In 2025, we continued to build on a defining milestone for The Honor Foundation as we celebrated our eleventh year of carrying forward our commitment to deliver a lifetime of impact for the U.S. Special Operations community and their families.
This progress is only possible because of you. Your generosity and partnership fuel our mission and expand what’s possible for those we serve.
Over the past year, we increased access and deepened our reach. A new campus –Drew Dix | Colorado Springs was launched to serve the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) out of Fort Carson, while continuing the expansion of our Transition is a Team Sport (TTS) program to ensure spouses and partners are equipped to navigate transition alongside them. At the same time, Vector Accelerator has broadened our impact across the military community, addressing the critical need for clarity, identity, and purpose beyond service.
As we look ahead, our focus remains clear: scale our reach, strengthen our programs, and ensure every individual we serve is prepared not just for transition—but for a meaningful and enduring next chapter.

OUR STORY
FROM SERVICE TO CIVILIAN LEADERSHIP
The Honor Foundation is a nonprofit organization that delivers elite transition support to the U.S. military community through three specialized programs. Its flagship program, the Honor Institute, is a nationally recognized career transition institute designed specifically for U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF). THF also supports SOF spouses through its proprietary Transition Is a Team Sport workshop, and serves the broader military community through the Vector Accelerator program.
Operating nationwide through both in-person and virtual programming, THF equips military families with the clarity, tools, and professional networks needed to succeed in civilian careers. Through world-class professional development and unwavering support, the foundation helps service members translate their military experience into skills valued in the civilian workforce, developing the next generation of veteran leaders and strengthening American industry.
A SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR TRANSITION
Our comprehensive approach empowers warriors and their families to successfully transition to civilian life.
THE HONOR INSTITUTE
The Honor Institute is our principal multi-faceted, three-month executive transition program for active-duty Special Operations service members preparing to separate from service and pursue their next chapter in life.
TRANSITION IS A TEAM SPORT
This 3-session virtual workshop is for spouses/significant others and their THF Fellows. The workshop focuses on personal development of strengths and how to leverage them for better communication, maximizing the transition experience as a team.
VECTOR ACCELERATOR
Vector Accelerator is a virtual enrichment program for those transitioning from military to civilian life that is dedicated to guiding, supporting, and empowering former service members as they find their path to a purposeful and impactful civilian life.

This virtual, three-session workshop focuses on personal development through CliftonStrengths, leveraging their strengths to better communicate as a couple, and therefore maximize the transition experience as a team.

Vector Accelerator is a virtual, self-paced program that helps veterans get clear on what drives them, what matters most, and where they want to go next — supported by a digital workbook, live community meetups, and an AI-powered clarity tool.
“I thought the program was outstanding. It only took a few hours to complete, but it generated a significant amount of self-reflection and clarity. For incoming candidates, I think it does an excellent job identifying motivations, values, and long-term drivers that can help shape future career and lifestyle decisions at a critical stage.
Personally, I found it far more valuable than most transition assistance programs because it went beyond simply preparing someone to find a job. It helped frame larger questions around purpose, impact, leadership style, and long-term alignment.
I genuinely believe this program could provide tremendous value across the DoW, particularly within advanced TAP programs or senior leader transition initiatives. Most TAP courses focus on baseline transition requirements, which certainly serve a purpose, but often lack deeper personal and professional reflection. Vector fills that gap extremely well.
I would strongly recommend continuing the program for future Bass Scholars and would encourage broader implementation opportunities, if possible. I thought it was exceptionally well done.”
