• 4 Bananas, peel on, split down the middle
• 1 cup (250 mL) Strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup (250 mL) Banana Slices • 1 can (300 mL) Eagle Brand regular or low fat sweetened condensed milk • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Dark Chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Crumbled Graham Crackers • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Eagle Brand dulce de leche caramel-flavoured sauce
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Salted Nuts, chopped

• Arrange cake cubes, strawberries and bananas in a cast iron pan or pie plate. Drizzle with condensed milk. Bake at 400°F (205°C) until brown, about 20 minutes, or cover with foil and cook over an open fire.
• Stuff each banana with chocolate, graham cracker crumbs and caramel flavored sauce. Wrap in foil and cook in hot coals or in 400°F (205°C) oven, about 10 minutes or until sizzling. Carefully unwrap and drizzle with additional caramel-flavored sauce if desired.
• Remove from heat, top with nuts and chocolate. Let sit until chocolate is melted. Serve.
