To serve others with honor, for life, so their next mission is clear and continues to impact the world.
“The Honor Foundation didn’t just prepare me for life after the military—it reignited my belief in who I am and what I’m capable of. It challenged me to think bigger, to lead with purpose, and to embrace a future I once thought was out of reach. Through the most genuine mentorship, an unwavering community, and transformative lessons, I walked away not just with a plan, but with a mission. THF reminded me that my story is far from over—it’s just beginning. For anyone seeking clarity, confidence, and a life of impact beyond service, this is where your next chapter begins.”

Dear THF Supporters,
In 2024, we celebrated our Tenth Anniversary—a Decade of Honor, a Lifetime of Impact. Reaching this milestone made one thing very evident: your support and commitment to The Honor Foundation and the people we serve is what truly fuels our mission. So thank you for your generosity, your collaboration, and your love for those who serve this nation. You’re helping us make an incredible impact on a very special community.
Reflecting on our anniversary helped us to sharpen our focus and find ways to fully embody “A Lifetime of Impact,” and find more ways to serve the U.S. Special Operations (SOF) community and their families for life. We opened our second virtual campus, THFv West, allowing even more members of SOF across the globe to access our program. We also expanded our Transition is a Team Sport (TTS) program for spouses and partners. Over the years, we’ve realized the importance of bringing resources to the whole family, and the TTS program has allowed us to give invaluable tools to the loved ones who support our SOF community most.
Also in 2024, we launched Vector Accelerator, a virtual enrichment program for all activeduty service members and veterans. Vector is designed to fill the gap most transition programs overlook—personal clarity and identity. It’s based in years of proven programming within THF and will help us to reach a larger share of the veteran community. To learn more, visit https:// www.vectoraccelerator.org.
In the year ahead, we want to continue to build on the great momentum that we built in 2024. We’re focused on serving even more warriors, growing our impact, and ensuring the impact we make lasts a lifetime. We can’t thank you enough for being our allies in this mission. Your support is the reason our program changes and saves lives. Enjoy the 2024 Impact Report.
With honor and respect,
Matt Stevens CEO, The Honor Foundation

“The skills provided by THF to help determine my future are truly remarkable. I have never taken a course that was more geared to help and support my future. As a 20 year veteran, I have only truly known the Air Force way of life and thought my next step in life was just to take another government position. THF proved the infinite choices that are out there for veterans. I am now excited about my future, especially knowing that I can still support the warfighter via other avenues!”

TRANSITION IS A TEAM SPORT
In 2024, The Honor Foundation continued its program dedicated to the spouses and significant others of our Fellows. This virtual, three-session workshop focuses on personal development through CliftonStrengths, leveraging strengths to better communicate as a couple, and maximizing the transition experience as a team.
231 participants in 2024
“The Transition is a Team Sport workshop was a great experience for my spouse and me! It was the first time we were able to sit together and review each other’s strengths. The workshop enabled us to build an understanding of our strengths and how to communicate through them. As a spouse, it was super helpful for me to understand the challenges and emotions that my spouse is facing as a service member transitioning into the civilian side. It was helpful for my spouse, as he was able see my strengths and how I can be helpful through them for us a couple during this huge period of change.”

“No business needs to be convinced that character counts, yet they frequently struggle to hire for it. In the words of the SEAL Ethos, “I serve with honor on and off the battlefield. The ability to control my emotions and my actions, regardless of circumstance, sets me apart from other men. Uncompromising integrity is my standard. My character and honor are steadfast. My word is my bond.”

Potentially, more importantly, my time with THF has provided topics and ideas for me to discuss transition with my family so my spouse and three kids can make this transition with me. Many thanks to all for their commitment to the SOF community.”
