BULK GARBAGE NEWS Beginning April 15, 2021 instead of having 2 bulk garbage days we will be implementing a bulk garbage pass system. Members in good standing will be allowed to pick up 2 passes from the POA and take bulk garbage to the Maintenance Complex at designated times. Members should note the days for bulk garbage drop off are Monday-Friday from 11am-12:30pm and on Saturdays by appointment only. The passes will be redeemable from 4/15/2021 - 4/15/2022 and must be renewed each year. This new procedure will give our members more flexibility and reduce costs to The Hideout. The passes will be issued to members in good standing only and contractors will not be permitted unless the member notifies the POA in advance that their contractor is using their allotted pass. The passes are non-transferable and the member will need to have the pass and their membership badge available at the day and time of drop off. Maintenance will still be accepting bulk garbage during these times without a pass. The fee schedule, located on the bulk garbage price sheet will apply for those members not using the pass system. The fee schedule and rules regarding acceptable garbage are available to review online as well as at the POA and Maintenance Complex. Reservations can be made by calling 570-698-4100, ext. 133.
