Chambers County Sheriff’s Department Twenty-nine individuals were arrested and booked into the Chambers County Jail between Monday, April 23, and Monday, April 30. The individuals named have been magistrated and formally in-formed of the charges against them. However, just because these individuals were arrested and mag-istrated does not mean they are guilty of the crimes they are charged with committing. Also, not everyone charged with a crime is alleged to have committed the crime in Chambers County, but perhaps was simply arrested in Chambers County on outstanding warrant (s) or for violating the law while in Chambers County. In instances in which individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants, their original conviction and the reason they are on probation or parole is included if available. Those individuals were: n Veronica Bustamante, 31, of Alvin. Arrested on April 28 and charged with assault causing bodily injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. n Robin Boris Claridy, 46, of Beaumont. Arrested on April 24 and charged with evading arrest with a vehicle, a third degree felony offense; and burglary of a building, a state jail felony offense. n Michael Ajani Cotton, 22, of Houston. Arrested on April 23 on a warrant charging him with possession of a firearm by a felon, a third degree felony offense. n Remberto Diaz-Martinez, 18, of Beaumont. Arrested on April 29 and charged with driving without a license, a class C misdemeanor; and driving without liability insurance, a class C misdemeanor. n Sidney Frances Early, 25, of Brazoria. Arrested on April 25 on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance, a felony offense. n Trenton Fontenot, 21, of Baytown. Arrested on April 24 on a warrant charging him with theft of property, a class B misdemeanor. n Eugene Allen Freeman, 62, of Houston. Arrested on April 24 and charged with driving while license invalid, a class B misdemeanor. n Nina Daniel Furlotte, 55, of Memphis, Tenn. Arrested on April 28 and charged with possession of more than 400 grams of a controlled substance, a first

degree felony offense. n Robert Claude Gibson, 30, of Baytown. Arrested on April 29 and charged with assault/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. n Colby Jamal Goffney, 26, of Beaumont. Arrested on April 25 on a warrant charging him with possession with intent to distribute, a second degree felony offense; tampering with evidence, a third degree felony offense; and evading arrest, a class A misdemeanor. n Terrance Sherrod Hill, 32, of Hankamer. Arrested on April 26 on a warrant charging him with assault causes bodily injury, a class A misdemeaor. n Arcey Errol Horton, 49, of Winnie. Arrested on April 28 and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. n Eligio Compean Jiminez, 19, of Beaumont. Arrested on April 29 and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. n Sujith Chandra Koganti, 22, of Houston. Arrested on April 23 and charged with manufacturing and delivering between four and 400 grams of a controlled substance, a felony offense. n Edward Lee Jr., 31, of Houston. Arrested on April 24 on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony offense. n Leisl Wendorff Lewis, 41, of Highlands. Arrested on April 28 and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. n Paulin Lopez-Reyes, 26, of Winnie. Arrested on April 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. n Fred Eugene Meshell Jr., 36, of Conroe. Arrested on April 26 on a warrant charging him with theft of property, a state jail felony offense. n Bryan Patrick Moore, 36, of Beaumont. Arrested on April 25 on a warrant charging him with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. n Joseph Aaron Porterfield, 23, of Baytown. Arrested on April 26 and charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated/ having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, a class B misdemeanor. n Samuel Rodriguez-Carranco, 48. Arrested on April 27 and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor; resisting arrest, a clas A misdemeanor;

and detained on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. n Melissa Bruce Russell, 39, of Baytown. Arrested on April 26 on a warrant charging her with assault causes bodily injury/ family violence, a second degree felony offense. n Jorge Ramirez Ruvalcaba, 50, of Wallisville. Arrested on April 28 and charged with second-offense driving while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor; and driving while license invalid, a class B misdemeanor. n Curtis Henery Schwartz, 54, of Seguin. Arrested on April 28 and charged with second-offense driving while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. n Gurdip Singh, 42, of Houston. Arrested on April 23 and charged with possession of between four and 400 grams of a controlled substance, a second degree felony offense; possession of between four ounces and five pounds of marijuana, a second degree felony offense; and detained on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. n Doy Ray Snider, 47, of Estell Springs. Arrested on April 30 on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance, a felony offense. n Stephen Ray Trousdale, 59, of Cove. Arrested on April 28 and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. n Billy Wayne Tucker, 51, of Houson. Arrested on April 24 on a warrant charging him with possession of less than two ounces of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. n Francisco Javier Zendejas, 41, of Anahuac. Arrested on April 28 and charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor; and detained on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Misdemeanor offense for driving while license invalid on July 3, 2006. Sentenced to 15 days in jail. n Matthew Lawrence Myers, 36, of Port Arthur. Class A misdemeanor for assault causes bodily injury on Oct. 24, 2008. Case dismissed. n Teres Luster, 43, of Port Arthur. Class A misdemeanor for secondoffense driving while intoxicated on Jun. 12, 2009. Sentenced to 51 days in jail. n Leah Christine Elliff, 26. Class B misdemeanor for driving while license invalid and class B misdemeanor for first-offense driving while intoxicated on Feb. 16, 2012. Sentenced to 49 days in jail. n Kenneth Alonzo Burns Jr., 24, of Houston. Class A misdemeanor for possession of between two and four ounces of marijuana on Oct. 19, 2009. Sentenced to 30 days in jail. n Jodie Leon Rouse III, 36, of Baytown. Class B misdemeanor for failing to stop and give required information to a peace officer on Feb. 2, 2010. Case dismissed.

n Amber Denise Cash, 25, of Vidor. Class A misdemeanor for furnishing alcohol to a minor on May 10. 2010. Sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay a $300 fine and $234 in court costs. n Melanie Denise Edmond, 30, of Beaumont. Class B misdemeanor for first-offense driving while intoxicated/ having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle on Jul. 17, 2010. Sentenced to 39 days in jail. n Vickie Dudley Taylor, 56, of Dayton. Class B misdemeanor for first-offense driving while intoxicated on Jan. 29, 2011. Case dismissed in the interest of justice. n Alejandro Sanchez, 30, of Humble. Class B misdemeanor for driving while license invalid on Aug. 1, 2009. Case dismissed in the interest of justice.

Class A misdemeanor for failure to identify himself as a fugitive to a peace officer on Mar. 28, 2012. Sentenced to seven days in jail. n Albert Mitchell Salter Jr., 32. Class A misdemeanor for burglary of a coin operated machine on Feb. 6, 2012; and class A misdemeanor for interfering with an emergency call on Feb. 9, 2012. Sentenced to 56 days in jail. n Justin Lundrell Vaughn, 26. Class A misdemeanor for possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance on Feb. 29, 2012. Sentenced to 36 days in jail.
