
During a Ka Huna session, the client is naked to allow for the full body rhythmic strokes. Modesty towels are used to keep the client comfortable and unexposed.

Clients report having differing and varying experiences depending on what comes up for them during their session.
For some it is a peaceful and blissful experience, feeling the love of the ancient Hawaiian modality move through their bodies, while for others it can be more of an emotional release as they move through and let go of what is no longer serving them. Either way, Nat is there to support and hold space along the way.
A Ka Huna Bodywork Session is a Love Bomb for the body. It is also a session for the body, mind, spirit and soul, so any of the above can happen and it does.

The words of wisdom that Nat lives by are “Be in the now, has hard as it is at times it is where we are meant to be. It's called the present for a reason. Also if you can change something do it, if not let it go and if you can't look within to find out why”
